Fantastic grub. Never disappointed.

Great food, delivery keeps closing early on just eat. Not open until 22.30 as advertised. Can't place order.

Ordered through just eat , food was still warm when delivered. Ordered salt and pepper chicken, chicken was tough and dry . Wife Ordered chicken balls and they were just as bad . Spring rolls went in the bin , nicest part was the free prawn crackers. Hope this is a one off .

We ordered a mega box for just £20 and the amount of food you get for the price is absolutely amazing, you get so much food in the box also. We were amazed by our food! We will deffo be ordering again thank you

Placed order when picked up it was missing a meal, rang up to query and told it wasn’t on her list so we must of missed it off, multiple people in our group heard it being said on the order yet she still denied it, woman on phone proceeded to say we were wrong and basically lying and ordered sauce instead of sweet and sour chicken, when in the shop picking up witnessed her being rude to another woman waiting on pay and abrupt telling her to move her bag, food had no taste, the missing meal and disgusting attitude of the staff l will never be using again, would give zero stars if I could

food was absolutely disgusting. chips had been re cooked and chicken was hard it’s gave me and my family food poisoning i would not recommend 🤢

Ordered a house special kung po and it was all chicken. No other meats. Went in the bin. Really disappointed.

Always amazing food and the people there are lovely. Delivery can take a while sometimes but it’s worth the wait.

First time ordering from here, was not disappointed, food arrived early, bonus and plenty of it, won't hesitate to order again 👍

We phoned our order in and were told there was an hour waiting time if we wanted to collect it ourselves, we waited over an hour until the food was eventually ready and I can honestly say the food was disgusting. The chips had been fried and refried, they were rock hard. I ordered kung po chicken and my husband ordered sweet and sour chicken both of which were hard and dried up. To be fair the rice was ok. We have ordered from here in the past and the food has always been very nice so I don't know what happened on this occasion but we have decided not to go back. Things are too expensive to either not enjoy or have to throw away because they are inedible. Sorry Rainbow you have lost two customers.

Food was absolutely tasty, got the house chow mein and curried chips, delicious! Went back the next day for more curried chips. New to the area and was told this is the best place for food and it didn't disappoint at all, shall be back soon.

4.20 pound wasted!, asked for food open, happily taken my money but won't provide eating utensils, saying government rules or something. I left food as I could not eat rice and curry with my fingers. Been here a few times and first time.e it's happened and definitely the last.

Ordered from Rainbow a few times. Always good food. They offer delivery or collection.

Asked for noodles without vegetables came with vegetables, asked for salt and pepper chicken wings, apparently don't do them and chicken battered balls cold and processed chicken

Food never came which isn't the first time thought I'd try again and nope girls who work there are retarded can't seem to take an order or even know what's on the menu

Used to go here quite a lot years ago when it was Grace Chop Suey, gone downhill a lot since then by the looks of it. Went in to order, they had to send me a link to log onto some daft app because they didn’t have a card machine to pay with ( its 2023 man! ) only ordered battered chicken, chips and curry sauce and they managed to balls it up. Handed me the bag with the food, all tied up - got home and no curry sauce. So I ended up with dry chips and dry battered chicken. Portions weren’t that big either. Won’t be going again in hurry.

1hr and 40mims for gravy and chips and salt and pepper chips. I could of been in China eating this for the time it's taken. Put it this way ot took so long I've grown mu own spud patch

Foods always good, the only issue I say I'd have is just eat doesn't let you know its on its way and it arrives late, this puts me on edge as I don't know whether they have forgot me and now the place is closed, but they have never forgot, so if your patient you will get your food 😊

Been ordering since early this year and the best Chinese about, wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Although it is a lengthy wait for delivery it is always worth it, the lady who usually answers is always so polite and apologetic when phoning. Staff are all lovely. Never missing anything off the order and always comes steaming hot. Definitely recommend!

Chicken is ridiculously chewy satay sauce has far too many nuts in used to be a lovely place till it got took over

Food is good, but they don't tell you the wait for delivery will be over two hours and every time you ring they fob you off with excuses. Refused the cold food that eventually arrived!!!

RIP Grace's I've been going to Grace's for over 30 years. Their food always tasted fresh. The sauces were unique and different to the 'out of a bottle' sauces every other take-away uses. They didn't deliver, but it was worth travelling to them to collect, as the food was that much better. Unfortunately Rainbow have taken over and changed the dishes to bog-standard take-away. The dishes we have eaten for over 30 years now taste like they could be from any other take-away. Not worth travelling to, as we can get them anywhere. Sorry Rainbow, but unlike Arnie, we won't be back.
