Lovely food, very good service. Went with the family and we all really enjoyed the food, would go back again. Only reason for the 4 rating for atmosphere is that we sat outside on the pavement, to be fair, that was our choice and nowhere would score perfectly in that scenario. Inside though was lovely, and nicely decorated.

Lunch on our first visit, very welcoming, great food and service. Reasonably priced, would definitely recommend booking as it is small restaurant. We had salads and pizzas, good portions, very generous with the chicken on my salad and on one of the pizzas.

I am here weekly and on the whole I enjoy my visits. There is a lovely atmosphere, the service is good and the tea is nice. I sometimes order a croissant, and the last 2 out of 3 times it has been dry, as if at the end of its life. Would be great if the staff could be more aware of this and remove items once they are past their best, as they are not cheap.

Lovely food and fresh and great service . Good service, staff polite. I think its the best fish and chips shop in the area and been coming her for over 20 years

My partner and I went for a quick spot of lunch, service is excellent, didn't have to wait long at all and the food is value for money, large portion, lunch menu grilled chicken kebab that came with rice and salad and the chilli sauce condiment is delicious - highly recommend

booked a table weeks ago, they called me to ask if I wanted to bring forward, I said no as its planned event, so they said see you in 2 weeks.... didn't bother to tell me it was closing! luckilly another restaurant could take the booking .

What a perfect end to a weekend. Sat on the upstairs balcony this evening and had the most incredible roast, portions were fantastic. the young girl looking after us was so friendly and helpful. plus there was a live band playing by the river creating a lovely atmosphere as the sun set! Can’t wait for next week!! 😁

I visit almost weekly. One of my favourite places for brunch or lunch or even just coffee and a pasty. Loveliest staff food! And great coffee ☕☕

Now closed This restaurant appears to have lost its identity. It used to offer a great menu, but all our group could say today was ... It's "Ok". Before it was always "Fantastic". Original review Limited menu. Average dishes. A far cry from this once excellent restaurant.

Fantastic Thai food! The crispy squid was perfectly cooked—light, crunchy, and full of flavour. The weeping tiger dish was a standout, with tender, juicy beef and a delicious sauce. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!
