The best restaurants in St Mark's Kingston upon Thames London

Glenmore House has remained my most treasured venue at which to attend Masonic meetings. RW Brother Robbie and his charming wife Faye run the centre with customer service and enjoyment of all visitors at the forefront of what is offered. The bar upstairs or ground provide relaxed venues to socialise. The food and service are outstanding- IMO , the best in Surrey. Sam as Asst. Manager is super-attentive to us at all times. Mia & Ruth also stand out for looking after our groups. I have been attending events including social , at Glenmore House for some 18 years. I just returned from a great L meeting and excellent and convivial festive board. A 10/10.

I’ve been to most of the cafes in Surbiton and this is hands down the best. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and back it up with great food and coffee.

As always it is always a great experience with the kiddies. Always made to feel welcome and food is fab

Had some great food here. Not my normal choice, as I am not into sushi. But my partner who spent 3 years living in Japan classed it as some of the best she has had since returning. Since having a fantastic dining in experience, we have used them for deliveries also, and was still pleasantly surprised by the quality, and portioning!!! of the food

I had my 30th birthday at ExCellar and it was brilliant. I felt the pricing was reasonable and the atmosphere was great. They allowed me to bring 10 easels and set up artwork around the venue and we’re flexible with every little request I had. Staff on the night were excellent and Kathryn’s organisation on the night and leading up to the event was amazing. Thank you so much!

My partner and I went for a quick spot of lunch, service is excellent, didn't have to wait long at all and the food is value for money, large portion, lunch menu grilled chicken kebab that came with rice and salad and the chilli sauce condiment is delicious - highly recommend

What a lovely place, by the river. Great chilled background music, staff is so friendly and relaxed, plenty of sunshine and nice food. I love coming here, tried the bread with sweet potato hummus, delicious. And the brownie is definitely recommended!🫶🏼

booked a table weeks ago, they called me to ask if I wanted to bring forward, I said no as its planned event, so they said see you in 2 weeks.... didn't bother to tell me it was closing! luckilly another restaurant could take the booking .

Now closed This restaurant appears to have lost its identity. It used to offer a great menu, but all our group could say today was ... It's "Ok". Before it was always "Fantastic". Original review Limited menu. Average dishes. A far cry from this once excellent restaurant.

The spot looks great but the food is average. We ordered 3 items from the menu - returned one because it didn't taste good at all.

Fantastic Thai food! The crispy squid was perfectly cooked—light, crunchy, and full of flavour. The weeping tiger dish was a standout, with tender, juicy beef and a delicious sauce. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!
