Staff moaning about working conditions and swearing amongst themselves. One is sat on the working bench.! Platform 3/4 side. Someone needs to be having a word. I won't be going in again.

Clean rooms but here to praise the customer service skills of Steven on main reception. What an asset to cairn hotel and so helpful and kind. Thank you

Nice pub, friendly, professional staff. We would like to say thank you to Finn who was very helpful when we called in a couple of weeks ago.

Lunch time and didn't want to use the typical chain pastries places. Google to the rescue and soon was here and ordering. Both had baguettes that happened to be freshly made while we waited, no more than a couple of minutes. Has a very fast service but with more personality than your normaly sandwich shops. Very reasonable price, quick and tasty. For lunch, it's a no-brainer.

I thought this was a gay bar but apparently it's for straights only. It has a lone male policy which means only straight people are allowed in.
