Gran servicio muy rápido a través de la cola y el ambiente muy cálido, sin duda vale la pena la visita y bebidas muy baratas en comparación con otros pubs cercanos

Don't stay here. You're better off in the street. Room 28 houses a resident whose door was knocked on incessantly for 2 hours from 3.00am by an addict " wanting more". Whilst that's their misfortune and all sympathy, it clearly is not a pleasant place for "normal" folk. I was asked by drunks on arrival if I "fancied getting high". The landlords are only on it for money. Not hospitality.

Came here for a drink on the weekend when I was up visiting my friends. Spy bar had a great vibe and great DJ. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will defiantly be returning when I come back to visit.

Had an incident where some clothing was damaged due to some metal sticking out of a bench. Raised with manager multiple times but they just weren’t interested

Got a taxi there & he said you should of stayed in the town. He could not be more wrong. The room was superb & even though there was a sign for earplugs as there is a bar downstairs, I heard nothing. The breakfast was good & the service well the man poured the cup of tea. The downside is there are no lifts but there are rooms situated on the halfway stairs.

Unfortunately it's too small. Invariably, you can't get a seat/ table, especially in term time. Great location in the summer break. Food Nero standard (it is a Nero after all). Staff great. They do the best they can.

it's the sister hotel for the cairns hotel,I always book the cairns ,8 out of 10 times they send me to the Carlton ,

Fantastic coffee and a great selection of sweet treats. Also great place to buy your coffee beans.

Great service by Victoria. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Llegó aquí el personal parecía agradable, pero cuando se les preguntó por un menú de bebidas, me dijeron que no tenían uno. Presionado para hacer un pedido a ciegas, tuve que pagar 7. 25 por un tónico de vodka doble que es exorbitante para Osbourne Road, especialmente porque estábamos sentados afuera en el frío. No volveré. Como era de esperar, era el único lugar con espacios en un martes 2.
