Kitchen: 0 I asked for a 4 cheese pizza, I got a margharita pizza which tasted like cardboard. My girlfriend took a plate of pasta where there were 5 penes chasing each other. We asked for parmesan, the waiter gave us a pinch of parmesan (that is to say nothing at all) And finally, we waited 30 minutes to get the bill. Tip: you will find better opposite

I had the pleasure of being served by Hassan during my recent visit, and I can confidently say that the experience was outstanding. From the moment we were seated, Hassan greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, immediately making us feel welcome. They were attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the right moments and offering helpful suggestions when asked.

Cajoled by the Italian servers standing outside and hungry from a whole morning of walking about, we opted for this restaurant among a street of many other Italian places. We had a lasagna, which was slightly hard (not in a pleasant al dente way) and a pizza, which was unremarkable. For the price, we did not leave happy.

Microwaved food and overpriced. Tesco meal deals taste better than the cheap meat they serve.

Very expensive for portion size, even for London. 3 small bowls of pasta dishes cost £80.22. Service charge of 12.5%.

The food was ok but the the service was poor. Had to ask for the pepper and parmesan and it was slow to arrive. Neven offered a dessert menu or coffee. Don't think I have ever had so little attention in a restaurant. The only time any speed was shown was when I ask for the bill which arrived instantly with the card reader. It's a little pricey as well Look elsewhere.

Shambolic service. Mediocre food. But it works if you need food and can’t get in anywhere else.

Genuinely the worst resturant I've ever eaten at. Was seated fine, if a bit short on space. Was hassled to order food, coming over every 2 minutes to ask if we were ready to order yet. Got my drink wrong. Starters came and wasn't the best, but edible. 5 minutes after starters were served the mains came out, we weren't even halfway through the starters. I ordered lasagne which tasted microwaved, very chewy and barely any sauce. The worst lasagne I've ever had, I would rather have a ready meal. My boyfriend ordered pizza which wasn't good either. Decided to leave dessert and the bill was astonishingly high for 2 people and no alcohol. £80. Overall our food was worth £10 at most. Avoid at all costs, staff rush you out and aren't friendly at all.

By ordering two different large beers, a blonde botched waitress brought them claiming they were the same and we were ridiculous asking which is which. Upon asking for the check we realised that they really did mess with our order, lacking courtesy and it came up to 20£ which is way too overrated.

The food is amazing! Very much Italian flavour. one bite and I thought I was in Italy. The service is 10/10 the staff are super friendly and fun to be around. Lots of good vibes will definitely recommend to stop by if you are visiting here!

At the door they don't even let you look at the menu without making you enter directly, and the most visible thing is the children's menu, the cheapest. Then inside you discover that the prices are much more expensive than you expected, in addition to the 12.5% ​​tip they add. So far normal in a place for tourists. But the food was the worst, making a Milanese with spaghetti wrong is a crime... The chicken was burnt and super tough. Very friendly service at least.

Really bad service. Asked for water for the table 3 times on the third time was told that she will have to see as the bar staff are very busy. No Parmesan with any of our pasta dishes and not authentic Italian food. Very expensive and left very disappointed. Will not be back. Not one to ever leave reviews but beyond dissatisfied with this experience.

Had dinner here last night before the cinema. There are lots of Italian restaurants on this strip so high high expectations due to the competition despite also being in a tourist hot spot. I was welcomed nicely and sat instantly. The first thing I noticed was that the decor seemed tired. Scratched wood, paper sign for the toilets and the place looked like it needs a bit of a makeover. The paper in the menu was yellowing. Just print a new one? I wasn’t directly near the door but the door was kept open the entire time and it’s November so was a little surprised. It’s in part to having outside diners. But it wasn’t warm in the restaurant. The next thing I noticed was it had fish and chips in the menu. I thought that very odd for an authentic Italian restaurant. I ordered a glass of pino grigio and it pretty average. The weird thing was that the glass was so thick. I picked it up a few times as I don’t think I’ve had a glass with such a thick stem in my life. Took away from the refinement of having a glass of wine. It came quickly and the server was friendly. I ordered lasagne. It came and it was ok. No better, no worse. It was a little chewy on the top layer of cheese but was ok enough to eat so didn’t complain. Towards the end of my meal the table of four to my left complained and asked for the manager. Citing poor service and something about the food. They were given a part refund and a free dessert. I think it was handled well by the manager. Then the table behind me (2) complained about the food. Saying it wasn’t authentic and didn’t taste good. The server told them they couldn’t have a refund as they had almost completely finished the dish. They left pretty unhappy. Before I left I used the toilet and even that was part broken. I think that’s the theme of this place. I was pretty underwhelmed overall. I wouldn’t go again.

