Probably the best pizza I have ever tried in my life. Unlike anything else I have tried. Their rating is low because it was an another one. Thin, crunchy and amazing dough.

The general atmosphere is very bad, loud music, noise, and lack of response from the restaurant group, and the prices are high compared to the meals served.

Unfortunately disappointed my experience. In my opinion it looks nice outside but inside I feel it’s a bit crowded with the furniture. The pizza was ok to my pallet. I would have normal napkins rather than paper ones on the plate.

Honestly, I chose the restaurant to celebrate my wedding anniversary But the service is bad and the employees are a little bit and they make you feel miserable, except for one employee who served us kindly once when she took our orders and we asked her about celebrating our wedding anniversary if they had something or any other service (of course we pay for it), but she shook her chest and said she would make us something from her free 🤣 and then the waitress got angry and evaded us and after we finished the food the Indian waiters came and literally deleted our tiramisu and said this because Your wedding anniversary, and we can't wait to hold our spoons until the account is brought, meaning turn your sides Two stars because the pasta is sweet, not delicious, but sweet. The rest I do not recommend, especially the bad service.

Truly incredible, this was the priciest pizza I have ever bought, yet it certainly lived up to my expectations. I also witnessed the chef performing some impressive spinning with the pizza, which was quite impressive.

Pasta Arbiatta pasta taste good but very small in size portion like for kid and was not bollied properly, long wait time, i was about leave but restaurant people are so gentle they gave new dish pasta in takeaway , i offer not to take it and pay for uncooked pasta or takeaway but he said no charge mam,i respect they respect my patience and time , i got low BP bcoz of loud music so i love hospitality rather then that mistake , music can cause you panic attack or give you Migrane pain or low your BP for very as welcome gift .. I don't knew why, they running restaurant like that never heard loud fast music like that in eating place.. It is a nice place to eat with classy interior and I hope classic or jazz music light the environment, where you can relax after shooping in harrods .. Very nice place for imagination candle light dinner with jazz music .. I will go again and dine outside..

Firstly, the pizzas were pretty good but nowhere near the ludicrous price. Max 20! Not to mention the cheapest drink is a coke for 6.50... I get the location has a high footfall, but come on. The prices are actually insane.

The only thing right about this place was the name.... bloody crazy. But even worth going there for free.

We went as walk in for my daughter’s birthday, she turned 2.. and usually restaurants are hesitant about young children, but they were super accomodating, super nice and so friendly . I took the longest time to place my order, but my server, I think her name was Katy ? She s young Ukrainian girl, she was so helpful , spent 10 mins with me answering all my questions with a smile and made me feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. The food arrived @ perfect temperature, which I loved, my children didn’t have to wait for it to cool down - it was at edible temp .. super yummmy then there was the dj etc we were about to leave and they told us wait 1 min the spinning show is about to start, which was the highlight for the children ofc .. Thankyou so much. We will be back again for sure!xxx

Worst Italian food I’ve ever had, I don’t usually ever review but want to warn people to not waste their money here, the hype is not just. We went in with high expectations and were disappointed. We had an aribiatta and it was tasteless, we had a pizza that was paper thin and also tasteless. Service was awful and the waitress was very rude. They charged £10 service charge which was unjust.

Perfect service, very good food, overpriced

I highly recommend this restaurant, 100%. I had lunch with my family, and we ordered 4 pizzas. We were on vacation, and out of the 4 pizzas, two were not to our taste. The waiter noticed and asked if we wanted to change the dishes. I declined out of politeness, but the owner insisted, and without asking, they offered us another pizza, which was delicious. When the bill came, they also offered us the two pizzas that we didn’t like. If you see this comment, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. We appreciated the gesture and will be returning to your restaurant very soon. Thank you!

Terrible place had to ask the team twice to clean the toilets as the ladies looked like a night club toilet, filthy basins , no toilet roll, messy floor, overpriced for pasta portion, wasn't given the correct cutlery had to ask for it, tables too close together couldn't move chair as other customers were too close, staff were ignorant. Don't waste your hard earned cash here, your ripped off

The food was delicious but the way restaurant’s staff acting like you must thank god they accept to let you in to eat pizza😁…. Staff (supervisors they are wearing black dresses and the man was bald) not friendly let’s say to some (nationality) they don’t have sense of humor at all. Removed from future list❌

Stumbled across Crazy Pizza after shopping at Harrods. Great food, friendly service and great atmosphere.

