Good food. Reasonable prices. Great service from Stefan. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Especially the lovely 'Yorkshire lass' behind the bar!

Harrods tea room very disappointing and hugely overpriced. 4 small finger sandwiches, 4 small finger deserts and 2 scones with a pot of tea. When I went to pay I mentioned the lack of sandwiches and was promptly told you should have asked for more. Actually we should have been offered more. Would rather pay Ritz prices

took a while to be seated because i was in a big group but it was worth the wait, the drinks were amazing and food was great flavoursome and so filling. great for the price

Our experience at Sushi by Masa was honestly outrageous. My wife ordered 7 pieces of sushi, an avocado salad, and a small cocktail—£100. One hundred pounds for that? For what? The sushi was beyond underwhelming. Basic, boring, and nowhere near the level you'd expect at that price point. It felt like paying fine-dining prices for supermarket-level sushi. My wife was genuinely disappointed—and rightly so. But what really pushed this experience into the “never again” category was the attitude of the waiter. Long hair, working on the 15th of April, 2025—this guy was unbelievable. When my wife politely asked a question, he literally rolled his eyes. Rolled. His. Eyes. And when she tried to order something else? Same attitude—cold, annoyed, and clearly didn’t want to be there. I don’t care how fancy a place tries to be—if you’re charging £100 for a few bites of fish, the very least you can do is treat your customers with basic respect. This was one of the most overpriced, overrated, and unpleasant dining experiences we’ve had. We won’t be coming back, and we’ll be warning everyone we know to stay far away from this place.

No es gelato de buena calidad más de una copia del gelato real, el personal es grosero y no puede servir correctamente dejando que la gente salte la cola y ni siquiera pedir disculpas cuando un cliente lo señala , mal servicio helado malo no perdería mi tiempo o dinero no vale la pena lamentablemente

Almorzamos aquí mientras compramos en los desiertos Elegimos, camarones risotto, pizza margarita y lasaña. . Todo bien expat el risotto de camarones pensé que vendría salsa roja sabrosa pero vino blanco y sin sabor. . Buen servicio rápido

The ice latte with coconut meal is amazing i would recommend it to anyone who loves coffee ☕️ ,and also Karolina is very polite , professional and very friendly.

I had to send my food back. Not at all knowledgeable about allergies. Over all a really bad experience with average food and in general rude service. Really disappointing!

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Sohit. From the moment we were seated, Sohit was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. He had great recommendations, answered all our questions with a smile, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The food was delicious, but Sohit’s service really elevated the whole experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so professional, kind, and enthusiastic. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Sohit — he made our night extra special. We’ll definitely be back!

La visita fue inaceptable. El personal era insultante, desdeñoso y poco profesional, algunos incluso recurrieron a comentarios sarcásticos cuando se les hicieron preguntas simples. Hubo una visible falta de coordinación, y el equipo parecía más centrado en charlar entre ellos que en ayudar a los invitados. El servicio fue dolorosamente lento, con largas esperas tanto para bebidas como para comida. Cuando la comida llegó, estaba fría y de muy mala calidad, definitivamente no vale la pena el precio. Para empeorar las cosas, el lugar estaba sucio. Los baños eran especialmente vergonzosos: sucios, malolientes y claramente no se revisaban o limpiaban regularmente. El ambiente general entre el personal era tenso y desagradable, creando un ambiente negativo en todo el restaurante. Definitivamente no volveré, y no recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una experiencia gastronómica agradable

Staff are great, fab service - efficient and friendly. Food okay but it is TOO LOUD in there. Why do they play the music so unbelievably loud? Makes it impossible to hear your dinner party guests without shouting, it’s like eating in a nightclub but in daylight. My throat hurts from shouting over the music. Twice we asked the waiter to get the DJ to turn down the music. This improved the atmosphere immediately, but the DJ increased it yet again. Please, Ours, control your DJ. It would have been a 5 star review from me if not for that.
