Last Experienced(Updated): This establishment struggles during peak hours, as it often becomes too late to receive food in a timely manner when the restaurant is busy. Unfortunately, the customer service also leaves much to be desired, lacking the attentiveness needed to ensure a positive experience. These issues can significantly detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal. While the potential for good food exists, improvements in service and efficiency are essential for a more satisfactory dining experience.

I had ordered a family feast with some yummy spicy wings. The customer service was top notch also the hygiene and ambience was on the point. They’re very polite to the customers irrespective of the busy had . Quick n fine service 😉 Highly recommend if you’re in a hurry n need a grab and go

Overall, Good Experience. I had visited last Saturday and purchased a big party bucket. I love those chicken wings, mini and original recipe chicken with perfect original taste. And also fries are very nice and fresh. Customer service is excellent 👌🥰😍🍗

Guys to be honest, dont order from this KFC anymore i had to go to hospital for food poisioning because they serve me ROTTEN chicken wings with dark spots inside. Please report this branch to the authorities so they can investigate.

Absolutely appalling KFC, ordered a regular tower burger meal, and got a burger that looked like it had been flattened by a lorry, inside the bun was a bit of chicken that was as tough as leather, after one bit I threw the burger in the bin, the chips were half decent, the half portion that I was given, will not be going back.

Hash brown was burnt like a hockey puck. Twister had a fillet burger in it instead of strips and the wrong sauce. Chicken peice looked like someone drop kicked it. Attached pics for reference.

The food was cold and dry. Service is awful and staff forgot items in the order. Staff was stood chatting yet seemed impatient with me taking my time to look at the menu even though there was no one else in the shop. They also didn’t know much about the food they offer. Will not be going back.

Very poor in person service. Staff seem to rushed off their feet dealing with Online orders and not prioritising the queue. Several experiences where you have to wait over 15 mins just to place your order and another 10-15 mins to receive your food.

Ordered via the app was still waiting for food 20 minutes after arriving to collect!! No mash available but still showing online been weeks now Gravy and food were barely warm Reluctant to refund for the mash Won't return

My husband came to kfc Surbiton ordered 10 pieces chicken meal to our surprise when we got home there was only 8 pieces I then rang Kfc Surbiton at 13:41 no one answered

This is the only KFC near me so I can't compare it with other ones really. I love KFC in general so I can't knock the food. However, we always order the 14 piece bucket with chicken only and last time more than half of it was drumsticks. A rip off in that case. Atmosphere is so so. It's just a takeaway place so there's not much to add.

Ordered a meal for a birthday treat, and the restaurant didn’t deliver any fries! They did not pick up the phone to deal with the issue. The meal was a bit of a disaster as a consequence.

There organisation & communication is poor

Couldnt select zero stars so one it is. Ordered from KFC surbiton for delivery via JustEat as usual only to be surprised that items were missing from my order (as part of meal). I ordered a 10 piece Wicked Variety Bucket only to find part of the meal (probably the part I look forward to the most) 8 hot wings and chicken fillets - missing! Drove over to kindly ask if they could provide the missing items as they were part of the meal only to be told that I had to go through JustEat which I acknowledged. To further understand where the error happened I asked what their usual process is when processing an order. The Asian man explained that once the order is accepted he and his team 'pack' the food and seal it and gets picked up by a JustEat courier. Nothing usual. He then went on and said that probably the driver took the food! I said the seal was untouched so how can that happen. He then continued to dig himself a grave by adding that the seals can be removed without breaking it (or the bag) therefore asked him to demonstrate this - the seal broke. Now it was clear the the issues lies within the team at Surbiton for now checking the orders before they go out at which point he dismissed my comment. At this point I was fuming that he (I believe he was the manager) would blame JustEat for his teams INCOMPETENCE and lack of care. He then reminded me that I had to go through JustEat and they will get back to me in 24 hours. What about the dinner I had ordered for the family? The fact I ended driving there to try and resolve the issue was ridiculous. Had he just simply replaced the missing items, this honest review would not have been added. Knowing nothing could be done, I left. Disappointed as I always ordered from them previously and not had ANY issues.

I ordered a party bucket with 8 extra hot wings twice in each time when I arrived at home they didn't add the hot wings today I complained about it and ordered the same thing and they said they will not charge me for the extra hot wings but again when I arrived at home they didn't add it 👎

It’s disgusting and hair is all over food and staff don’t care about the quality of food or how long you wait and hygiene is poor.

Missing item from delivery, absolutely no way to contact the restaurant or just eat to let them know. Really clinical to just ignore customer query’s but they get away with it. Will never use kfc or just eat again,if I could I would give a minus rating.

It’s the worst KFC I ever had, the chicken is stale and dried out. The chip portion is ridiculous. I seriously believe KFC should tighten up these franchises in England as they’re no where near KFC standard I know.

Ordered 10 Mini Fillet Piece and 4 sides around midday. Arrived within 20 mins, cooked to perfection, had some mixed experiences with this place where chicken has been over cooked, but today they nailed it, everything was cooked perfectly, food was the right temperature when arriving at my place via delivery, and was very impressed. Thanks again Surbiton KFC Team.

Had a large family order all wrong AGAIN, the veggie burger was cold and the bread on the burger wasn't right had to throw it away. Wouldn't order from there again.