Food was really good, the quality of the ingredients was great, Carmelo the waiter was really cordial and friendly… we also had the pleasure to see the show of the spinning pizza.

It’s take so much time when the customer service take you orders. And don’t respect the costomer

We had dinner this evening (Saturday evening), delicious food, delicious and light pizza, top quality ingredients. The delicious desserts prepared at the table and served in a spectacular manner by Carmelo. Carmelo looked after us and pampered us with extreme professionalism throughout the dinner, advising us on the best dishes. Exceptional place!!

Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The CRAZY CAKE was a thing of dreams. Must try!! Hats off the the manager for excellent service and making sure we was having the best experience possible!!

Impolite, poorly mannered staff member was rude to my partner and I which spoiled our night. Would not come here again, and would not recommend it to anyone that has any standards in where they eat. Food was tasteless after that poor service.

Everyone was very welcoming and the atmosphere was one of a kind. We had the table right in front of the bar and watching the making of every drink was so fascinating. We stayed here for about for hours and got to watch the amazing show of the spinning pizza for four times. It shocked us at first but in a wonderful way. The music was amazing and everyone there was really happy all the time. We orderd the tiramisu and crazy cake and were so delighted when someone came out and prepared both of them right at pur table in front of us. The barmaid made the most incredible cocktails, the dj played amazing music and the chef made one of the most amazing foods we had ever eaten.

Booked weeks in advance for a christmas team lunch, email thread with correct dates and times. When providing menu choices to them they advised that due to "an error in the system" they didn't have the booking (despite numerous emails discussing options etc) - absolutely no excuse other than them taking double bookings.

Carmelo has been a spectacular waiter. It was my children, my husband and I. He was more than kind to everyone. Attentive at all times. When we arrived, without a reservation, they treated us wonderfully, preparing a great table for us. During the meal, a cook came out surprising everyone with music and a show, kneading dough and spinning it in the air. It has been a very pleasant experience ❤️

Staff seem like they’ve never done a waitress job before simple tasks seemed to be an issue like getting a drink even when we got the bottle of wine he didn’t know what to do with the bottle after, then ordered a cesar salad they forgot the cesar so was dry and chicken tasted off then my partners pizza came and they forgot the cheese it was just tomatoe purée and some sausage £30! I complained and we got 2 margaritas (which were ok! staff don’t smile they all seem like they’re not with it or drunk or something. So loud in there you can’t even talk to your group waiters was dancing instead of serving drinks took about 20 mins to get first one out. Then they said they run out of glasses. I felt like I was at an opening night of something and they’ve never done any of it before. Anyways over rated over loud no gluten free pizzas and pricey .. Won’t be returning

Poor service Went with a friend for lunch they ordered pizza myself a salad, my friend had finished the pizza and I had to ask if the salad was coming. When it did arrive it was not of a good standard. Over priced for the quality and the service Not a great experience

I had a good experience in Crazy Pizza. I ordered “folded tomato and rocket pizza” and “cheese pizza with gorgonzola”. Pizza was great. But I am not happy with caesar salad, it was lack of dressing and did not look like a caesar at all. I liked the atmosphere , service and interior design.

We had a great time at Crazy Pizza opposite Harrods. The food is delicious, the welcome for children is super friendly with little games to keep them busy and the pizza maker show is really worth the detour ^-^. Looking forward to returning there

I made my booking wrong where I booked for Sunday instead of Saturday the lady at desk was kind and she accommodated us and found us a table so I am grateful for that However food was not what I saw on tic tok and I was really disappointed I didn't see spinning pizzas so it says spinning pizzas but I didn't see any and they don't have specific times organised the staff looked like they were working hard as it was busy but I just felt the atmosphere would of been better if they delivered what they advertised the pizza was not worth money

The food is very delicious, but the prices are incredibly high. Pizza, pasta, potatoes and juice are 117 pounds?? The quantities were small at times, but overall it was delicious food
