Pizzas were just ok and not at all worth the exorbitant prices. The place might very well be “upscale” or “polished” but it doesn’t appear or look like one. The welcome at the reception and overall service was good but food was really disappointing so I wouldn’t visit this place again.

Employees are not polite, I never recommend it, all the staff are horrible

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my friend and I had during our visit to Crazy Pizza Knightsbridge yesterday, which was intended to celebrate her birthday. This visit was particularly special as I am currently pregnant, and we chose your restaurant to mark my best friend’s birthday—a moment we had hoped would be memorable for all the right reasons. Unfortunately, the service we received fell well below expectations. The staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful, which was especially disheartening given the significance to celebrate. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm inside, and despite our repeated requests to be moved outside, it took two attempts before we were finally assisted. Moreover, our meals were served at different times, with my pizza arriving first and my friend's pasta being served 15 minutes later. My pizza was extremely thin and, for £27, did not offer the quality or portion size one would expect. By the time my friend's meal arrived, my pizza had already gone cold, further diminishing the experience. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of both the food and service. The prices charged do not align with the level of service or the food provided. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend Crazy Pizza Knightsbridge to others. We hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve future customer experiences.

We visited Crazy Pizza, with high expectations after seeing their pizza spinning shows on TikTok and the “Home of the Spinning Pizza” signage. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a major letdown. While we were warmly greeted at reception, the service overall was disappointing. Our waiter, an older gentleman, informed us that there would be no pizza spinning due to time constraints. Even after speaking with the manager, who assured us it would happen, we were there for an hour and a half with no show. The food itself was a mixed bag—pizzas were amazing, the chicken and chips were good (with standout chips), but the Caesar salad was mediocre and not something I’d order again. We chose Crazy Pizza to celebrate a special occasion with our children, who were excited about the promised pizza show. Sadly, the lack of this key feature really took away from what could have been a memorable day. The experience didn’t live up to the hype or the price.

Fantastic experience. I entered by chance while leaving Harrod's and I must say it couldn't have been a better choice. Excellent environment, real Italian food, super pizza and staff who are super attentive to customer requests and very kind. In particular, Ettore pampered us during our day at Crazy Pizza, with his professionalism and friendliness. It was also my nephew's birthday and he made us a very pleasant surprise with their fantastic tiramisu.

I did not like my Caesar Salad order 5/10. The sauce tastes more like mayonnaise than ranch, and the medium pizza is very thin. The atmosphere is wonderful. The chef puts on a show with pizza Prices are expensive

Ordinary pizza, disappointing for the price they are charging , poor service , the pizzas we ordered was supposed to have peppers.. one needed a microscope to find a couple of slices.. , vegetarian options not clearly labelled . would give the place a miss

My first time at crazy pizza. An excellent overall experience. The Pata Negra plate was as if I was in Spain and not London. The pizza, calzone not to mention the table side baba desert were excellent. This twist on the traditional (as an Italian) pizza is a welcomed experience. Our waiter Ettore was a master of his professional craft. I urge you to try it if your in London or any of their other international locations.

I loved the thin and crunchy profumata pizza, but the service is sub-par. Dishes are not delivered, nobody comes to your table to ask, its a very reactive and poor service. I don’t know who the manager was, but clearly not a good one and not setting any standard. the restaurant was not even full.

Terrible experience. The worst restaurant I ever had the misfortune to try. Service was abhorrent. Food was subpar with no flavour. We ate because we were hungry and couldn’t even bear it. They added a tiramisu (which never arrived) and a service charge to my bill! I was calling for waiters left and right and they would smile and leave and go to one table. I would have given it zero stars if I had the chance. Bad experience, worst restaurant I have tried. Tasteless food, bad service. I call the employees and they don't answer. We ate because we were hungry and the food was not palatable at all. They added the dish and service price to the bill. If I could, I would have given them no stars

Every time I visit this restaurant I’m incredibly taken care of - my glass and stomach were never empty once I walked through the door. The atmosphere is fun, dynamic, welcoming and one of a kind for London. I always feel like the staff are there to cater to just me, which is so rare in a busy restaurant in the city centre. A great location with incredible service and food. I would definitely recommend going for a late dinner on the weekend to see the sparkler show they put on. Everyone (guests included) participate! A must visit on your next trip. Well done. .

