Without any doubt, the rudest, most vile management I’ve ever come across in any establishment. We had an issue with a dish here and the waitress (who was actually rather pleasant and has hopefully now found a better place to work) said it would be taken off the bill. According to the disgustingly horrid woman who runs the restaurant, the waitress would have the meal price deducted from her wages. The service charge that we were presented with - and refused to pay - would also apparently be deducted from the waitresses wages. The “woman” (could be a robot/AI to be fair, given her lack of humanity and compassion) who runs this place bullies her staff and attempts to also bully her customers. If you stand your ground you’re told you’re not welcome back. It’ll be the best choice you could make! I’d avoid this place like the plague for the lack of service alone. On a food basis, it’s tasteless, overpriced and generally bland rubbish. As above, even if the food was good (which it isn’t) the service is good enough reason to stay clear. It says a lot when they're even rude when replying to customer reviews. Really nasty owners showing their true nature!

Wow, this restaurant is a real gem. We travelled over 2 hours to eat here, and it was worth it! Being gluten intolerant, the choices in the UK for a tasty Chinese dinner are few and far between. I am so thankful to Amie for creating a space that is safe for Coeliac and intolerant sufferers. We also had the chance to meet Amie and her wonderful dog Koto. What a kind and lovely woman, she shared her story with us and the reason she began Naturally Chinese, it was very inspiring to see someone in the hospitality industry understand the importance of food preparation safety and I wish her continued success. The service and food were incredible and our waitress was very attentive, she recommended some of her favourite dishes, and we were not disappointed. I would recommend the smoked shredded chicken as a must try, it had a beautifully crisp outer coating whilst retaining great moisture on the chicken, and the taste, WOW! Delicious. Gluten free and dairy free options. Food is decent. Nothing bad about or special about the service or atmosphere. We have visited more than once as they cater for gluten/dairy free and we will visit again.

Great food great service very enjoyable evening again just a tad expensive.

Absolutely awful. Cold restaurant, no heating. Food extremely overpriced. To end the evening meal I ordered a ‘ginger’ tea it was hot water, a slice of lemon and shred of ginger £6.00 in a thimble sized glass! End bill came to just over £90 Underwhelming.

Service disappointing and well overpriced!! £96 bill for 2 x mains and 2 starters! Will not be returning. It was a cold evening yet the heating wasn't on. We all kept our coats on to keep warm. Awful experience.

Dim sum not great, 2 hour wait for food

The service is left wanting, the staff could be more attentive, an improvement in communication with customers would make all the difference. If you're coeliac, it's probably your only option for Chinese food. The food is excellent however over priced - they are charging a premium to cater GF. Value for money isn't great. A three overall, there are better value places for the money if you're not catering for coeliacs.

We went with high hopes and the food was ok- but the dim sum was completely overpriced- up to £10 for 3 dumplings. 1/2 duck was almost £40 (and v dry/ not crispy) and the noodles (small portion) £17 . We were hoping the food would be incredible, hence the price but it was just ok. Better to go to China Town for the real deal and better value for money.

Authentic Chinese cuisine with nice atmosphere.

Paid my first visit to Naturally Chinese yesterday and I can tell you, it won't be my last. Superb food clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Excellent service too. Both the owner and staff were delightful and so, so helpful explaining the different choices on offer. Highly recommended.

The best Chinese ever, especially if you are gluten intolerant or Celiac. FYI this place is approved by the Celiac foundation. Anyway The food is fresh presented well the service is 5 🌟 and its quick from the min you walk though the door to the min you are sat down. You do pay a quite a bit but you get the service you pay for and is well worth it. There is a big variety so we are going to return to try the rest of the menu.

We got a takeaway so can't comment on the restaurant, but the food was the best Chinese food I've eaten since I fell in love with authentic Chinese cuisine when I was a child at my Chinese friends party :)

First of all , We have got a warm welcome and greetings form beautiful waitress They clearly explained about all the allergies and gluten free foods served hot and delicious food Singapore noodles was sooo good and tasty Finally , 5 star rating for food and service Prices are very reasonable

We were planning an 7:30 dinner but due to a late flight arrival we had to postpone till 8:30. My partner had some difficulty changing the booking but it seemed to work out ok in the end. When we arrived there was just one other table occupied. We opted for the set menu for 2, priced at £88, including some prosecco or wine. When we finished the main course, we were told that our choice of desert (mango sorbet) was no longer available (at this time we were the only people left in the restaurant)... As we decided not to have desert, we were assured that the cost of desert would be deducted from the bill.... Then the bill arrived... Our £88 dinner was now costing us £89. Ok, not a big difference, but why? And where was the deduction for not having desert? And on top of that we had to pay a £24.32 service charge!!! Absolutely outrageous!!!

