I wish I could give zero stars. My recent experience with Shawarma Grill was nothing short of a disaster. I ordered a chicken shawarma, but when I received my order, the chicken was completely missing. How does a place known for shawarma forget the chicken in a chicken shawarma? Unbelievable right? But yes they did forget… As if that wasn’t bad enough, the delivery driver was extremely rude. He also made one of my colleagues extremely uncomfortable with his unsettling stares at her. She felt completely unsafe, and that’s simply unacceptable. I will never order from Shawarma Grill again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. This place has a service which is absolutely nightmare.

Ripoff- £8.50 for Two Pieces of doner and 10 Chips. Claimed no chicken doner wrap but was clearly available- not wrapped properly and messy.

Don’t order from here, I ordered via Uber eats and the food was undercooked, the chicken is extremely pink, I tried call the restaurant to complain and the number on Google says it’s and incorrect number. If you actually walk past this place it looks like it’s been closed down so they me be operating illegally also on Ubereats it operates under the name of “MIDNIGHT”! Thanks for the food poisoning!

I ordered online as i have paid for my delivery a couple mins later they have cancelled the order and taken my money do not eat here.

I ordered from it twice now since I've moved here as an overseas student. The food is halal, The owner and delivery guy are very friendly and welcoming. The chicken Shawarma are STUFFED with chicken which is just amazing. An overall 10/10.

I order the food chicken shawarma with fresh bread and sauces but what I get tortilla wrap with mayo and few pieces of chicken. Very disappointing . Very bad

was worried after reading reviews. although I didn't order shawarma or doner. I went for the mix grill. was very nice I would definitely order again is a very good price for the portion.

We ordered via just eat. The delivery driver was rude and aggressive. He demanded that we come all the way to the road to collect our door even though we had 2 young children at home. The chicken Shawarma was undercooked, unseasoned. It tasted like frozen rubbish. The donner meat was undercooked and was also unseasoned. The houmous was the worst I've even had. Avoid!

Someone needs to close this fast-good ASAP. Such a disaster I won't even waste my time to explain what happened.

This place is disgustng, I only wish I read the reviews earlier. How Deliveroo have this on the app is beyond me. Overcooked chicken pieces, undercooked chicken sharwarma which was greasy and leaking and the worst chilli sauce I have ever had. Avoid at all cost.

Grabbed a couple Kebabs here Sunday night and they hit the spot! Massive portion, great meat, loved it.

Omg!! RUDE is understatement on all platforms in regards to this take away!! Delivery man shouted at me on the phone as he was too dumb to find my address, when he finally arrived he practically thrown my food at me!!!! I have never seen anything like this in my entire life!! They should not be open for trade! I'm in so much shock ! They speak to customers like they were speaking to animals- not even animals deserve to be spoken like that to !!! In regards to food tiny portions listed as large, not worth your money. I will pop in there one day just to see for myself how are they approaching customers once @ the place as I still cannot believe what I experienced with them RUDE RUDE RUDE people!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWFUL. A meduim chicken shish £8.50 arrived in a pitta folded into a wrap with 5 pieces of small chicken. There was no cabbage at all and minimal salad. We asked for no onions, we had onion. The large shish arrived with no salad, and again onion when we asked for none. It was also stone cold. A can of coke was missing too. And to make things worse there is no phone number to contact on as both lines are dead. How convenient. Just eat should remove these thieves.

Why is there not a contact number for the dump that actually rings? The 2 numbers available are 'not available '?! I received a poor order from one of their own independent drivers. Nasty cold food was almost chucked at me with aggression because the driver found himself at the wrong location before he finally arrived at the correct location that was already installed on his sat nav! I was expected to leave my home and collect from the driver's car across the road in the pouring rain almost as though I was difficult customer!

Next time, do not cancel a deliveroo order at 2:25 AM, when you closeing 3:30 AM! Even if is a small around £13 order. 😠

When taking the food from delivery driver thought something was missing, but no it was just extremely small (ordered large). No salad at all and no sauce. Chicken brown? Amount smaller than palm of your hand for £11. Pitta rock hard. Literally a tiny amount of terrible brown scraps of chicken in a stale pita with no salad or sauce like requested and advertised. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever experienced.

The food made me violently sick and has caused me to be rather ill since. It's really disgusting and it needs up be closed down.

This kebab joint gets a lot of stick ..but my last experience was pleasant and deserves a review imo..the lamb doner was of decent taste and the bread felt very “traditional” ..not your typical pitta ..only downside was the chips, they just weren’t that great. But for a 3am munch, i was more than satisfied. Shawarma Grill over Eden kebab any day.

Unfortunately tonight's food was not up to usual standard. Chips very undercooked, presentation sloppy and pittas soggy. Salad not nice as usual. Is this a different person doing it than usual?

Scam of a place, got a wrap delivered and even after it got marked as at my door my food wasn’t there. I wasn’t able to contact the place either as their phone number doesn’t work. Paid £15 to these guys and all it got me was disappointment.

