McDonald's in Kingston upon Thames

Always super slow to make orders. You can order one item and you’ll be waiting at least 15 minutes. Have had to remind the staff a few visits that my order isn’t on the board after a 20+ min wait.

The place was full packed with people, I was alone and there was an empty seat for 4 people so I went and seat there as there was no other available seat. I was still eating yet one of the service crew asked me If I am finished so I could leave yet she can see that I was still eating. And she told me that the seat I took was for 4 people. I explained to her that there so many people where does she wants me to eat then. Then that made me eat my food quick because it was so embarrassing

Took 30 minutes to just get a burger fries and drink and there was people ordering meals for 4 getting there food before us and the food was cold and the floors were very dirty

Dirty ,cold food, was served food which was hours past its serve time should have been binned not sold

There is a large amount of school kids that rumble around and order large orders that take a long time to prepare which makes other orders (which take minimal time to make ) take over r20 mins to make even if it’s 2 items.

My son, like most kids, loves this place. The current peel off sticker promotion has them hooked!

I never received my order ( I received 1 burger and 1 mid cola instead of £26 worth of food) and Justeat won't refund or credit despite showing evidence of the error - worst provider ever

This is a hit and miss McDonald's sometimes it's brilliant and other times we'll, they get orders wrong and cold food and cold coffee is a universal McDonald's staple especially the expensive lattes.

It's my first time in the UK, and I've been taught several times by an Asian employee who thinks I can't pronounce straws well. Like other McDonald's in the UK, they don't pack hamburgers well so that patties and vegetables don't scatter.

Very bad workers food is taking a lot of time.

This McDonald's is not good. Made the mistake of going in today. Soggy undercooked chips. Half a slice of cheese in my burger! Tables left dirty and piled with rubbish. Never again. Will go to Wendy's instead.

Didn’t receive the condiments this happens quite a bit with McDonald’s . You pay for the sauce and it doesn’t get packed

Didn't receive our main burger, was missing and was shocked! Only offered £5 refund, we want compensation as well for getting another form of dinner, no quality checking whatsoever

Be aware!!, Myself and my daughter went to eat out in Kingston Bentals center Mcdonals yesterday. Despite having clean tables the rude cleaning lady didn’t allow us to sit on them. We were trying to go out and eat but I took the eat in option hence couldn't go out either. We came back and sat on the clean table and the cleaning lady brought the store manager and he treated us very rudely suggesting we could have sat on the tables which were not clean. Eventually in the middle of eating, I had to get up and sit on one of the unclean tables. If you don't want people to sit there and eat why you are having eat in option? Not sure where to complain about this. I will never ever use this McDonalds branch again. Very rude staff. Disgusting

Went in for an interview was early too but when I said where I was from the person interviewing me face went sour like he just bit a lemon. It went down hill after that. Oh yeah he also muttered "you are a hoodlum" under his breath. I also noticed that there was no young workers but only middle aged people working there.

The Order is completely COLD, unacceptable service from McDonalds.

First time iv ever had a mcdonalds delivered everything was there hot! Even the chips was above warm! Whoever made my order I hope they do it next time. Nothing worse then a cold expensive mcdonalds

I have been buying 2 x chilli wrap and 1 x fries Instead of that I had 1 chilli wrap and fries.

Order arrived cold, driver went for 3 deliveries before getting to my place. ORDER ALMOST 2 HOURS LATE (Ordered 11:26 and arrived 1300)

Our food was COLD which was very disappointing & was a waste of money we would like a FULL refund, Just Eat isn’t to BLAME, McDonalds is responsible for serving COLD FOOD, next time they should make sure that there food is served HOT so customers aren’t DISAPPOINTED & satisfied with their order.

The food was cold. The driver had been sent to deliver another order miles away first. The driver had spilt the drink over the food. It was vstone cold. He had taken the food back to the macdonalds but they wouldn't replace it so he delivered it. The bag fell apart and was dripping wet!