Food was bland and waited over a hour to get mains , no check backs had to get to staffs for attention to order drinks sitting with empy drinks for over 25 mins Food told mains would be 2 mins 20 mins later still no food would avoid at all cost !

Most amazing service and great food. The servers were patient and funny and understanding. We were a group of 18 and handled it so well. And they came with an amazing surprise at the endand that really was the evenings cherry on top. Cant recommend enough

I went today to this Italian restaurant and I had the best experience. I tried the pizza and it was so delicious. Also the waitress Teuta was so kind and helpful. I would definitely come back .

Food is not that food, to be honest We had 3 dishes, the best of which was the fresh and delicious feta salad, but it came without any sauce. You added balsamic vinegar and olive oil to it. I did not like the fettuccino alfredo at all, the steak was dry. The worst thing in the restaurant is the smell of smoke Whether by air or land The best thing about the restaurant are the staff, especially the cheerful ones at the door What I advise

Rip off, way to expensive for unauthentic painfully average food.

Antipasto platter to share was nice. Not huge though. Quite expensive for what it is. I have paid with cash and I was actually looking for coins to find the exact quantity and it was 45.12. The waitress took 45.20 from my coins and I thought: alright then. No one ever brought the change. Obviously the service charge was included in the bill already. It is a tiny quantity, but it is the fact that she decided to take that without even asking and then assuming that it was okay.

Food was dry and tasteless. No spice. Ordered a chicken breast served with chips. Was served a tasteless dry chicken slice. Was never asked if it was ok to take plates away. They wee just removed as quickly as one was emptied. I generally hope to pay for someone to make me food that I can’t make myself. This was an experience I will not repeat. Won’t be coming back.

Positives - nice outdoor seating. Good spot near Leicester Square. Food delivered pretty quickly. Overall, we thought the taste was okay. Negatives - pricing a bit high for what you get. The service was not good. We had to get the servers' attention to place an order. Fninshed our drinks, no follow-up. Finished our meals no one checked on us. We ended up feeling frustrated by the lack of service. Spend your money elsewhere. I would recommend choosing another establishment. There are plenty of choices in the area.

The wine was a bit pricey, but the staff and food was amazing.

This place is overrated. The food is nothing exceptional, but the prices are very exorbitant. For 2 pizzas and one seafood spaghetti as well as 2 cokes and a beer £150 plus £13 tip. The tip is automatically included in the calculation. This approach doesn't work at all. Ergo, not recommended.

Service & atmosphere were good. We ordered salad, margherita pizza, carbonara and bolongnese which are simple to make but the taste is need more to be improved. Also, the price too expensive which is not match for the quality of the food.

Dined in the restaurant last night and Minela served us very well. She made sure nothing was missing and very kind and professional so I am definitely pleased. Definitely reccomend to go there for high quality food, service and atmosphere.

Mens toilets out of use not mentioned when been seated chicken pasta the chicken was frozen cubes but cooked ok .pizza was good

I visited recently and have to say, the food was amazing. I cannot knock the food or even the price considering the location , it really was top notch…. This hopefully shows no bias about a 1 star review. But it was truly a shocking experience in terms of service and atmosphere. Horrific service and felt shockingly rushed. Me and the wife were at the venue for 40 minutes and in that time we had a main course each , desert and 3 pints…. They are just rushing you the whole time. Throughout the service the staff are talking the whole time about how they can move along x or y table, so they can bring in more people off the street … literally saying “well let’s get table 12 out in the next two minutes “ on their headset…. It is so so poor to hear that over and over again as dine. Then finally, when it was time to pay the bill £105 for the fore mentioned plus a glass of wine. I ask if I can have another round of drinks and we are told no because you can’t just drink there. It was so clear that they had planned to usher us out for more diners off the street, but considering our whole dining experience was 40 minutes and we spent £100…. I think it’s shocking service to essentially be kicked out. I asked the staff, so are you saying unless we order more food we can’t stay, and after consulting his ear piece again like some secret service agent, he replied, “sorry we don’t just serve drinks” and asked us to leave. Again, amazing food but do not attend if you expect to have some half decent service and time to enjoy the experience. I get people outstay their welcome and it’s a business…. But we spent a tidy amount there and had been sat down for 40 minutes in total , so not taken the mick. I would never attend again and neither should you. It was essentially a sit down fast food chain standard experience .