It’s a little take away tucked on this side street and serves standard kebab fair. They are open until early morning hours and seem to be popular among the late night party folks. Their pita bread looks like home made so that gives it a nice touch. Would have given this place 4 stars but unfortunately the hygiene part by using one tong for raw meat, sliced meat and for the vegetable toppings screams a bit “food poisoning “

If I could rate o star I would. Revolting burnt fat n skin oily off cuts pieces of chicken, normally would be thrown out not served. I couldn’t eat it nor my mate, completely wrong order delivered besides. Washed off n gave to dog!!

Ordered 5 samosas for £5, only to witness 5 frozen supermarket samosas thrown in. Also ordered cheesy chips and I was charged £9, then the man running it proceeded to try and overcharge my friends for their wrap just because it was late and we were rowdy (we weren't drunk enough to fall for it). My cheesy chips were forgotten, so I asked for a refund on it, but instead of a refund I was charged an extra £5! I disputed this charge, only to have Shawarma grill steal my money back! Would not spend £3 on those samosas nevermind £13

Ordered cheesy chips and got given a very small portion of potato wedges with what I can only presume was a babys handful of grated cheese sprinkled on it and to top it all off the food was cold and my house isnt even a mile away

The food from here is usually very good and delivered quickly. However last night the order has left me and my partner feeling very ill to the point it has completely put me off ordering from here again which is unfortunate as it is usually alot better

Quility Quility Quility . There was no wrong part of the food we had today. It was all 5 star and we will use you from this day forward. Meat was well seasoned and so moist.. Bread was spot on.. This by far is one of my favourite places to get food to eat. The portions are worth the price u pay and the taste is on par

Food was okay but the delivery driver had an appalling attitude and was very rude! He wanted me to meet him halfway down the road 😂.... eventually he came to my door but was still whining like a little kid. Definitely wont get my food delivered from here again

We order kebabs from Shawarma about once a fortnight. The food is always well seasoned and five minutes early. The homemade bread is a definite plus. The lamb shish is fantastic and I'd avoid the chilli sauce if you have a delicate mouth!!

Just ate 3/4 of my chicken wrap and realised it was RAW! Do not eat here if you have even the slightest concern for your health. If I'm ill tomorrow then I'll know why. Disgusting!

The negative reviews are absurd. Easily the best tasting kebab in Kingston, decent value and open late. The Bacchus night experience isn't complete without it.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a burger which is adversited as “fillet burger” when it came it was three chicken grilled cubes inside it. I called to complain about this as the burger clearly wasn’t a fillet burger and they said that’s how a burger is suppose to be. More like a chicken tikka not a burger. Horrible experience. Waste of money

Always go here - the homemade (fresh while your meat cooks) pitta bread make these the best kebabs in Kingston without a doubt - meat is good quality and not greasy and salad is fresh - V good value too!

Used to be really good open til 4am, used to regularly get kebabs there on a Saturday night after 3:30-4 no trouble. Now employs a weedy young boy as security, drunk and rude to tell you to get lost at 3:30. At first didn't think he was security he was so bad. Avoid.

Dumb staff, they are so stupid they can't even manage a simple queue, I waited 20 minutes and people jumping the queue was the first one served.

I wouldnt even rate this resturant and delivery service 1 star. Where do i start... once we completed our order at 7.30 the estimated arrival was an hour. The hour was up plus 10 minuets. I then rang 3 times before an answer and i was told the delivery guy was sent out 20 minuets ago as he had an order on the way he then said he would call to check. I gave it another 10 minuets called back asking where is he as i had now been waiting 1 hour 20. The man said he should be with me in 10 minuets. The delivery guy then called me ANOTHER 10 minuets later and apologised for the wait explained his inconvenience (which i dont believe to have been un true) he said he would be 10 MINUETS!! When he finally arrived at 9.30 he gave our food plus a bottle of drink as an apology lol. Once we opened it all up we noticed 1 part of the meal was missing & what had been giving to us was all WRONG. Called back straight away to explain the situation and all i got at the begining was the delivery man just repeating what i was saying trying to stall with no help. Instead of an apology and some kind of compensation for this appalling service i got nothing but excuses, attitude and he even had the cheek to insinuate the fault was with me. This is a disgraceful excuse of a good delievery service that I strongly do not recommend unless you want to wait 2 hours get the wrong food to be then spoken to like a child and have toast for dinner 👌🏽

I had a kids meal when I was low on cash and had the Munchies. I think it was either £2.50 - £3.50.. Check again. But I got more than enough chips and 6 halal chicken hotwings/mini drumsticks with BBQ and burger sauce. And had a major foodgasm. Top Notch!!

A short review is hard as there is so many awesome things we have to say about this place. Their bread is to die for, meat is so well prepared. I don't eat lamb at all unless I order from them, both shish and donner are yummy. You can taste a little char grill on the shish pieces, both chicken and lamb. Seasoning are tasty, It's just everything you want from a goood kebab. They only thing I would suggest is work on your salad which is nice but needs a little kick to perfectionise the kebabs ! :D These kebabs rock ! Also the people working there are always polite and very nice, They take care of you and always try a little more then you would expect :)