The clay pot with the silken tofu are absolutely delicious as well as the classics like sweet and sour chicken. We have been coming here for a few years and it is always nice. The fact that they offer gluten-free menu is also very inclusive, would recommend.

I simply loved it. Excellent service, and good quality. All staff are prepared to deal with food allergy and they provide recommendation when asked.

We really wanted to enjoy our meal, particularly as they offer a gf menu, but we were really disappointed at the quality of the dishes for the price - the flavours just weren't there and we left much of our meal uneaten. The service was excellent, but we won't be returning.

Do not go to this restaurant, it’s a rip off. Very small portion. I paid £13.90 for a cheung fun where its £6 in most other good Chinese Restaurants. A soup, dim sum, chow mein, and a wantan total bill £52.

Went for dinner..really friendly and helpful service. Really good food. It seems that this is the only exclusively Gluten free Chinese restaurant in the UK. Quite relaxing ambience and very nice loos (always a good indication of well organised restaurant). It took me an hour to drive to but I am certainly going again. Highly recommended.

We arrived as a party of 5 and was greeted by a lovely polite member of staff, seated and served promptly. While enjoying our ice cold beers we decided on dinner. The pace of service was just right and our starters came out very hot, the pork and prawn dim sum was amazing along with the smoked chicken. Some of the best I've had after eating in over 30 chinese restaurants. The beef fillet and asparagus was flavoured perfectly and so good one of my friends ordered another to take home to his wife. Overall we had a great experience here and will be recommending to friends and family.

If you’re looking for authentic dim sums, this is not the place you should go! The shrimp dumplings were sweet. Crispy squids are like those frozen one from supermarkets.

This restaurant appears to have lost its identity. It used to offer a great menu, but all our group could say today was ... It's "Ok". Before it was always "Fantastic". Original review Limited menu. Average dishes. A far cry from this once excellent restaurant.

So good to find a restaurant with authentic Chinese food. Last time I had something as good as this was at my childhood home town. Finally I have found a restaurant that serves beautiful food and amazing cocktails. The owner even made my sister an I and unique cocktail as we wanted a something different. She made a unique lychee cocktail. Amy was amazing to us and most importantly very honest about what is in the food and what is not. Refreshingly honest and very kind service. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family for sure.

I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant where I felt so ripped off. The service was OK but it was so over priced for what it was. It's great that they cater for gluten free but most places do now so it's not a selling point. The food was just terrible. My local take away was so much better. Whet to go you a restaurant you expect more but the food was bland and tasteless. If you want something special dont bother. This place is the boiled rice of restaurants.

This was a celebration dinner for two of our party who had big birthdays! We were excited as two of our party are coeliacs and we had heard great things about this restaurant and their ability to produce gluten free Chinese food safely. It absolutely did not disappoint. The menu was so varied and the food was delicious. They follow strict procedures for the Gluten free which provides such confidence which in turn makes for a relaxing evening. We would all absolutely recommend this place. The staff are so nice and a pleasure to deal with as well. We drove a round trip of 150 miles to go here and I'd do it again in an instant.

Having read reviews on TripAdvisor, I decided to take my wife here for her birthday lunch. My wife has a gluten intolerance, and it's so difficult to find a Chinese restaurant that caters to this. I also decided to eat from the gluten-free menu as I was curious how gluten-free dim sum would taste. The food here is excellent and is matched by the service. The owner is so friendly and helpful. We will be visiting again.

Delicious food. My son absolutely loves it and every time we go I buy smoked chilly oil for the home. But we don't go often as the prices went an up a fair bit and now it feels quite expensive.

Amazing food and fantastic gluten free choice

Delicious gluten-free Chinese food, great service and authentic healthy ingredients. Perfect for Coeliacs craving Chinese food. Price reflects the quality of the ingredients. We were there early evening and our corner table was a bit on the cold side as probably hadn't had a chance to warm up.

