Service was an easy 10/10 the waiter was amazing , such an icon the food 10/10 the atmosphere 10/10 honestly no complaints. Been going Wagamama ever since i was like 6 months old with my mum lol must go in Kingston

Do not visit- The manager of this branch was incredibly rude to us when we had asked to be refunded for a sandwich that they didn't have in stock. A young lady served us and was very apologetic that she couldn't fulfill our order. When we were trying to collect our drinks in our order, and there was confusion over which drink was which, the manager looked at me, as a paying customer and said "what are you looking at me like that for". I was embarrassed to be in that situation and I will never be returning.

For sure there are slicker venues - better food and classier decor - to be found locally, but there is now a real sense of a local shared space and an regular eclectic mix of patrons. As a daily vistor I've noticed the vibe change between times of day, day of week, and college term times. You kinda sign up for that before you enter. I haven't experienced their ccasional evening live entertainments so can't comment. Pet friendly, this has become my dogs' second home, along with a cute kitten and (as previously noted) the occasional pair of parakeets.

Order online, Came 20 min late, Food was in edible, missing salad and shawarma was dry NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Worst tuna melt I have ever had. Tasted like it was store bought tuna mayo mix pre mixed with cheap cheese. Told the staff it was disgusting and handed it back - they didn’t seem too bothered, which spoke volumes. Overpriced, poor quality food which explains why the place was virtually empty on a busy Sunday lunchtime in the Bentall Centre. Avoid - there are many decent places to eat for a fraction of the cost of this place.

Took 40 minutes to arrive, was given the wrong order. Ordered a feast for one, it was hardly a feast. Portion sizes are dreadful

In kingston PE. Lovely waitress called Saayeh was very nice and welcoming to me. All the staff here are incredibly friendly.

Not happy with the Food, it was Stale and Cold, the Drinks were all Spilt and I got half a Drink and I didn’t get any mayo or lettuce in my burger

Had a great Maple Hazel hot chocolate was made by Adrian, perfect temperature for me. Matt was very helpful and lovely to talk to. Thanks again.

We did not enjoy our visit here. The staff were not welcoming and helpful, The customer service here was appalling and rude. The buffet lunch was a limited choice and some of the dishes had been left standing on a hot plate and was congealed and horrible. A total waste of money. Would never return here

My colleague twice sent his chicken burger back as it was undercooked. The staff were great about this and gave him a refund without him asking. I had a fish finger sandwich which I didn’t eat all of as something didn’t taste right. 6 hours later I was violently sick and had the hot and cold shakes all night long along with regular trips to the toilet. Can only assume it’s the food and would therefore never recommend this place to eat!!!

Underwhelming jacket potato. Looked unappetising, no butter, with tiny salad garnish. V poor quality and expensive!!! Expected better from John Lewis. Def won’t return. There are other outlets wanting to offer a better experience.

Friendly staff, good pastry but the two flat whites were so very weak . Very pricey and the decor is now looking functional but without being stylish. More public swimming pool changing room than a friendly coffee shop. . It’s a shame that’s pret has pret has lost its way .
