the food was stone cold, used to be the best in town and I'm absolutely disappointed in all of the order, nothing worse then tipping the driver and realising the box is cold, by the time it was dished out we couldn't eat it as it was cold

kebab was late and only warm wen arrived had to heat up myself i think i wont be ordering again from here nearly 2hours from orderinf to deluvery for a kebab

Mo's Palace has had a crap rep lately but we have just eaten from there and I can tell you service was spot on and Parmo was quality, they do try and owner wants to give a good service so please try it and judge for yourself. No complaints whatsoever.

This pizza shop always dirty one day I saw the staff drop a burger on the floor and then rapped it gave it to customer

Ordered parmo burger asked for no salad and no sauce was completely inedible as it was covered in salad and sauce.....also ordered 2 chicken shawarma's that was supposed to come with homemade naan bread but eas served with a wrap chicken dry and tasteless....will not be going again

Food was barely warm, supposed to come with nan, came with a wrap no taste to the kebab and chicken, the lamb was so tough that I could have used it to fix my boots if I could have cut it.

Ordered a large parmo and kids pizza for delivery. Parmo was disgusting. Milk may have been off in the sauce and the cheese was definitely the cheapest. No where near the usual standard. Won't be ordering from here again, not the 1st time. They can't achieve consistency. Go elsewhere. All wrapped up on Warwick Rd is much better

Top kebab shop, even serves in traditional paper if requested....who needs polystyrene boxes?

I really can't fault these guys... First I'll talk about the negatives, the place was pretty clean but the back walls had grease dripping down them, and mabye a tiny bit more expensive then some places. Now the kebab was grate probably the best I have had. The pizza was honestly generic I have had better but it dose the job no complaints. the large garlic dip was actually big like way to big buy that's good and it tasted grate. The chillie dip was generic nothing special. amazing cheesy chips agin probably some of the best I have had and regular chips where nice. the salad was nice aswell. The staff where cool very chill the cashier was a sound dude. over all 4.5 very very good.

I called to order 2 donner wraps and then they talked to me and then I was talking and they processed to end the phone on me so I called again and said hello and they again ended it on me, so I went in to get my food and they said it would be 20 minutes which was fine then he said that now it was going to take 1 hour+ which I wasn't happy about so I was sat there for 20 minutes for nothing, also in my opinion they should get there 30-60 early to make the wraps and not as soon as they open they should be pre-maded for when people come in

Not only was my food late, they also didn't read my instructions only 1 wrap to have salad, so my meal was ruined after waiting longer than it should to arrive I then didn't want to eat it !!! This is not the first time this has happened! Enough is enough I want a refund for my order !! The chips were also dread full!, I rang the company 16 times to find out were my order was to just be ignored !!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered food and accepted at 0:50am, ETA 1:45-2:05, it’s now 2:05 (shop is shut) No one answered the phone before shop closed and there’s no food arrived. Absolutely appalling, I don’t know why you would accept the order and say it’s on its way when it clearly is not. Stay clear of this pizza shop.

food hasnt shown up. starving 🫤 has been twenty five minutes past the latest it said it was going to be and honestly they shouldn’t of accepted my order if it wasn’t gonna get delivered. ordered just after midnight and it said it was coming between 1-1:20 and it’s 1:45 and still no sign of my food. horrible when you haven’t ate all day and just wanted some dinner 🤷‍♀️

I had a delicious Shawarma dish, with potato wedges & battered onion rings. The whole dish was delicious, but too dry. It would've hugely benefited from a good meat gravy. Overall 8 outa 10.👍

I was very pleased with something I'd never tried before. I checked it out on Google & it seemed tasty, so I ordered it & overall I enjoyed my meal. My only criticism would be that you should include a proper, rich, Sunday lunch style gravy. The meal is too dry as it is. So, apart from that, I was gonna say 100% overall, but I suppose I can't after making a criticism, but yes I feel I'd give

Missing a portion of chips and a portion of garlic sauce. Donner meat was well past its time really dry and leathery not pleasant to eat (so didn't ) nan breads really doughy and not fully cooked.