Overpriced and just not good. You are visiting Trafalgar Square. You are walking a lot. You get hungry and thirsty. You look for a stop nearby. You won't come back. The restaurant knows it and saves on quality and service. Unmotivated staff. Microwaved dessert. Walk a few steps extra and find a better place.

Absolutely not worth the price .. mocktails at 10quid plus 12.5% service charges.... No way!! We ordered a mocktail, an iced tea and a vegetarian toastie and a vegetarian pasta... Our bill was abt 60... Food was average for the price. Service can be better...as they offered garlic bread on the house to white couple who sat across us...but not to us.. also we asked to pull the shades a bit and they ignored... however for this white couple...they willingly did it even without being asked.. Not sure if they were being racist or classist or whatever....never gonna visit again!

Strolling around London trying to find a last minute place to have dinner, 5 adults and 4 kids. We were approached by a lovely Italian man, who I presume was the owner/manager of Little Italy. Inviting us in for a meal! Extremely friendly and obviously in fierce competition with other restaurants along that stretch. We viewed the menu outside, and viewed some of the menus from other restaurants near by. We chose to head back to Little Italy and were not disappointed! The food was divine! HUGE portions! We ordered a variety of meals, pizzas, pastas, seafood, burgers and garlic bread. Everything was cooked to perfection! We have already decided we'll be heading back there on our next trip to London! They accommodated our large group well. Food was hot and all meals came out together, which is rare considering how many of us there were. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even the request for some cranberry juice that wasn't on the menu for our daughter. We also celebrated a birthday while we were there. The staff and the customers all sang happy birthday and the birthday boy was given the best tiramisu we have ever tried! We would highly recommend visiting here, you won't be disappointed! I honestly wish I could give them more than 5*! Oh and we were provided with pizza boxes at the end to take our left over pizzas and garlic bread home!

The waiter didn’t even talk to us other than to take our order. 30£ for two cokes and garlic bread that was disgusting. Total trap. Just avoid

Overall very good. We were a party of four visiting London for my wife’s 50th birthday and dropped in for dinner on our first evening. Very nice place but drinks are on the expensive side, £11 for a pint of Peroni is taking the piss somewhat. This helped generate a total bill of almost £250 for the four of us, so do consider this before entering as it is expensive for Italian. That said, food and service were great.

Lovely meal and location for a pre-theatre dinner. It's been a long time since we ate out in the Leicester Sq area and hence when the bill arrived we were completely shocked. £80 for two of us for pasta, risotto, two drinks and coffee.

Very expensive, beer 0.5l 11 pounds and then not even really cold. Pizza crust soft. Any pizza in Italy or Croatia is better. Only the collectors at the entrance do a good job. They fill the place...

I came here once with my friend and it was wonderful. However I visited yesterday and was appalled by the service. I ordered a gluten free meal and it came out and didn't look like it had previously so queried it and it wasn't GF, this can have very serious consequences for me. It was remade but added to the bill as two seperate meals which I had to argue. My mum requested a small glass of wine but when the bill came we were charged a large and told thats all they serve. The table next to us had a bottle of coke poured down a guest. It was really disappointing and I won't revisit.

Hello, today, August 1, 2024, I went to this restaurant with my husband, son, and friend. Since we arrived, the chairs were torn from the covers. We requested water to start, which never arrived. We ordered 2 pizzas, 1 spaghetti and chicken. When the pizzas arrived, one had a hair tangled in the cheese. The same situation that I reported, the girl took the pizza, removed the hair and returned it to the table. In less than a minute, the spaghetti and chicken had no flavor, everything was rotten and smelled like beef viscera. Horrible, disgusting!!! Same situation that I told you at the time, the girls play dumb with these situations. The bill was 100 pounds and with a tip of 12.5 pounds. Please do not go!!!! It is not possible that they charge so much for these foods that have no quality!!! I give it one star because I have no other choice, otherwise I can write my dissatisfaction!!!!

Excellent food. Marinara pasta was Gr8, as was the GF options. Beers very expensive in my view but not used to extortionate London prices. Service was s but slow, but was fairly busy. Waited ages for a 2nd beer. And, not keen on automatic 12.5% s charge.

The lady that coaxed us in , was very charming . Once seated the waiter was very non chalont, and couldn’t care less. The food was below average , and a pint of lager was over elleven pounds , five ponds for a small bottle of water . You live and learn !!!
