Got a takeaway my chocolate cake looked like diareoah on a plate and my sisters cookie dough was an oily sweaty mess and tasted garlicy. Also ice cream was grainy. Wouldn’t buy again tbh maybe it would be better in store rather than takeaway

I had an extremely unpleasant experience concerning the hygiene standards of the establishment and the quality of the food. Initially, I ordered the spicy seafood ramen, only to discover a small insect floating in it, which was quite revolting. Additionally, when we requested tap water, we were served a jar that contained remnants of cucumber. After asking for a replacement, the second jar revealed what appeared to be white filaments (the nature of which I could not identify), and the cups had a distinctly fishy and unclean odor. Following this experience, my husband unfortunately fell ill and suffered from diarrhea. I urge you to take these issues seriously, as they directly impact people health. Not recommend

I had such a great experience at Pizza Express in Kingston! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. I was served by Dorota, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal—she really made us feel at home. Simran, the manager, also came over to check on us and was so warm and professional. The food was absolutely delicious—huge shoutout to Selman in the kitchen for preparing everything perfectly. You can tell the team here really cares about what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Tastes like my friends mum used to make, this type of authenticity is so hard to find in London.

Courteous service, pizza poorly cooked, Fettuccine Alfredo BAD, DISH, Caesar salad uninteresting. The prices are in relation to the neighborhood and that’s it!

Wow! The selection was vast and yet so approachable. The rice bowls are amazing - so tasty, filled with fresh protein (sweet chilli chicken in mine) and veggies. I had a large bowl for lunch and honestly don’t think I’ll need to eat again until tomorrow… Will definitely be back for more!! So much to try - including the pudding menu!!

The food was nice as we expected from McDonald's but the service wasn't really up to the mark. No table service was available as the employees had already taken away all the table numbers from the ordering kiosk. People working without gloves, no trays to take the food, no tissues/no sauces, it sucks to get off your table again and again to get stuffs (specially when the store is not busy).

Very poor coffee … please use hero or Beanberry for a decent coffee this place is very poor and now called coffee 222. Way too much water Coffee weak even after asking for strongest coffee, total disappointment

Forgot cheese on my burger that I pad extra for and for got pri pri salt on fries which I paid for this isn’t the first time this has happened.

We came for a Saturday night meal just 2 of us, the place was full of delivery drivers waiting - the waiters don't even wait tables anymore you just open and pay on an app and they bring it over. They didn't ask if the food was ok (it wasn't). I had to chase them round the restaurant to get their attention as they were pre-occupied with the drivers. We ordered 1 x grilled chicken burger salad and 1 x breadcrumb chicken salad. The grilled chicken was the thickness of a small slice of ham which was already ridiculous and was pink in places. The breaded chicken came out cold and the coleslaw was lukewarm on both salads. There were 2 other tables in the restaurant with people on and they had complaints too. This place has gone completely downhill, came here for years with zero complaints ever. But I will not be returning.