Absolutely disgusted with staff here this evening. After placing our order online a item was missing. I called to report it and he said we get one out, knowing due to past experience with Mos staff I have waited Upto a hour for missing items to be sent out. So I asked when will it be sent out and he bit my head off shouted at me down phone .. absolutely disgusting behaviour my partner and son both heard it as had him on loud speaker. After pulling him about this he continued to have attitude towards me. Never again will I use Mo's palace I have been a regular customer for years but no more your staff are a disgrace 😡

Kebab wrap wasn’t that good, more naan bread than doner meat, with placing a £38 order, we normally get free cheesy garlic, thanks for that NOT. I do like to try somewhere different, Might stick to where I normally go.

Food was cold, which is bizarre because it was a calzone which notoriously hold heat. Also, they have items on the menu that are wrong, got an angry call telling me I can’t have the salad “extra” that I had chosen, because the price was too low (80p extra selection, he wanted £2 - for a salad, the type that they usually give you for free that usually goes straight in the bin). So we had to cancel the salad as we didn’t have any cash on us. Wont be ordering from here again.

Sorry not impressed this time, parmo was dry, meat pizza very doughy and looked anemic but meatballs on top were dry and overcooked. Garlic bread wasn't like it normally is chewy cheese and also doughy. Hopefully next time better

Food was excellent and a reasonable price we ordered 3 kebabs and a pizza the kebabs came as seperate meat, salad, naan and sauce very unusual but very welcome I particularly loved the chilli sauce and my wife loved the shawarma brilliant all round

Arrived on time but barely warm , quality of the ingredients doesn’t seem to be what it once was and the prices in the last year or so seem to have gone up considerably.

Shocking food isn't that great and staff are extremely rude. They also accuse you of stuff you didn't do, like taking a receipt from the machine when in fact you didn't even touch it and there was actually just no more paper in it and they don't even apologise. Honestly shocking and appalling service n I wud not recommend. I'll definitely not be going there again and taking my money elsewhere. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Ordered for 8pm delivery ready for when i finished work. Got delivered to the house at 6pm when i hadn’t even got back home. Obviously stone cold by time i got home.

The order was incorrect 2 weeks in a row, ordered a Parmesan plain but there was mushroom on it and last week missed chips off our order and was nearly 2 hours delivery.

Awful! Pizza like doe under cooked and still soggy. Horrible

Very dry Donna meat. Wasn't keen on the taste of the kebab chicken. Parmo was rubbery. The bottle of coke was on point

Food good apart from garlic tomato pizza very dry and over cooked However everything else was amazing and so tasteful.. do recommend .. ended up waiting at door on stairs for over 15 mins expected delivery but still worth it .. re heat next morning

Burgers were really tasty. Wrapped in foil to stay piping hot. The chips were well cooked and also piping hot.

Pizza came with no cheese stuffed crust. Supposedly they tried to call but no call received here, (Difference refunded at door). Burger came with lots of red onions( and little other salad) when specific request for no onions. Chips were dry and overcooked. Missed off large cheesy chips completely, didn't realise until delivery driver had gone. Just disappointed all round, so asked for partial refund. Won't order from here again.

Ordered food at 4.56 and at 6.34 the food finally came . I rang up after 1 and 20 minutes to find out they have a trouble doing my chicken tikka kebab. They could have called me to advise what was going on but nothing. Only used them twice now won’t be using them again .When the food came it was ok . If anyone knows of any good pizza shops in the area please let me know . Thank you and if you order expect a long wait time ! The reason I gave two stars because the guy who took the call and delivered the food was apologetic and said they were short staffed and couldn’t get the chicken tikka to cook . He gets a star because he understands customer service skills

Tries too hard to be better than the rest....by doing exactly the same as the rest. Less food, better quality, slightly more expensive and this place would smash it. Instead, the most basic orders are over complicated. Ps...my chicken tikka shouldn't taste like fish!!