We loved our lunch here today! The beancurd spring rolls were a particular highlight. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant had a relaxed vibe and the food was delicious. Overall the food was decent and it’s very nice to have such a large range of gluten free options. However, we ordered the crystal prawn dumplings, when they arrived the outside of the dumpling was hot, but the middle was frozen and raw. The prawns were blue. We did not know they were undercooked until both my partner and I had taken a bite. The restaurant says this was a result of a “wrong timer”, although they should’ve checked the temperature before sending it to our table. They did take it off the bill, but something like this should never happen. This mistake could’ve made us both very unwell

We were really disappointed with our meal, been meaning to book for a while as we were intrigued to find a Chinese with all natural organic produce free of MSG. The food was however bland and very expensive for a simple noodle dish with beef- £21! My partner had a noodle dish with chicken and prawns he said the flavour was nice enough but it was very dry. The starters were £8+ the ribs were tasty but the 4 pieces of prawn toast was not worth £9. The next door table complained that the centre of one of their dumplings was still frozen. The atmosphere in the restaurant was flat with no music and hushed silence when the tabled complained and the frozen dumpling. The bill came to £65 for 3 starters, 2 main meals and 2 soft drinks. Kebab shop a few doors down next time I think #lambdonnerforlife

This is the first Chinese food I have had for 15 years and my word was it worth waiting for. I went for all the classics, spare ribs,spring rolls , sweet and sour pork ,rice and noodles and I enjoyed every bite. Not one bit of it had that gluten free lacking meal feeling everything tasted just how it should . All the staff are excellent and thanks to your new member of staff who was working her first shift well done x we will be coming back to work our way through the menu.

A wonderful restaurant! Had a great range of gluten free dishes and the ones I ordered were delicious. Staff were lovely and helpful. Will definitely recommend and go back.

Absolutely delicious, gluten-free (GF) Chinese. Four of us visited for Sunday lunch (two of our party are Coeliacs). We decided that all four of us would order from the GF menu to avoid cross contamination at the table. We opted for the GF set menu....

Poor customer service experience. Telephoned at 12pm on a Sunday with an advance takeaway order. I was asked to call back in 10 mins which I did. Ordered a few dishes for a family lunch for takeaway asking to pick up at 1pm. Turned up...

I must say I’m very disappointed by the gf restaurant- I wanted to go there for years and we went today on Chinese new year and it was not very good . To be fair they warned us that it would be really full but that is not a reason to not put any heating on at all - by the end of the 2 hour meal incl 45 mins for the food I was frozen 🥶 My son has celiac so we decided to have the gf meal for 2 people and he could share with us - crispy duck arrived cold and with no pancakes ( we can’t get them gluten - free the waitress said)instead we had to roll up the duck in leaves ( healthier for you anyway the waitress said)😳great Main courses took ages to arrive - sweet and sour chicken - 5 pieces and the rest covers in onions the same for the lamb and prawns - yuck My son complained about a tummy char afterwards and it was very expensive as well !

Booked a table for 8.15pm / ordered food at 8.25pm and ate at 10.15pm. All they took off the bill was drinks and nobody had alcohol. We constant chased up the staff after a hour of waiting and was always told 'It's coming, the kitchen is busy'. I will caveat this review was it CNY eve so the restaurant was busy. @ Naturally Chinese Restaurant. Please set expectations with diners when they arrive if there is a big delay or you are short staffed. Your food is great but huge let down to be waiting so long for it.

Lovely service. This is it really this time. Crispy duck - somehow not crispy. Lemon chicken, lamb & fried noodles- we each (three adults) tried and left untouched. Manager appeared to blame a waiter for delay bringing food. The waiter by the way was super lovely! Then, we got blamed for moderating the main dishes thus they faded away from ‘original recipe’ though all we changed was we asked not to put bean sprouts into the noodles. We were not charged for the three dishes which is fair. However, something was really not right this time & it is nothing to do with the recipes.

I have been going to Naturally Chinese for years and it remains my favourite restaurant in the area. The food alone deserves 5 stars as it tastes delicious, freshly cooked and with unique flavours. I have never been to a Chinese restaurant of this quality. On top of that, the manager is welcoming and always says hello. The staff are polite and efficient. The atmosphere is also pleasant - homely and casual which makes for a relaxing experience. I will continue to come here and enjoy the 5 star experience. Thanks Naturally Chinese!

6 of us had a wonderful meal on New Year’s Eve. Everything was excellent. The beef was particularly tender and tasty. Had to order a second helping for the teenagers.

Lovely lunch here and such great value for money. We had a set lunch menu between two adults and two kids and we came out full! Most surprisingly, my two (normally) fussy children tried everything on the menu. All of the ingredients are natural - no processed rubbish here. Friendly staff and family friendly. Will be back soon!

