Poor service Went with a friend for lunch they ordered pizza myself a salad, my friend had finished the pizza and I had to ask if the salad was coming. When it did arrive it was not of a good standard. Over priced for the quality and the service Not a great experience

Amazing pizzas.. great service.. and Micheal the manager was the warmest person. We had gone with our young kid who thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas and all their flavoured oils :)

I had a good experience in Crazy Pizza. I ordered “folded tomato and rocket pizza” and “cheese pizza with gorgonzola”. Pizza was great. But I am not happy with caesar salad, it was lack of dressing and did not look like a caesar at all. I liked the atmosphere , service and interior design.

We had a great time at Crazy Pizza opposite Harrods. The food is delicious, the welcome for children is super friendly with little games to keep them busy and the pizza maker show is really worth the detour ^-^. Looking forward to returning there

I made my booking wrong where I booked for Sunday instead of Saturday the lady at desk was kind and she accommodated us and found us a table so I am grateful for that However food was not what I saw on tic tok and I was really disappointed I didn't see spinning pizzas so it says spinning pizzas but I didn't see any and they don't have specific times organised the staff looked like they were working hard as it was busy but I just felt the atmosphere would of been better if they delivered what they advertised the pizza was not worth money

The food is very delicious, but the prices are incredibly high. Pizza, pasta, potatoes and juice are 117 pounds?? The quantities were small at times, but overall it was delicious food

The staff seems much more interested in talking to one another than providing any sort of customer service. Menu items weren’t available and apparently it’s too complicated to add a veggie to a signature pizza.

Food tasted good but they were unbelievably overpriced even for London standards. Personal pizza for £55! Pasta portions were small. Service was not that outstanding again for the prices they’re charging for their food.

This place is so amazing. The salads are so fresh and the pizza is delicious. If you are lucky you may get to see the talented pizza doe twirl show.

Possibly one of the best margaritas I've every had, but boy, it's overpriced. £7 for 200ml bottle of coke!

Food was pretty abysmal. Smaller than a light snack and thinner than paper, priced high as hell, and for what? Offered us water without telling us would cost us £6.50. Waiter felt uncomfortable to interact. Hidden service fee jacking up the price even higher than it already is, and they gave us less change than what we deserved. Overall bad experience and would rate 0 stars if I could. Not worth my money, would rather give my money to a homeless person as at least I would know that its worth it.

Very bad service that the table was ready the waiter said wait no point to wait and then went unprofessional on his phone and seeing videos and laughing and when we went to the table the waiter just put knives but no forks ans then the lied saying for presentation and we had a dietrey request that no pork we wanted a mushroom pizza there is one with pork the waiter said remove the pork and then I said can i have a margarita pizza and add mushrooms and we were willing to pay extra and she said your not allowed to add just remove and very unprofessional waiters and we had food restriction that the staff did not understand but we dident eat this review us just for the service

With a reservation made well in advance, we were welcomed by the manager who informed us that he was sorry that, due to technical problems, the pizza would not live up to its fame. Good anyway. But there was a rush to finish, it was impossible to ask for anything else after placing the first order. It's also a shame that he said that the two pizzas would be complimentary on the house, only to find them later on the bill. The food was good.

We attended a show in London and then went for a walk. Suddenly it started raining heavily and since we were with children we went into the first restaurant we came across. First, we waited near the reception until the manager came to us and sat us down at a table. Then we were offered water and brought a menu. The water was paid for. We were not asked about allergies! Yes, the menu is quite clear, but how can I know whether the chef or waiter touched the onion before preparing/delivering my dish? The food is quite tasty, but for such prices, it could have been better. We were not asked how we were doing? was everything okay? The waiters did not come often. And the fire alarm was constantly going on! And this was against the background of quite loud music. Our children were very scared because we are from Ukraine. Service charge 13.5%. On our bill, it was 22 pounds. For what?

Simple food, but done with Italian love and was absolutely delicious, amazing, and great. Thankyou for giving us something to remember in London . Please come to Australia.

Pizzas were just ok and not at all worth the exorbitant prices. The place might very well be “upscale” or “polished” but it doesn’t appear or look like one. The welcome at the reception and overall service was good but food was really disappointing so I wouldn’t visit this place again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my friend and I had during our visit to Crazy Pizza Knightsbridge yesterday, which was intended to celebrate her birthday. This visit was particularly special as I am currently pregnant, and we chose your restaurant to mark my best friend’s birthday—a moment we had hoped would be memorable for all the right reasons. Unfortunately, the service we received fell well below expectations. The staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful, which was especially disheartening given the significance to celebrate. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm inside, and despite our repeated requests to be moved outside, it took two attempts before we were finally assisted. Moreover, our meals were served at different times, with my pizza arriving first and my friend's pasta being served 15 minutes later. My pizza was extremely thin and, for £27, did not offer the quality or portion size one would expect. By the time my friend's meal arrived, my pizza had already gone cold, further diminishing the experience. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of both the food and service. The prices charged do not align with the level of service or the food provided. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend Crazy Pizza Knightsbridge to others. We hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve future customer experiences.