I was with a group of 5 today, who ordered via the McDonald's app. The service took 15minutes, but besides that the fries were not cooked or salted in the manner we have come to expect from this company. The fries when bitten into had the raw taste of potate on the larger fries. When I raised this with a red cravat member of the store team I was told, well we are busy and these things happen... I asked for future service of food purposes to let the manager know.

My food turned up cold because the delivery driver went in the opposite direction to the delivery address the delivery time kept changing due to the driver getting further away from my address you could see this on the tracking map it’s like he was delivering other food but not even on the way to us totally out the way plus missing items

Arrived over an hour late and stone cold, just inedible, went straight in the bin. Appalling service, said driver in restaurant for over 45 minutes. Very disappointing child waiting on her chicken nuggets that went in the bin.

Awful. Waited well over an hour for delivery, food stone cold when arrived. Courier Map didn’t work and when it did we watched the driver go to several addresses before ours was delivered. Want a full refund for the awful service.

driver found it hard to locate (not his fault) however, because didn't think to call or to take off headphones, he didn't hear me tapping windows to get his attention, nor did he think to listen for my instructions which I told him over intercom directing the correct floor so it added extra 10 minutes to the delivery. otherwise he was friendly enough however needs improving.

Absolutely terrible…. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. Nuggets missing, rest of the food stone cold. My children upset. Thanks Allot!

Never again. Our order was clearly forgotten today. I ordered and had the receipt. It was busy and obviously don’t mind waiting a bit when it’s busy, but a 30 minute wait for a fast food order is unacceptable. With two young children who did incredibly well to wait in a horribly busy macdonalds just standing there waiting for the order number to come to the screen. I had to ask staff twice what was happening and it was clear the order was forgotten. No apology was given to me. The manager said it is due to IT problems and some orders weren’t coming though and seemed to cheerfully shrug it off, but I still didn’t actually receive an apology or any decent customer service to compensate for such a wait. My order number was on screen in the ‘being prepared’ list and all the while, people were ordering and coming and going. Wouldn’t recommend this branch. Organisation very poor. Always horribly busy too and cannot seem to cope with the pressure. The food was hot at least, but it was nothing great. The burger was over peppery (?!) which was odd. Put us right off.

Horrible service I had to warm my newborns milk and they charged me for the hot water!The employee was rude a young Indian guy with glasses. Unacceptable behaviour!I am not going there again for sure.

Sadly on this occasion our dse breakfasts were extremely greasy, so much so that the grease soaked through the base of the bag and hence my trousers. Having said that I would order from here again as this was the first time I’ve experienced this issue. They also missed the orange juices off the order JUST EAT were great to order through as they delivered earlier than stated and hopefully are refunded the cost of the missing orange juice

Food arrived cold and some of it didn't arrive, and it took just under an hour to appear. Ate it because I was hungry, but as I ordered it for my lunch at work I have been given a telling off from my manager for extending my lunch break on account for the severe lateness on the food. I want my money back.

Food as always was hot and tasty. Half term so lots of noisy kids around but that can't be helped. I always try the 'Special' burger but wish the Big Tasty with bacon was always around.

One of the workers is extremely rude and disrespectful. They forgot to add a wrap for my friend so after back and forth they made her another one. While I was waiting for mine I overheard him mocking my friend and saying he knew he put it in there when he very obviously didn’t. He started being extremely disrespectful to me for defending her and told me he was checking cameras which I told him to please go ahead as he would not admit he was in the wrong. Terrible customer service, working in hospitality I have never met such a rude worker before. So so unprofessional. I tried to speak to the manager and she couldn’t care less either.

Honestly an under rated McDonalds, A nicer atmosphere than the others in the area. The manager is very sweet and chatty. Only downside is weird opening times and food sometimes being overcooked.

Fast service available, within 5mins order was ready. Nice hot drink options are available.

No sauces to go with the nuggets are them dry no straws for the drinks they got wet before they got to me so trying to stick a wet paper straw in the hole obviously didn't work oh and obviously the food was cold

Took over an hour to be delivered, driver got lost, and was very rude. Food was stone cold and half the order missing. Burger that did arrive cold had no onions and bun uncooked. Food went in bin!!!!!
