We came here at 3:30 but it was closed.

I had a fantastic experience at Gianni’s! The pricing is very reasonable considering the quality of food and service. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were excellent—clearly made with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Service was impressively fast without feeling rushed, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, efficient service, and good value for money!

We have a yearly trip to Seaham and this is always our lunch time stop. Plenty of choice, seating inside and out. Pretty fast service time. Reasonable priced!! But most importantly bloody delicious!!

Good variety of food. Can’t expect too much for a takeaway standard. Overall fresh and delicious. Would come back again.

This was a gem found by pure chance. Stayed a couple of nights ate both evening meals there. Huge portions and served very hot. As you’d expect but not always get. Good real Ale. Very busy so if fining probably best to book. Rooms very in keeping with period. No skimping on heating. WiFi good. Shower also good and very clean. If I’m looking to moan a designated soap and shampoo is expected. The only complaint is the mattress. To protect from springs slept on duvet. A memory foam protector would no doubt rectify this. We would definitely stay again. And as everything else so good giving full marks.

Went for happy hour, really cheap for the food you get. Very tasty. Staff where lovely, was really busy so should book if you want to go

I visited your tea room with a friend today to have some breakfast. When I went to make my order at the till, I was served by a young man who was polite but told me I couldn't order any food for 15 minutes as the kitchen was busy. Which I totally understand. I ordered my coffee and juice and went and sat down. Your tearoom was very busy which I can totally understand as a restaurant manager myself. But all I can say is that it was total chaos watching the staff running around and watching several members of the public getting frustrated and upset that they have queued for ages to be told they couldn't order food. So, when the 15 minutes had passed, I got back in the queue and waited patiently. There was a couple information of me ordering food who had just walked in! At this point the queue was out the door for customers wanting to order food. When it came to my time to be served the girl (blonde, glasses and wearing g blackly black hoody (who I later found out was the person in charge!) told me that I couldn't order food as the kitchen was busy! I told her that I was told 15 minutes 20 minutes ago that I could order. At this point I was not happy that I had to queue a couple times to order and that I would not be quoting a third time. She said that she would ask the kitchen and u said thank you. She came back with ok I can take your order abut there would be a wait which my response was ok that's fine. i sat back down and enjoyed the lovely coffee which had become cold at this point. Then I moved seats to seat 5 from seat 1 telling the girl this. Whilst seat someone form the kitchen shouted quit loudly did table 1 order food, she shouted back loudly for all customers the here yes but he's moved to table 5 it's the one!!!!! That wasn't happy!!! (To which you will find that you had several unhappy customers that morning in the time I visited) Which I find very unprofessional and quite rude! This made me feel so awkward and embarrassed. I don't think this behaviour is acceptable in any way. When I asked to speak to a manger, they said there wasn't any manger on duty. So, I asked for the senior member of staff I was told it was the girl that served me so I asked for your email to be given a wrong email that won’t deliver this message!!

the food was stone cold, used to be the best in town and I'm absolutely disappointed in all of the order, nothing worse then tipping the driver and realising the box is cold, by the time it was dished out we couldn't eat it as it was cold

We popped in for a coffee & something sweet. The cafe is dog friendly, in a separate area, which is good as not everyone likes dogs. The staff were lovely, polite & attentive. We only had a cup of tea & a tea cake but both were good. The tables had a selection of card games, which we thought was a lovely idea. We came home & bought one of the games for a Christmas gift. We will pop in again next time we are in Alnwick & try something from their menu.

First time visit which was very good Food really good plus staff very polite With meal prices very good value Starters were amazing! Will be visiting again for sure!

I always get a large mixed kebab from perfect pizza beacuse always hot and really nice , but other night it was what the hell is this ! Chicken was greasy and not much ,not much of other meat like usual get but plenty of kebab meat am guessing beacuse cheaper was cold anyway , I ate some as was hungry! Was disappointed not be ordering again , I get my order delivered
