Poor takeaway, poor quality food, would not recommend

I could've used the kebab meat to retread my truck tyres, and more fat than a sumo contest. And went straight through me, think I lost about 5lbs that day

food itself was nice as usual, but tonight like many other orders we've made the large bottle of pop we ordered was not delivered and we were assured by the driver they would being one shortly but it never arrived Ed, and at £3.50 a bottle it's quite an inconvenience, especially when your eating your meal.. Reoccurring issue we've had at a couple of addresses unfortunately, always with the large and overpriced drinks too.

Food was red hot and almost an hour early ! Delivery driver is such a gentleman

Ordered off food hub, they accepted the order and 10 minutes later cancelled the order. When I rang them the owner said he accidentally accepted the order. And then would not let me speak on the phone, spoke over me and was very rude. If they were closed the food hub app would not have let me order, shocking service and can't believe they close at 11pm on a Friday night! Need to seriously improve customer service.

Food quality was really poor. Restaurant has take Thursday - Sunday special off. Restaurant is now overpriced won’t be ordering from here again

Great food, as always. Been a while since I've ordered, but quality hasn't slipped in the slightest. I ordered for delivery for start of England match, so it can be forgiven that it was a little bit later than expected.

£55 order, 2 lasagna missing. We only ate the pizza. foreign guy just kept saying "no, please, I do this myself", he might have but it wasn't delivered. Quality of the food that did turn up was very good. Minus 200 stars for customer service. These guys are usually good.

Unusual for this place to not be pretty good. 14in pizza wasn’t very warm. Delivered a chips instead of a doner meat which they rectified, 45 minutes later.

Tasteless bolognase pizza. no sauce on any of the pizzas very bland

10 out of 10 There's a a reason this place is called "PERFECT Pizza"...They do the best kababs in town too. And you can now get a pretty good lasagne here too. Don't know why I bother giving anywhere else a chance, I only end up disappointed.

Food tasted lovely, the kids meals are absolutely massive for the price. Pizza was lovely. I’m not sure what sauce gets used on the parmo but it tastes almost sweet which is nice! Was a little late but the delivery driver was very polite. Would recommend ☺️

Missing all 3 dips, parmo was freezing cold, driver completely ignored notes to come to front door, came in my back yard despite 2 signs saying do not enter, guard dog

Hands down the worst takeaway I've ever had. I don't even think I've left a review in my life however don't want other people making the same mistake.

Pizza arrives cold and tasted like cardboard as well as the chips stone cold ( might be because they are on the industrial estate they can’t keep it hot ) been ordering from here for a while now but not any more

We've ordered from here a lot. The food has always been lovely. We've had kebabs, pizzas, chicken and chips, and the sausage and chips. Never had a complaint. Recommended to our friends

It was ok but I ordered 2 bottles of pop and only recieved 1

Pizza was cold...donna meat was warm but thays fine as was for kids

Donner Wrap was so greasy it was coming out of the tinfoil and the pizza box. Was disgusting to smell and u did not even open it, cheesy curly fries were also cold. This place is usually good although it was poor today.

Order was accepted at 17:25 and we received our food at 19:25, 2 hours for a pizza and chips is abit unreasonable, pizza is soggy and undercooked

Pre ordered food, took over an hour to deliver, no apology. Disappointed in the service

I rang when the food was 5 minutes late, I was told it was on the way, I rang again 25 minutes after that phone call, got told 2 drivers had been contacted and they had no idea where my food was and a fresh order would have to be made for me with a lead time of another 20 minutes, 35 minutes later it arrived, staff very polite, food spot on

Delivered ‘just’ on time. Warm, not hot. Tasted ok but base felt cheap. Sunday offer requested garlic bread and got a can of Pepsi. Been a while since I ordered from here- used to be 5* but not so much

Shop closed as driver was sent. Missing items from order. Chips were dry and obviously not fresh even the cheese on one portion didnt help.

Perfect pizza (did you see what I did there) and the kebab was even better. - Lid on the huge tub of garlic sauce was broke, but I'll let you off with that one! :P

Used to be amazing food but a few years back, the quality declined massively so not ordered from here in years. Decided to try again & ordered a margarita pizza and curly fries. Cheese on the pizza tasted strange, not sure what type of cheese they used but didn't taste like the type that should be on a pizza. The crust was as hard as a rock also. Asked for the fries to be crispy as i remember them being a little soggy. Well they were soggier than a wet dog, even worse than they were a few years back. Didn't eat more than a a slice of pizza and a few fries. Not ordering again, a huge shame how bad it's gotten.

The lasagne, taste very similar to the Iceland £1 ready meals also the spag bol! Don't be fooled by the price or picture

Didnt deliver to my door. My home is top of stairs and ive bad knees. When i pay delivery, i want it delivered. Customer no more!

Unfortunately the food was really not good spent £34 and couldn't eat most of it... all the £17 kebab was undercooked and inedible, chicken burger was 2 cheap battered fillets from Aldi or somewhere cheap... beef burger was soggy... garlic sauce was hot and lumpy, chilli sauce was warm and watery... salad was going brown... and chips were really unpleasant... our first and last order unfortunately... we probably ate a £5 of the order... takeaway welcome to pick it up to have look.... I would upload a photo but there isn't an option... so disappointed 😞

We've just had Margarita delivered and the dough wasn't cooked, it tasted awful. It's put me right off pizza. Won't order again unfortunately.

Ordered pizza and chips, only received the pizza

Being 40mins late was bad enough but they wouldn't answer the phone so we could find out what was going on. Then when the food was delivered it was cold and missing items. Obviously still not answering the phone so did without. Unacceptable.

Order was cold and 30 minutes late. Restaurant seems to be hit and miss. One order good the next one bang average. Expect better quality when spending over £35 with a £3.50 delivery charge.

Exceptional meal, ours was a massive order for 6 of us and everything was remembered and correct. It takes a bit longer than other take always to get here but the food is a great price and excellent quality.

Very fast delivery but food a let down. Kebab meat was so greasy it was inedible. Chips weren’t very soft. Spicy chicken pizza was ok, wouldn’t order again. Waste of precious treat money

Went to a bowling alley nearby and their bar said there was an hour wait on food but the bowling reservation was sonner so i thought I'd grab a pizza elswhwere, found perfect pizza on google nearby and explained the situation. They said they were delivery only but would deliver to outside the bowling alley, so i drove back and rang them and they said it would also be an hour wait, which they could have explained face to face when I visited. Heard laughing over the phone in the background when they told me this. Terrible customer service, dont bother giving them your business.