We visited Crazy Pizza, with high expectations after seeing their pizza spinning shows on TikTok and the “Home of the Spinning Pizza” signage. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a major letdown. While we were warmly greeted at reception, the service overall was disappointing. Our waiter, an older gentleman, informed us that there would be no pizza spinning due to time constraints. Even after speaking with the manager, who assured us it would happen, we were there for an hour and a half with no show. The food itself was a mixed bag—pizzas were amazing, the chicken and chips were good (with standout chips), but the Caesar salad was mediocre and not something I’d order again. We chose Crazy Pizza to celebrate a special occasion with our children, who were excited about the promised pizza show. Sadly, the lack of this key feature really took away from what could have been a memorable day. The experience didn’t live up to the hype or the price.

Fantastic experience. I entered by chance while leaving Harrod's and I must say it couldn't have been a better choice. Excellent environment, real Italian food, super pizza and staff who are super attentive to customer requests and very kind. In particular, Ettore pampered us during our day at Crazy Pizza, with his professionalism and friendliness. It was also my nephew's birthday and he made us a very pleasant surprise with their fantastic tiramisu.

My first time at crazy pizza. An excellent overall experience. The Pata Negra plate was as if I was in Spain and not London. The pizza, calzone not to mention the table side baba desert were excellent. This twist on the traditional (as an Italian) pizza is a welcomed experience. Our waiter Ettore was a master of his professional craft. I urge you to try it if your in London or any of their other international locations.

I loved the thin and crunchy profumata pizza, but the service is sub-par. Dishes are not delivered, nobody comes to your table to ask, its a very reactive and poor service. I don’t know who the manager was, but clearly not a good one and not setting any standard. the restaurant was not even full.

Terrible experience. The worst restaurant I ever had the misfortune to try. Service was abhorrent. Food was subpar with no flavour. We ate because we were hungry and couldn’t even bear it. They added a tiramisu (which never arrived) and a service charge to my bill! I was calling for waiters left and right and they would smile and leave and go to one table. I would have given it zero stars if I had the chance. Bad experience, worst restaurant I have tried. Tasteless food, bad service. I call the employees and they don't answer. We ate because we were hungry and the food was not palatable at all. They added the dish and service price to the bill. If I could, I would have given them no stars

Every time I visit this restaurant I’m incredibly taken care of - my glass and stomach were never empty once I walked through the door. The atmosphere is fun, dynamic, welcoming and one of a kind for London. I always feel like the staff are there to cater to just me, which is so rare in a busy restaurant in the city centre. A great location with incredible service and food. I would definitely recommend going for a late dinner on the weekend to see the sparkler show they put on. Everyone (guests included) participate! A must visit on your next trip. Well done. .

We booked our visit at dinner on a Tuesday evening and we didn’t expect to find such a vibe. Food was delicious and service fast and friendly staff. It was truly a fun dining with their Spinning show as well!

The place is nice, food is good. However, the staff specially the waiters need to be trained more on customer service. Our waiter was not smiling at all and seems not really enjoying his job. Even the front door lady was not friendly! We went to crazy pizza Kuwait and Rome, both were great and staff were welcoming and very friendly. The staff in Knights Bridge seems ego.

An Italian restaurant at Gate 5 of Harrods, London. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The food is not good at all, but the outdoor seating is nice. I do not recommend it.

My book experience was perfect… I arrived on time… they made we wait outside even though I was on time… I sat down and they put me at the end table it was a very hot day I requested to sit next to the window they said we can’t seat 3 people on the window table even though there were people seated at the window table the acs are broken the waiter came up with an excuse stating we don’t have enough ac for the weather today I ordered my food and the waiter came back multiple times to be sure of the orders and we ordered an item that we thought was on the menu and after the pizzas arrived he said the item that you ordered wasn’t even on the menu the service was slow people’s food arrived before ours I go to a restaurant for service and food and the food was good the service was disgusting

A very wrong and disappointing definitions of dishes, focaccia looks more like a thin pitta bread. The pizza was transparent and no air conditioning didn’t help our uncomfortable stay.

Nothing special, much lower than that of Rome and Monte Carlo. There was no music but just a 5 minute show of the pizza chef flipping the pizza on his hand. Tables too crowded together without allowing good distancing. The food is as good as all the other establishments.

After shopping at Harrods my husband and I decided to have dinner, the host was cold and the restaurant was half empty. We asked for a table for two and she told us that it was fully booked. They sat us outside. Once we were seated outside, the waiters were not very attentive. Once our food arrived, I have to say that the pizza was delicious. Congratulations to the chef you have, but I have to say that you need to train your staff more with the service. Thank you.

We ordered Truffle Pizza(10000/10 ), Salmon Pizza (10000/10) and Zucchini and Baby Squid (8/10). The service and treatment of the restaurant workers was really nice. Luckily we caught up with the pizza show, It was really really fun! I will definitely come again!!

We came on the basis of what was the choice of pizza for the kids, and I asked them about it, and my question was strange. The girl serving us had beans, but she asked the chef in front of us, and he sat and muttered, saying that there was no specific time for what was needed for what to eat whenever we didn’t want to be together. The food I considered very ordinary. The restaurant was empty at lunchtime, and the one who greeted us made us a reservation. Do you have a reservation? I said there was no reservation and a few minutes later she did us a favor and let us in.

Unfortunately, I entered and the employee was very rude, and when I asked for a table for two people, he squeezed me between two tables and a narrow place. He said there was only this table, knowing that the restaurant was not crowded and there were many empty tables.
