The bakery items were still warm, which made a difference!

Arrived 1 hr before closing having a coffee and they didn't let us use the toilet with the reason that it's already closed.

they dont care which order they send to which customer. I order food for over 20£ and receive 2 wraps worth 12. shame

Passage site. We bought 2 salads (small) and two mini sandwiches, and it cost £24.6 in total!!! I found it excessively expensive for the quantity and quality of the food. Also, if you want to eat there, each plate of food you buy has a supplement (quite high). I wouldn't repeat it, it's much cheaper to buy something in any supermarket!!

The toasted bread was soggy and cold how long did the delivery driver or pret workers leave it out till delivery.

Everything went well on prets side. The food was lovely and well prepared. However I was treated by an impatient delivery driver, who was kicking the main front door. I had no idea the intercom wasn’t working but came straight down to collect the order. Aggressive men like him shouldn’t be working in this field

The staff are so rude!! Made for an unpleasant experience

I’m a regular pret customer. Once a day some weeks. But today the manager at this store (Leo) treated me in such a way that I won’t be going there again. Leo - If a customer needs to use the Loo first to either relieve themselves before taking the time to choose and order or just wash their hands first, then surely its not necessary to withhold the code for the WC until they’ve queued and ordered? This was what Leo the Ladbroke Grove manager thought was a good course of action this morning. And he did it with a smug little smile too. Petty in the extreme. I don’t think this manager should be front of house as I’ve never come across this kind of lame behaviour in any other pret.

Friendly staff, good location and ample seating

I love pret and have a subscription, but the service here is so poor. The accessible door is always locked and to get access to the accessible toilet is always a hassle. Regularly under staffed and staff visibly annoyed if asked to open either toilet or back accessible door (probably because they are overworked?) Really a shame...

Chicken Latska soup divine samwhiches etc still a bit esoteric

It's a good stopover, something quick for breakfast or lunch.

Here I can find food that is not too sophisticated with spices or sauces of various kinds

One salad had no pistachio nuts which was very disappointing. The second salad had 2!!

Pret always tops on quality and no quibbles on delivery time but they are the worst for missing out items

The way the people behind the counter scream every single order could not contribute more to a bad atmosphere. It is not only annoying since it's the only thing you hear, because there isn't any ambiance music; but also quite off putting. The place is dark itself, it wouldn't say particularly clean. All these elements together make me not want to come back. At least, if they were friendly, but not even that. Maybe this is just the standard to which they work and my expectations are too big. In that case, I will go somewhere else next time.

Coffee is not delicious at all, as if it were hot water with the flavor of coffee. Sometimes the coffee is less. And her uncle is bad

Very nice Pret off the Portobello Market circuit in London. Great place to relax and grab a coffee and snack. Enough seating for sure.

The place is beautiful. But the coffee is not good enough, and it is very light. With all types of coffee, I feel that it is hot water with only coffee flavor, not coffee.

Asked about my hot chocolate, very politely. And one of the male employee, he was wearing the barista apron (conveniently both male employees don’t wear name badge) told me: hot chocolate is long gone! Wake up! Perhaps he thought that only I ordered a hot chocolate? It’s 9am… Im not gonna be the only person ordering a hot chocolate. Very rude staff, always shouting and everyday they have the same attitude. They choose who to be nice with.

Not happy, as one of the items received was not what I ordered. Not the first time this has happened. I believe this happened at another branch. Please double check item that is ordered, to ensure order is correct.

Thanks to the super nice French waiter who just served us this afternoon with his little touches. Respect.

I don't like their coffee.,and the staff ate not great either.

Service was helpful and friendly — added more milk to my friend's coffee for free when it was too strong for her. The bathrooms weren't in the best condition and maybe need more of a system in place as there ended up being a long queue (not during a peak time of day at all.

They let us in the back door with the buggy as the front door has steps. Great service. Sandwiches are delicious my favourite is tuna

Rude bloke who made my drink. He wasn’t busy, mine was only drink he was making & I was the only person waiting. He said I had to stand 6 feet away from where I was standing to receive my drink & deliberately put it where I wasn’t. He was intentionally disrespectful. Thankfully a more helpful staff member passed it to me. I have a disability. I had paid £7 for my lunch. I won’t be going back to Pret opposite Ladbroke Grove tube.