Never again. while There I was so cold and shivering through out. Being Friday around Christmas time the restaurant was empty and that says it all. I asked if they could turn the heating on, they said it is on but it didn't feel like it. Our food came very quickly which was warm and within 5 minutes food was cold. i couldn't wait to get out. On top of that extremely expensive.

Went to this restaurant tonight and had a lovely experience. The food was delicious and it’s so nice finding a Chinese that’s gluten free! Will certainly go again and the only downside is they don’t deliver to Raynes Park, although that’s probably for the best as we’d be having it every week!

This is our go-to Chinese - takeaway or dine in. A must-try, in my opinion. Repeatedly high-quality food across the board, and lovely service. In particular the crispy Fried Chilli Beef is always great and the Singapore vermicelli noodles recently surpassed my expectations :-)

Delicious food and a great selection. The dim sum and spring rolls were my favourite! I love that it’s all natural, quality ingredients and no msg. The manager was friendly and helpful and it’s super clean. Usually very busy but we visited on a quieter day luckily.

This place is amazing!!The food is so tasty, not only that it has a wide option of gluten free choices. Our favourite dish is the shredded chicken - it’s delicious. A must try if you’re in the area.

This was my first ever proper Chinese meal due to being. Coeliac but I felt immediately at ease. When first sitting down we were asked if anyone had any allergies and I was given the gluten free menu. There was so much choice our group got everything gluten free so I could try a variety of dishes. When the sauces were brought out we were immediately told that they were gluten free which was a nice touch. My group told me that it tasted like normal Chinese which made me extra happy as this is a cuisine that had previously been inaccessible to me until visiting here. Will be visiting here again.

I'm not convinced on pricing vs quality here. I know what things cost, food seemed standard and perhaps a bit salty.

Very high quality chinese food. Best of all everything is MSG free and they offer a full gluten free menu. Staff are very friendly and helpful. None of the rush rush rush you get at some chinese restaurants. I can not recommend a specific dish because it is all excellent.

Unbelievably expensive! I booked a table online and it was an easy process. We were greeted nicely and found the interior pleasant. The toilet was very clean. We ordered two portions of sweet and sour chicken and one portion of fried rice with egg. The food was ok, but I can’t say the portions were big. We had nothing else - just two mains and one bowl of rice - and paid £43 for that (including 12% service). To put things in perspective - two main dishes at NayThai just down the road are more than sufficient for us (i.e. Pad Thai comes with meet and noodles) and cost around £23 (including service)! Real shame as we live moments away and this could have easily become our other favourite local restaurant, but sadly we will not be returning to Naturally Chinese.

Официант вышел и принял заказ блюд на основании его рекомендаций и уверения, что в одном блюде будет рисовая лапша, а в другом пшеничная. Выносящий готовые блюда администратор стал уверять, что в обоих блюдах лапша рисовая. Предложили заменить блюдо, выбранное по ложной информации официанта, когда ожидать повторно сил не было. Далее моя подруга заказала себе чай. Нам вынесли чайник с двумя чашками. Мы не придали значения, я чай не заказывала и не хотела, сделала глоток из своей чашки по просьбе подруги. Нам включили в счёт второй чай. Просто выносом второй чашки здесь накручивают счёт ). Учитывая предысторию с лапшой, я сказала, что для меня это количество сюрпризов является ватерлинией и потребовала убрать чай из счёта. Этого делать не хотели, рассказывали, что я же чай пила, и что подруга заказала два чая. Она сказала, что это неправда. И, тогда, если счёт оплачивается раздельно, почему они включили чай в мой чек. Разговор напоминал попытку поймать ускользающего афериста. Чай из моего счёта убрали, а обслуживание чаевые, которое было неприемлемым, оставили. Далее, после меня, рассчитывали мою подругу отдельно, ей в счёт включили тот чай, который я оплачивать отказалась, и ни она, ни я не заказывали, о чём много раз повторили. Она оплатила счет, т.к. посчитала дальнейшие пререкания с безнадёжным заведением ниже своего достоинства. Я захватила наш чек и пообещала поделиться впечатлениями о заведении с их потенциальными гостями. Нас провожали со словами «официант же семь часов на ногах и вам же понравилась еда». По поводу еды. Честно: Ничего плохого – ничего хорошего. Стандарт. Лапша, соевый соус, вмешанные тушеные овощи. Порции не большие. Изначально шла в это заведение в поиске классной китайской похлёбки с жареным тофу, креветкой в кляре зеленью и т.д., которую довелось попробовать в Китайском квартале в Лондоне в PonPot Malatang. Не случилось. Отношение к гостям расстроило на столько, что даже гениальные блюда померкли бы на фоне сложившейся ситуации.

