The Kebab Guyz in Kingston upon Thames

Made an order on uber eats. My delivery time had paseed so i called them to be told my order would take a further 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Then THEY CANCELLED my order!!!! Total waste of time do not order from here

I was forced to change my review, after the new management took over, 3 times my order came wrong and food quality decrease drastically. Costumer service is poor.

Wow what an improvement much better looking menu than before and nice refurbishment. Mixed doner with chips tasted sensational, the chips have a really good crunch and the doner meat tastes really juicy and the chicken doner is amazing defo would come here again if it was the old one i wouldn't because before it was really greasy and oily and tastes weird and smoky which isn't great but massive improvement the chairs are not that great though so I have to mark it down a bit that I hope they change the chairs so it can be a 5 star

Quite certain that this is the best lamb kofta I've had in London (or even UK). Superb taste, big portion, great value, just amazing. Salad is great, pita bread is delicious, sauces are decent, and the spicy sauce is just good. Clean and tidy place, new establishment or recently refurbished. On top of everything, the staffs are amazing. Top notch customer services. Just come here it'll be a great meal for you anytime any day.

New owners are dire, food quality has gone way down and, even in person, they always get the order wrong. Please avoid if you can as there are plenty of other, good, takeaways around. Zero stars would be justified, but cannot go lower than one

FILTH - DISGUSTING. OIL OIL OIL. Absolutely drenched in oil. Disgusting regard of customers, serving up inedible food. Wrong order - chilli sauce added when not asked for. No salad. Could only just about eat the meat from on top - but now feel sick!!

I've been ordering from this place for the last year or so, upcoming month the new staff have been rude and useless. Tiny portions, halfcold and forgetting items. Will not be coming back, will be warning all locals to do the same. Just order from literally anywhere else, trust me.

Wenn man deutschen Döner gewohnt ist sollte man einen großen Bogen um diesen Imbiss machen. Selbst der billigste Döner in Deutschland ist besser als das was man hier bekommt. Das Fleisch war vorgeschnitten und warm gehalten mit einer Konsistenz wie aufgeweichte Pappe. Das Brot war von Fett durchtränkt und labberig und der Salat hat nach rein gar nichts geschmeckt. Der einzige Geschmack kommt hier von einer mittelmäßigen Soße. Beim essen bleibt es einem im Hals stecken und liegt wie ein Stein im Magen. Über die Bedienung kann ich nicht viel sagen, da sich die Konversation auf das nötigste beschränkt hat. Für einen mittleren Döner Kebab habe ich 5,50£ bezahlt, man müsste eigentlich selber bezahlt werden um dort zu essen. Dieser Imbiss ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Avoid this place any cost - horrible food - I asked to for freshly cut doners and he give old and burnt doners from the pot , very very rude staff - please avoids this kebab and I am gone compliant to Kingston food standard and after eating the horrible food in there and I got sick -

The Doner Kebab from Kingston Kebab Centre is great, absolutely spot on in terms of flavour and quality, the Chicken kebab on the other hand is also decent but didn't have much flavour, definitely lacked in seasoning, but great quality nonetheless

Avoid the whole place. Food is really bad quality, no flavour at all in the kebabs and the burgers taste like flat cardboard. The burgers are most likely extremely cheap quality meat. Food prices are Central London prices, which is stupid as we are nearly 15 miles from Central London Don't try the sauce, as it causes stomach issues. They also charge extortionate credit card fees even with the ban on fees.

Beware... Two sets of prices. One for delivery and one for collection. Your "free delivery" on orders over £12 is false advertisement which you openly admitted to me on the phone. You just lost a customer who has been ordering from you for YEARS! I warned you not to be rude to me on the phone.

Too salty, didn't delivered drink even when I had paid for that. I called them back and informed about the absence of the drink and I was told that it will be sent shortly. After 10-15 minutes I received call telling me that their driver is stating me liar (for **cking 40-50p) saying that he has delivered the drinks. After some discussion they said they haven't got any driver available so they can send me a drink next day....lolxxxx Very very very poor service