The vegan options here are outstanding! Even a simple wrap turned out to be the best thing I've ever tasted – the flavours were absolutely delicious, complemented perfectly by a great selection of tea or coffee. Quick service and a delightful setting for dining in. Can't wait to return and explore more of the menu.

Shocking costumer service from the guy with short dark hair (loosing his hair at the top). He clearly HATES his job. He shouldn’t be there.

The worst pret I’ve ever been to, the coffee is extremely poor I barely ever finish it. I have a pret subscription but this place makes me want to cancel it. Very dirty inside, a lot of fruit flies. The toilet is never in use, they close of the main seating area very early And it’s a terrible atmosphere to sit and have a coffee. They’ve even run out of coffee on multiple occasions, and a lot of the time there is no ice.

Very crowded, noisy but the food is good

£4 on a fishy, bity poorly made matcha latte. Disgusting. I had to wait two minutes whilst server had her own personal conversation right in front of me on the till with a colleague before being served with rude customer service.

Popped in for a hot drink and a toilet stop after visiting portobello market. I thought Pret was an upmarket brand but this place looks unkempt, with seats damaged, dirty and understaffed (although the staff were pleasant they all looked like rats on a sinking ship!) The toilets were disgusting and abused by people coming in to use them due the lack of toilets on the portobello road. A token system could solve this or a person at the door to direct people to tables. It was that bad that I will never use Pret again

The coffee machine didn't work. There were several people begging inside in a very intense way, the perfect mix for a coffee break.

The iced chocolate got sent back twice ended up having to change the beverage

Worst place to get your coffee. Wait in a line for 20 minutes then, after , when I asked when I get my coffee, I get attitude from the staff. Avoid the place.

Good place to meet your friends for coffee or other things, you can use your computer or phone, they have to charging the batery... staff are friendly, is close to the underground station and bus stops. Is close to Portobello market. Good place to stop for something nice.

Unfriendly staff and dirty toilets! I must have gotten upset just to have tea without milk. WC is dirty and Unfriendly staff! I had to get angry to get a tea without milk.

What stressful place to have a coffee on Saturday afternoon! All the staff under pressure. The shop closes at 7pm but around 3:30pm they've moved chairs to block half of the shop, not allowing customers to sit there, then mopping the floor of the.blocked area with bleach?!?!? whilst the other half of the shop was packed, with people trying to find an available seat to relax and have a meal or coffee. What a stressful experience!

Got chicken, broccoli and brown rice soup from Pret at Ladbroke Grove ,first of all its not advertised that its very spicy , 2nd there is no brown rice appeared at all .

Having been a loyal coffee subscriber for over a year, I find myself seriously contemplating the idea of canceling my subscription. The coffee at this place consistently disappoints me to the extent that I struggle to even finish a cup. What adds to the disappointment is the rather unfriendly demeanor of the female barista. I've also noticed that this specific barista consistently uses pre-made coffee, which might contribute to the poor taste. Every single coffee I've had from here has tasted horrible. In other Pret locations I've frequented, I could discern which baristas brewed more enjoyable coffee, but here, that distinction is nonexistent.

Pastry and a coffee £5.00. I guess that's not too bad. You have to get a code off your receipt to use the toilets. I suppose to stop people wandering off the street.

The barrister was disinterested in her work and gave me the wrong drink, the music was too loud. Not a branch i will be going back to.

The croissant was squashed and doughy, matcha latte was a bit watery and didn't really taste of matcha, and the staff were polite enough but didn't really seem to care. An average Pret to be honest..

Very poor customer service experience. Members of stuff are lazy, make coffee and leave it by the sink. They do not bother to give it to the customer. The worst pret I have ever been to.

Terrible. Was visiting London and popped into Pret as a usual staple. Asked to use the toilets after having a coffee - big mistake. The toilets were out of action - apparently for customers and staff - who knows how many laws that is breaking given the number of tables in the establishment. Completely changed my view of Pret. Staff were patronising and seemed to find the situation amusing. Absolutely disgusting service. Offered a voucher from customer services - not good enough.