We booked our visit at dinner on a Tuesday evening and we didn’t expect to find such a vibe. Food was delicious and service fast and friendly staff. It was truly a fun dining with their Spinning show as well!

Very bad service that the table was ready the waiter said wait no point to wait and then went unprofessional on his phone and seeing videos and laughing and when we went to the table the waiter just put knives but no forks ans then the lied saying for presentation and we had a dietrey request that no pork we wanted a mushroom pizza there is one with pork the waiter said remove the pork and then I said can i have a margarita pizza and add mushrooms and we were willing to pay extra and she said your not allowed to add just remove and very unprofessional waiters

The place is nice, food is good. However, the staff specially the waiters need to be trained more on customer service. Our waiter was not smiling at all and seems not really enjoying his job. Even the front door lady was not friendly! We went to crazy pizza Kuwait and Rome, both were great and staff were welcoming and very friendly. The staff in Knights Bridge seems ego.

An Italian restaurant at Gate 5 of Harrods, London. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The food is not good at all, but the outdoor seating is nice. I do not recommend it.

My book experience was perfect… I arrived on time… they made we wait outside even though I was on time… I sat down and they put me at the end table it was a very hot day I requested to sit next to the window they said we can’t seat 3 people on the window table even though there were people seated at the window table the acs are broken the waiter came up with an excuse stating we don’t have enough ac for the weather today I ordered my food and the waiter came back multiple times to be sure of the orders and we ordered an item that we thought was on the menu and after the pizzas arrived he said the item that you ordered wasn’t even on the menu the service was slow people’s food arrived before ours I go to a restaurant for service and food and the food was good the service was disgusting

Nothing special, much lower than that of Rome and Monte Carlo. There was no music but just a 5 minute show of the pizza chef flipping the pizza on his hand. Tables too crowded together without allowing good distancing. The food is as good as all the other establishments.

A very wrong and disappointing definitions of dishes, focaccia looks more like a thin pitta bread. The pizza was transparent and no air conditioning didn’t help our uncomfortable stay.

Massive disappointment, food was average, service was average, most of the staff couldn’t care less. Had higher expectations and a choice of restaurants to go to, wish we’d picked somewhere else. Massive let down.

The pizza was very delivered we ordered parmesan fries, margarita pizza with cola def recommend. Although the cola size was so small! The atmosphere was amazing too 💗

We ordered Truffle Pizza(10000/10 ), Salmon Pizza (10000/10) and Zucchini and Baby Squid (8/10). The service and treatment of the restaurant workers was really nice. Luckily we caught up with the pizza show, It was really really fun! I will definitely come again!!

After shopping at Harrods my husband and I decided to have dinner, the host was cold and the restaurant was half empty. We asked for a table for two and she told us that it was fully booked. They sat us outside. Once we were seated outside, the waiters were not very attentive. Once our food arrived, I have to say that the pizza was delicious. Congratulations to the chef you have, but I have to say that you need to train your staff more with the service. Thank you.

The restaurant is good and serves Italian food

The Asparagus salad, the formaggi pizza and the Milanese chicken is amazing.

We came on the basis of what was the choice of pizza for the kids, and I asked them about it, and my question was strange. The girl serving us had beans, but she asked the chef in front of us, and he sat and muttered, saying that there was no specific time for what was needed for what to eat whenever we didn’t want to be together. The food I considered very ordinary. The restaurant was empty at lunchtime, and the one who greeted us made us a reservation. Do you have a reservation? I said there was no reservation and a few minutes later she did us a favor and let us in.

Unfortunately, I entered and the employee was very rude, and when I asked for a table for two people, he squeezed me between two tables and a narrow place. He said there was only this table, knowing that the restaurant was not crowded and there were many empty tables.

The staff are extremely rude and barely make eye contact while talking to you , i had to wait 10mins just for a waiter to look at me and ask for water ! the place was empty and they wouldn’t let me choose a table they sat me and my mother at the entrance table to make it seem like the place is full😂 pathetic. Quality of food is less than average nothing special at all , the place also stinks of cooking oils , and of course very over priced !

