Not good quality gelato more of a copy of the actual gelato, staff are rude and can’t serve properly by letting people jump the queue and not even apologise when a customer points it out , bad service bad ice cream I wouldn’t waste my time or money not worth it unfortunately

Chose to eat in as wanted to use a toilet, despite having 15 plus seats upstairs there is no toilet. £7.20 for a double scoop of what was actually very nice ice cream. About £3.50 for a coffee which although ok price wasn’t particularly great coffee. Nice seating area and view and staff kept clean and cleared efficiently. It’s not legal in uk to have so many seats and no toilet and rare to find - one of those London things.

Cramped space would have been overlooked were it not for the fact that the “berry medley” addition to waffle comprised of just half a strawberry, 1 blueberry and 1 raspberry. Absolutely minuscule portions that wouldn’t satiate a mouse

Literally everywhere else in the world where I go and get a half tub of gelato, they fill the tub to the top and allow 3 flavours for fixed price. Here, they had that image on their counter but in reality, they only fill the tub 2/3 with messy scoops and restrict the number of flavours. The guy behind the counter needed instructions how to do it, I had to repeat the flavours several times and no one seemed to understand the payment process. Shambles and a rip-off.

Me and my friend Jill have been here multiple nights in a row! We have tried different flavors every night and have loved every flavor! The service has been AMAZING! Marta and Vanessa are the sweetest people we have ever met and we will be back every night until we leave! They are so lovely and friendly every time we walk in the door! We leave with huge smiles on our faces and have told many people to come back and visit! We are here in London until December but every time I come back to Kensington I will make sure and visit my favorite workers Marta and Vanessa! LOVE JILL AND GRACE! See y'all tomorrow!

Whats a point of advertising this and that on their menu if they never have everything available? I stop counting how many times I came in for lemon ice cream and I left dissapointed. Their products taste lovely, true. But customer service and hospitality is not familiar to them in this place. I didn't experienced even once friendly or polite or helpful staff members over here. All of them are always granpy, moody, unhappy, rude, just bad bad bad. If u are dare to ask some question, jeeeez, what a reactions and looks are coming from them. Not eecommending this place for visit, its not worth it to spend money here, specially if around this area are about 20 more and better places with similar menu.

Glad we skipped dessert and came here on a hot summers evening. The ice cream is so lovely my favorite has to be the pistachio. It was my friends first time here and she absolutely loved it. Glad it's become a regular spot.

In general i love their desserts and gelato, however their service and team members behaviour is nothing remarkable. We went today to grab an ice cream in this awfully hot weather, ice cream amazing and delicious as always, guy with glasses serving us, awfull and rude behaviour, what's more worse, it looked like he think about himself he is a funny guy. My cone was cracked in the middle, but i realise that when we walk out, because when he handle me my ice cream he covered the whole cone with napkin. I ask the lime/mint one on the bottom, he swap them...but ok. What i really don't like was his unapropriate jokes and doing ,,funny" faces. Im not gonna come back any soon, not in a mood...

Queue was not very long but only 1 member of staff to do it all. Service could be better but the ice cream is excellent. I had a scoop of mint chocolate in a cone. Delicious! I will be back to try more: praline, coco and pistachio all looked very appealing. Not much of a sorbet fan so didn’t look much at the flavour. They also have fabulous looking ice cream cookies. I highly recommend this tiny outlet.

We were lured in by rotating images and signs of fabulous whipped cream hot chocolate and Waffles.... waffle machine ‘broken’, fancy hot chocolate not until their winter menu starts in November (?!), chose a cup of tea.... no English breakfast.... sadly, we all made other choices, but really should have gone elsewhere....

Popped in after visit to the museums. We went for 2scoops in a tub. My son was pleasantly surprised to discover Kinder flavour! We sat in the small seating area upstairs. We had the place to ourselves which was nice after the hustle and bustle. Lots people coming in to buy and take out. Now the icecream was delicious but felt expensive at £3.80 I scoop, £4.80 2 scoops and £5.80 3 scoops. Had a coffee which was in a plastic cup. I never understand why establishments give you drinks in plastic cups when you are sitting in, would much prefer a real cup! I gave it 4 stars because my son loved the icecream!

3 of us girls visited snowflake twice during the two days trip in London for the highly raved avocado ice cream. We first visited south Kensington at 3pm. We came in after the two guest who was trying out their gelato, and there were a group of 3 that came after us but we were told to queue after them?? Yellow skin issue again... To our dismay they were sold out, so we ordered the rich chocolate lava with a cuppaccino for high tea. Went to the one at Selfridges the next day same timing but they’ve got lots of it. Luckily we only got one to share as the famous avocado is more like a lemon sorbet, with the nutty almond flavoured ball in the center... it’s not to our liking quite a disappointment given the expectation we have for it. Good for photo taking though during this highly raved period..

DO NOT order “white mushroom matcha” — not only it doesn’t taste like matcha, it tastes like mushroom soup sewer water with the solidified fat particles (you can see clearly on the picture). Yuck. £6.50 thrown away to a trash bin.

5 out 5 would be best ever. This was great but not best ever. Would definitely return for more deserts when nearby. Visited recently and service was friendly and fast. Purchased a brownie and whoopie pie. Deserts were yummy and very happy with our purchase. Wouldn’t travel just for these but if I’m in the area would be happy to try other things.
