McDonald's in Kingston upon Thames

The food was nice as we expected from McDonald's but the service wasn't really up to the mark. No table service was available as the employees had already taken away all the table numbers from the ordering kiosk. People working without gloves, no trays to take the food, no tissues/no sauces, it sucks to get off your table again and again to get stuffs (specially when the store is not busy).

Food was hot and delivery was quick!

I didn't get my chicken nuggets

The coffee I ordered was not sealed properly so en route the cap came off, the coffee went everywhere including all over my food. Absolutely terrible.

THERE IS NOTHING HAPPY ABOUT A HAPPY MEAL, THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND VILE AND DESERVES TO BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY WITH ZERO ACCEPTIONS WHAT SO EVER. things we ordered weren't delivered i.e Terry's chocolate pie and chicken select share box

All the cooked food was cold on delivery. Code didn’t work and had to show the order to prove the correct code had been given. Just awful

The delivery person was polite and he also helped me navigate to my confirmation number on the app for my first order. The food was at the right temperature and all of the items in order were included. Great first order experience!

Popped there on a Sunday morning. It was busy but still plenty of places to sit. Service was relatively prompt. I went for a sausage and egg McMuffin meal with a hash brown and a water. Got to say that the presentation of the burger was a mess. (See photo) so marked down.

Always super slow to make orders. You can order one item and you’ll be waiting at least 15 minutes. Have had to remind the staff a few visits that my order isn’t on the board after a 20+ min wait.

The place was full packed with people, I was alone and there was an empty seat for 4 people so I went and seat there as there was no other available seat. I was still eating yet one of the service crew asked me If I am finished so I could leave yet she can see that I was still eating. And she told me that the seat I took was for 4 people. I explained to her that there so many people where does she wants me to eat then. Then that made me eat my food quick because it was so embarrassing

Took 30 minutes to just get a burger fries and drink and there was people ordering meals for 4 getting there food before us and the food was cold and the floors were very dirty

There is a large amount of school kids that rumble around and order large orders that take a long time to prepare which makes other orders (which take minimal time to make ) take over r20 mins to make even if it’s 2 items.

This is a hit and miss McDonald's sometimes it's brilliant and other times we'll, they get orders wrong and cold food and cold coffee is a universal McDonald's staple especially the expensive lattes.

It's my first time in the UK, and I've been taught several times by an Asian employee who thinks I can't pronounce straws well. Like other McDonald's in the UK, they don't pack hamburgers well so that patties and vegetables don't scatter.

This McDonald's is not good. Made the mistake of going in today. Soggy undercooked chips. Half a slice of cheese in my burger! Tables left dirty and piled with rubbish. Never again. Will go to Wendy's instead.

Didn’t receive the condiments this happens quite a bit with McDonald’s . You pay for the sauce and it doesn’t get packed

Be aware!!, Myself and my daughter went to eat out in Kingston Bentals center Mcdonals yesterday. Despite having clean tables the rude cleaning lady didn’t allow us to sit on them. We were trying to go out and eat but I took the eat in option hence couldn't go out either. We came back and sat on the clean table and the cleaning lady brought the store manager and he treated us very rudely suggesting we could have sat on the tables which were not clean. Eventually in the middle of eating, I had to get up and sit on one of the unclean tables. If you don't want people to sit there and eat why you are having eat in option? Not sure where to complain about this. I will never ever use this McDonalds branch again. Very rude staff. Disgusting

Went in for an interview was early too but when I said where I was from the person interviewing me face went sour like he just bit a lemon. It went down hill after that. Oh yeah he also muttered "you are a hoodlum" under his breath. I also noticed that there was no young workers but only middle aged people working there.

Order arrived cold, driver went for 3 deliveries before getting to my place. ORDER ALMOST 2 HOURS LATE (Ordered 11:26 and arrived 1300)

Our food was COLD which was very disappointing & was a waste of money we would like a FULL refund, Just Eat isn’t to BLAME, McDonalds is responsible for serving COLD FOOD, next time they should make sure that there food is served HOT so customers aren’t DISAPPOINTED & satisfied with their order.

The food was cold. The driver had been sent to deliver another order miles away first. The driver had spilt the drink over the food. It was vstone cold. He had taken the food back to the macdonalds but they wouldn't replace it so he delivered it. The bag fell apart and was dripping wet!

I was with a group of 5 today, who ordered via the McDonald's app. The service took 15minutes, but besides that the fries were not cooked or salted in the manner we have come to expect from this company. The fries when bitten into had the raw taste of potate on the larger fries. When I raised this with a red cravat member of the store team I was told, well we are busy and these things happen... I asked for future service of food purposes to let the manager know.

My food turned up cold because the delivery driver went in the opposite direction to the delivery address the delivery time kept changing due to the driver getting further away from my address you could see this on the tracking map it’s like he was delivering other food but not even on the way to us totally out the way plus missing items

Awful. Waited well over an hour for delivery, food stone cold when arrived. Courier Map didn’t work and when it did we watched the driver go to several addresses before ours was delivered. Want a full refund for the awful service.

Arrived over an hour late and stone cold, just inedible, went straight in the bin. Appalling service, said driver in restaurant for over 45 minutes. Very disappointing child waiting on her chicken nuggets that went in the bin.