We came here 2 years ago and loved it sobmuch we came back again. The food was amazing. Even better that they are accredited by Ceoliac UK, so was able to eat a Chinese in confidence and have all the things I couldn't normally have. So thank you!

We came here for dim sum. A specialised gluten free restaurant. Service was ok. A bit more pricier than other Chinese restaurants that served dim sum. Overall it’s a decent restaurant.

We have been a few times before and have always had a great meal but things have really changed and not for the better. The crispy aromatic duck looked like it had been shredded hours ago making it dry and stringy, the cucumber and spring onion were also dry as obviously cut hours ago. Prices have sky rocketed with a side dish of pak choi in garlic sauce now £8.95. This, and the beef in black bean sauce, was the best cooked dish we had though. Spare ribs were tough and very chewy. Dim sum was average, not as good as it was before. Chicken satay just looked and tasted like it had been thrown into a deep fat fryer. Really disappointing, and really expensive. Will not be returning.

Had an amazing meal here with the family. Friendly staff and delicious food that feels far healthier than any other Chinese restaurant I've been to. I highly recommend the prawn and pork dumplings as well as the pork cutlets.

We had really great dinner here. Fantastic service and staff was very friendly!! Dumpling is the best ever for me. I think they made theirselves. We want to try other food next visit.and we enjoyed spicy noodle and salt and spicy tofu, and garlic veg sauce. The restaurant tasty is not salty and oily which we loved it. We will come back for lunch dim-sum!!!

This is a great place to get safe gluten free food. My mother in law is gluten free and was thrilled to find this just down the road from our house. We got take away and it all came nicely packaged in good sized portions....

I ordered 3 dishes for takeaway last night. The salt and chilli tofu lacked seasoning and was pretty bland. The shredded beef had just 16 strands of beef in it. When I called to query it, I was told this was their normal portion size. For £11 you can find much better elsewhere. Disappointing.

食物质量和味道都很一般，点心很差劲，并且价格贵。我中午吃了小笼包，肠粉，干炒牛河，清蒸鲈鱼，小笼包肉很少、猪肉味很重，肠粉皮厚到可笑，干炒牛河的粉很厚且都碎掉了，鲈鱼只有一小片，味道算是唯一一个不难吃的，很失望且以后再也不想回来。有时间的话，还是不要图省事，直接去市中心吃粤菜吧。

I ate here before and the food was good, but on a busy day it was very stressful and food not as good. I felt so embarrassed & disappointed for bringing my mum on a special occasion because the meal was a disaster. We were told we have a 2 hour slot only for the table, but it took about an hour for just the first dishes to arrive. After over an hour and a half, we still had dishes missing. We kept trying to ask what was happening but the staff were all so busy and confused. Some of my family had to leave, my young niece had been patient for a while but after nearly 2 hours and not much to eat yet she was crying. I tried to cancel the dishes that didn’t come and get a refund. It took another 10 mins to get someone to help- the lady was apologetic and said we would get a refund on our deposit for the table, and for the dishes that did not come. 2 months later we still don’t have the refund. I have tried to call and sent quite a few enquiries to the restaurant but I didn’t hear back. I just got the refund for my deposit about a week ago, but not for the dishes we didn’t get. I don’t think I would come again for a special occasion because I felt so embarrassed that I brought my mum here for Mother’s Day and it was such a disaster. The food we had was mostly tasty. The soup dumplings disappointing because the restaurant uses reusable papers in their steamers which is eco friendly , but the soup dumplings stick to it so when you pick it up they break and all the soup is out. Squid was chewy and quite over cooked and the table next to us asked for a refund on squid because they couldn’t eat it. The other food we had was nice though, including spare ribs and seafood noodle though portion was quite small. Just a shame we got only one dish every 10 mins.

The best Chinese restaurant for gluten free, vegan and customers with allergies. You won’t find MSG or any chemical in their food, they actually care about what they feed their customers and the owner (Amy) is really switched on she knows exactly what’s in her ingredients and they can also make changes to certain dishes If you have any allergies. Amy and the staff are really polite and always make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend their vegan dumplings, gluten free bean curd wraps, aubergine tofu (main dish) and she also makes her own noodles which is amazing !!! This place is so good we normally take away items for the next day as well !