It was an excellent vibe and would definitely come back again especially on a weekend. The food was beautiful, the only downside was the communication, our fries never arrived and the food didn't arrive all at the same time, however this did not ruin our experience. Amazing night out in this lovely location , good ambience ,good quality of food , nice music and lovely service delivered from the staff . The general manager shouted at me and my young son for sitting outside one of his shop windows. I said we will move in 2 mins but he was Very rude, i would suggest stay away!! When I didn't react, he started shouting why I was so polite and that he is a very rich person 😢

I was really impressed with the restaurant. The food was outstanding, with delicious flavours and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was vibrant with music and with their signature show . The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. George, who was the waiter for our table was very nice and helpful and at the end he was even able to help me and my family in our mother-tongue as he can speak 6 languages. Overall, a fantastic experience and food that I would highly recommend.

We seized the opportunity to dine at Crazy Pizza Knightsbridge yesterday to celebrate our wedding anniversary, accompanied by our daughter. The food was excellent—pizza bufalina, burrata, and tagliatelle bolognese. Authentic Italian cuisine in the heart of Knightsbridge with a fantastic atmosphere. My wife had a non-alcoholic “Volare” signature cocktail, and remarked that it was the best she’d ever had. They recommended an Italian wine, Greco di Tufo, which was superb. The staff member who served us was Italian, from the island of Sardinia, and he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It was an experience worth repeating.

The food was ok but the service was mid very ok nothing special and forced me to pay 14 pounds service charge for what ?? The employee got really mad at me and refused to remove this made me feel very uncomfortable.

Really rude red haired woman at the front desk. Made us feel very uncomfortable from the start. Asked for a high chair and there was eye rolling. Pizza could not be cooked well done, in my opinion is was doughy and undercooked. I’ve eaten all over Italy, and it this is not authentic pizza. The pizza was watery and doughy. Servers are all quite rude, music is very loud (overly) . Not a family atmosphere. I’ve been here twice now, both times the experience has been the same.

Best margarita pizza ever, very light

Warning - If you have an allergy DO NOT GO. I told them about my nut allergy, they explicitly told me there were no nut products in their kitchen, and then they gave me a dessert covered in nutella! I've worked in restaurants & customer service for 10+ years and I know how tough it can be, so I don't leave this review lightly. But I can say this was without a doubt the worst dining experience I've ever had. Main problems: - Allergen exposure is obviously a big problem. Upon discovering they fed me nutella I flagged to one of our waiters who basically claimed ignorance, even though any allergy should be noted on orders and all those handling the food made aware. To add insult to literal injury, not once did I receive an apology of any sort, and the manager did nothing to try to make my experience positive in any way. Never have I felt so lucky that my allergy isn't life threatening! - Made us wait 45mins for our starters (of cold bread & ham btw) even though we requested them multiple times - Pizza was bland and soggy (we were so hungry by the time it arrived we just put up with it) - Tried to overcharge my table by more than £200, refused to listen to us, we had to make them count out the receipts for what we’d already paid to prove we'd paid correctly. - Pizza shows are not as seen online. No repeat showings of huge doughs, just 1 show with 1 average size pizza. I could go on about the problems but frankly have better things to do. Felt obligated to leave this review as both a warning to others with allergies and those expecting it to be as we see on tiktok. If you don't mind paying £70pp+ for a below-average meal then set your expectations at zero and you may find you're pleasantly surprised. But with so many great Italian places in London, and much nicer places in the area, you're better off going elsewhere. TLDR: potentially dangerous disregard for guests’ allergies, staff & mgmt don’t seem to care, food was mid, pizza shows lacklustre. Disappointing to say the least.

Me and my friends visited the restaurant last week and we were more than satisfied! The waiters were extremely friendly and gave us some good recommendations as we haven’t been in before. We tried the tartufo and pata negra pizza as well as one of their house salads. The food came quite fast and was delicious. Also, the spinning show that took place was the highlight of the night. Definitely recommend visiting!!!

The food and service were ok. Once we paid the bill and leaving, the manager blocked our way twice and questioned if we paid. We told him twice that we paid and he carried on to shout at us and he swore at the end. This was a bad experience for us.

Very poor manners from the manger very rude and obnoxious started yelling for no reason. My first time here and it will my last. Don’t ever think of coming. No wonder they have a rating of 3.5.