Went for a takeaway lunch during my workday and found this KFC branch. Really enjoyed the chicken, well cooked and nice spiciness

Couldn't understand anyone behind the counter, they couldn't understand my English, fast food turned into a laborious process having to repeat myself numerous times and having the staff repeat themselves numerous times... if I wasn't so hungry I'd have walked out. I now know never to return.

Food and service is always good. Too many delivery drivers slowing down orders for walk in customers. Maybe some more staff needed. Still five stars for chicken 🐔

Very poor experience! Staff had no clue about menu details. After explaining everything thing, handed over the order, asked for Ketchup, she said it's in the bag- checked nothing was there, While looking found out my sides were also not there. When requested then she realised, oh we don't have this so will give you alternate side, also we don't have Ketchup 🤔

I find this place with a bit of a slow service most times. Just coming back home now after ordering for and collecting for the family at the till on the way back from the station only to find out that one of the meals is missing the chicken all together - chicken fillets from the kids meal. Not happy customer at all.

I don't like fried Chicken, but I wanted a quick take away Coffee. Even though the shop was empty it seemed to take a long time before I got my drink, which wasn't that hot when I eventually got it. The girl serving me disappeared for a discussion after starting the machine. She came back with an older man and I got the impression that she had received little or no instruction in its use and that mine was the first coffee of the day.

I bought a gravy box meal on Tuesday, the 14th of November. As I was walking home I wanted a chip The paper bag Tore the gravy box wasn’t done up securely and it went all over the pavement so I didn’t eat that evening. My complaint is the box that held the meal was not done up properly underneath if it was I may have eaten that.!!!!

Service was very slow. Had to actually ask to be served as all they were doing was filling the delivery orders and just ignored the 4 people in the actual shop waiting to be served

Foods always hot and the people that work there are nice and quick to take your order.

I care more about local flavors. You cannot go beyond the classics in industrial restaurant chains. These five stars are not given to KFC capital, but to KFC workers themselves. It can be preferred in difficult times.

It was pretty bad .it looked ok on the outside but the inside of the chicken was grey and brown it tasted only of pepper. And then I think of the conditions were they are kept I always regret eating KFC.

Twice they have substituted food without telling us they were out. Repeatedly they have been very late with deliveries. In fact while typing this I am waiting for food that I ordered an hour ago. Probably the worst KFC I have ever used. Edit: They literally forgot the burger in my Fillet Tower BURGER Meal.

Walk in customers are treated as second tier. Not the most hygienic looking of shops. Food not good at all. Cold soggy fries. Flat, tiny and extremely dry zinger burger. Room temperature beverage. Every customer had to ask for serviettes after paying. Not good value for money. Overpriced for what it is. To avoid disappointment eat elsewhere.

Seems like service is getting incredible slow. Very short staffing. Only ever one till in use. 15 minutes to place order with just two people in front of me. Another 10 minutes to recieve. Ordered a sharer bucket. Got warm coke, no tissue and no cutlery. Had no choice but to eat coleslaw with my fingers. You also have to check your order because there are always mistakes

A great little KFC in the heart of Surbiton, much much better than the competition a few hundred yards further up the road towards the railway bridge, the food was good and freshly cooked, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Just waited 2 hours for an order which has been cancelled when the restaurant closed. In the meantime everywhere else has closed and we are left without dinner. If you can't accept an order is fine, don't cancel it after 2 hours that the customer has been waiting. Is really upsetting. And deliveroo is not helping neither. Thanks a lot

I’m no exaggerating when I say they get my order wrong every time I go here. My food is delivered (or I get home) and there completely the wrong food or less food than I ordered. I’m genuinely shocked and actually impressed how they can consistently get this wrong. The food that actually comes pretty tasty but it isn’t worth the risk in ordering

Went there to buy a bucket of chicken on the 2nd of December 2020. There were number of delivery guys standing inside the tiny place without wearing the mask, there was no social distancing whatsoever. When ordered the chicken, very impolite staff said the waiting time was 25 minutes? 25 minutes waiting in such place with no COVID-19 guideline in place for fast food chicken? Absolute joke

Absolute waste of money and time, I would only suggest collection. Delivery is cold i seven gave them another chance but they failed again, im 3 miles from the shop and still cannot deliver hot food. Avoid.

Every time they get the order wrong. EVERY TIME. Literally not a single order you got right. Now that's final no more... I am almost certain that this is deliberate now. You pay for a product you never get and the refund is complicated you rather not do it. Almost certain its a common deliberate practice. I can't explain this otherwise. Never again.

Very small KFC but fine for a takeaway. My concern at the moment is delivery drivers coming in and out with no masks on.

Useless, every time I go to this kfc they always without fail get my order wrong. 2 stars because it’s a chain restaurant and the food is always the same. 2 stars is generous considering the service is poor. Staff need to go back to basics and start repeating the orders back to customers. No customer likes to pay a set price for a product that was not provided.

We placed an order via Uber eats for four meals. The bag it was delivered it had a label on it saying meal checked!! so not the delivery drivers fault that Only three meals arrived out of four, the chips that arrived with the three meals seriously can’t have had any more than 15 chips Each in each box! I tried calling KFC but as expected no one answers! Never again!!!
