Megan's at the Post Office Restaurant (Surbiton) in Kingston upon Thames

Went there for dinner as a family of four on holiday from the U.S. Everything was really delicious. Large portions, super-friendly staff, and in an old Post Office building. It was packed but they let us in, no trouble. Just lovely! Check out the old postbox in the ladies room.

Henry and team were all extremely helpful and diligent which made our bottomless brunch in celebration of my wife's birthday a great experience.

Staff were very welcoming and service was brilliant from start to finish. The waitress was also very welcoming to my kid which i appreciated. All the food really tasty

I come to Megan's to do audio editing away from home and the staff are always so lovely! I've been served by Lucia twice now, and she gives excellent customer service everytime! I do like coming here, because the staff is so pleasant, that does a lot for an experience! Keep it up Team Megan Surbiton!

Luca was an excellent server and food was delicious. We came at a busy time but the wait wasn’t too long. Oh and the fries were also great.

Prady was attentive and professional. Suggested bacon with turkish eggs and just enhanced the dish so well i thought of giving him a shotout. Will be back to try the cookie dough i was recommended. Great place to eat in surbiton

I was served by Jay, who was very warm and friendly and constantly checked up to make sure everything was great, even though I only had a coffee. I noticed others around me were very pleased with her service also. However, I noticed that other staff were not helping out and one of the team leaders was standing around and hovering at the front door, not supporting their staff. Very unprofessional. I asked my server, Jay, what his name was and his name was Prady. Just wanted to note that my coffee was lovely, best one I have had in a while.

An amazing all rounded spot. Been here for brunch, lunch and dinner, and perfect for drinks too. Stayed late until the night cap was available which was delightful to discover too. Dessert was to die for and our waiter with the long hair and man bun made our experience a million times better. Wish we caught his name - thank you! Deserves a pay rise 😁

We love Megan's. The atmosphere is great, the staff incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. A tad on the expensive side but worth it I think!

I usually pop into Megan’s on the way back from seeing friends in Surbiton. The waiting team are always very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is very lovely too. The carrot cake and the brownie are probably my favourite deserts.

There were 8 of us. Although restaurant was very busy service was pretty good. We all liked our food and drinks. Avocado on toast a particular hit. Emily C our waitress was very pleasant. One quibble, the addition of two small slices of haloumi to avocado for £3.50 was very overpriced

Mistakes were made with the person that took the order however a waiter called Casper saved the day and rectified it. He was also patient as I was annoyed and hungry. making my experience a pleasant one Thank you Casper 21/01/24

Always like visiting Megan's. The team are super friendly and Emily C looked after us brilliantly. It was my ten year old daughter's first visit and she definitely wants to come back, partly for the food, partly for the dog spotting.
