Food never turned up, when you call the resturant no answer. Absolutely useless.

jesus should have trusted my gut on this, ordered a Jacket Potato with cheese and beans and a protein box, both of these items where binned within 2 minutes. The Jacket Potato was sad, to charge £6 for something merely bigger then a baby potato with bland cheese and a spoonful of beans then a dollop of salad (which was asked for without) is ridiculous. The Protein box was also a bit appalling to charge £10 for, probably half a chicken breast, cut up into tiny pieces, again bland. Both items were swiftly binned, will take the loss on this one but be prepared to be disappointed if you decide to risk.

Just ordered from here for the first time and I'm thoroughly impressed. I got a protein box as I wanted a treat but still wanted it to be somewhat healthy. The food was delicious and I felt both this along with the big portion size fully justified the price. Delivery time was about what you'd expect from a small local restaurant, not long by any means and food was delivered piping hot. I'll definitely be considering this place again in the future.

Absolutely delicious food, pleasant staff. If you can order over the phone or on the app otherwise you could have 15 - 20 minute wait.

Food was dry. Order was an hour late and wrong! Pictures looked great. So disappointed.

Emmy's in Durham is a hidden gem! I've been twice, and both times the service was outstanding and the food even better. I left it up to the chef to surprise me with something delicious, and they absolutely delivered. The flavors were exceptional, and the attention to detail was clear. Top-notch quality all around – can't wait to go back!

Chicken giros! Wow!! Best I've had. I always travel to Durham on the A690 about lunchtime just so I can call in for one!

Ordered online just after opening for collection. Aioli smashed burger and double quarter pounder burger both with fries. There was no Aioli! Not a hint or smell of garlic. Only mayo (maybe squeezed the wrong bottle?). Fries were so salty they were inedible.....especially to feed to kids. The quarter pounders were so over cooked they were rock hard ( the edges were black!) The shredded chicken looked like a couple of chicken nuggets. All was barely warm. Customer service poor, bell rang on entry. No one came. 5 mins later i rang the bell on the desk, someone came and said there was no need to ring that bell as they knew we were there. Disappeared and came back with order, placed on a surface so high i had to jump to reach it...said person had already disappeared again without a word. So Dissapointed as was a rare treat we couldn't really afford. Ended up making jacket potatoes. Never again

Wow 🤣 this place is pathetic... 12 quid for 6 frozen wings and chips. The wings are absolutely garbage and think they can dress them up with some seasoning 🤣 joke! Asked for chill sauce qnd got sweet chilli. Never again

woman was lovely, food was far too salty, noodles were 1/4 white where they didn’t have seasoning on. curry sauce was like jelly (i understand this can happen if the temperature drops but i live 5 minutes from the store so this should not have happened, or to this extent)

Salt and pepper chicken tenders are missing from the much box and the place is closed, so not able to ring up

It was all delicious except for the lettuce which was soggy but that could easily be fixed just by using whole leaves instead of shredded

A friend told me to try this place, so i ordered a delivery to share and i was amazed, one of the best meals i have had in a long time, the delivery was very quick and the food was hot and fresh, this place is an easy 2 thumbs up!

Very nice food however I ordered an iced coffee and it didn’t come😔

Ordered at 11:30 didn’t receive my food until 1:40 and obviously food had been sat a while with soggy chips and watery sauce.

I had the festive burger which tastes really nice. Unfortunately it arrived cold. I know you can't expect hot when you're getting things delivered but cold is not acceptable.

Great food! Halloumi wrap with coleslaw, seasoned fries and curry sauce, was lovely! Delivery was early and the delivery driver was friendly as always and very understanding that I had to take a while to answer the door due to being poorly, 5 stars 🌟

Ordered from here a few times, this order was abysmal ordered got a slot for an hour later got to delivery time nothing got just eat to check the time changed to half a hour added on, got to delivery slot still nothing rang the restaurant 7 times finally got an answer to be told delivery issues, got food mid temperature and the portion sizes were a joke.They aren’t the biggest portions bit this time unacceptably small.

Had quite a few orders from here and always been pleased with the quality of food. They are usually always late delivering, but not by much time, and I don’t typically mind somewhat as the food is always great! Today however was not that day, can only assume maybe they were just too busy or overwhelmed. The wrap was very underwhelming and it was also missing the salad and coleslaw. The chips and curry sauce were fab though and the delivery driver is always friendly. So mixed review today

Food came an hour late and the chips were over cooked

Over an hour and a half late after delaying it 25 minutes from our requested time. Food was warm when it arrived but has obviously been reheated and smothered in seasoning. Only found out that the delivery had been delayed when I rang up after the initial delay disappeared from the just eat screen. no calls or messages from the restaurant at all.

Food was delightful. Really tasty. One day they were running a little late due to circumstances beyond their control, it was nice to receive a call to let us know. Food was still hot when it arrived. Very nice food