Friendly staff, nice new ice machine. Prices really have gone up by a lot so not buying food at the moment. Like in a lot of Prets toilet has been out of order for a long time.

I have a subscription and have always been a fan of pret coffee, until this particular branch became my local. They make the worst coffee with a massive side of attitude. To make an extra request like extra hot or with some ice is received with sour faces, huffing and puffing, all to get a bad cup of coffee in the end. If you are unfortunate enough to go during morning rush, expect to leave very frustrated by watching 3 members of staff standing at empty till ques chatting amongst themselves whilst one barista struggles to make 30 coffees. Pressure getting the best of her causing mistakes and even longer waits. Absolutely ridiculous and honestly so disappointing. Instead of looking forward to my coffee I now dread having to go in there.

Good sandwich nothing special just much better than mc Donald or Burger King

Toilets out of order since before Christmas 2022 not acceptable

Tuna melt "Toastie" was warm bread with clumped up Tuna inside. There wasn't any cheese in it. Mocha cup was half empty (not the first time this has happened from this particular branch). Only plus was that they put a spoon in even though I forgot to ask for one.

Nourriture très abordable et très fraîche. Peu cher et bon. Il y en a pour tous les goûts !

Food arrived early, hot and nicely packed (no plastic). Delivery driver was lovely.

The staff seem completely unaware there are customers in the queue. Always a huge queue.

I have had a coffee subscription for over a year and this place makes me want to cancel it. The coffee is so bad here, not enjoyable at all I rarely bare to finish it. The baristas are lovely and friendly, but every single coffee I've had from here has tasted horrible. In other prets I've frequented I got to know which baristas make a more enjoyable coffee, but here there is not one. This is not to say they don't know how to make it, because how can every single coffee I've had here taste awful! Maybe it's the machine? Or the coffee used? I'm not sure, but I'm only leaving a review because I really hope something will change!

We had our aunt with us in a wheelchair. The only entrance in use had 5 steep steps, so we couldn’t go in !!!

What a shocker I have been coming for 2 years off and on on a Thursday before my hospital Appt There had been a new manager and things had improved however he was not there I ordered a latte the guy in front of me had a vanill latte served in two minutes Then I waited and waited and waited there were other customers in the same boat Then the manager offered what I can only assume was a female friend a coffee and she was served instantly I then said I had been waiting a while and had been missed , the manager pointed at me aggressively what was your order , I again said a latte you took the order The girl making a coffee again said I don’t have a latte Another order taker got involved asking her to make a latte 5 minutes later I’m still there she was asked for a latte ,, what latte The order take threw together a Luke warm latte to get me out of there Avoid like the plague , shocking customer service

I try chai latte In fact, it tasted so bad, I've never tried such a bad coffee before.

Forgot order notes of adding sweeteners with Praline Latte. Also not clearly labelled as coconut milk just Coco which I assumed was chocolate.

Lovely selection. I put a 4 star because one worker was acting snobby and ignored my request to give me a bag. I don’t know why some sales assistants act snobby, because they’re just working a 9-5…

El chocolate caliente sabe a te

I ordered ice chocolate in ladbroke grove Pret they serve no milk only chocolate and very sweet. The other day I went to Pret same shop to order the Ice chocolate OMG everything is milk no chocolate at all I asked the girl and she ignore me because she's pretending that shes busy. The staff are in a hurry... all the time while serving the customers 🤦‍♀️ sad 😔 the Pret in St johns Wood are friendly not like in Ladbroke grove...

On Sunday 09 October I was customer. Forgot something but it was found and save for me by employees.The staff were simply excellent. Kind and caring and helpful. I was very very impressed. Thank you guys

Toilet is never working, bad coffe but nice sandwiches

Insted off normal coke I got diet coke and instead off 4 beacon and egg sandwich i got just 2 and something else instead iff the other 2

2nd time i have ordered a matcha latte here after deciding to give it another chance but both times it has essentially been hot coconut milk the whole way through until you reach the last cm of drink which is powdery and extremely strong and bitter. They dont mix it properly which is a shame as when i tried to swirl my cup it just spills out. Also the girl today gave me 2 lids so when i drank from the cup it spilled all down my jumper.

Ok but they close half the shop after 4pm and tell you to move which is quite off-putting.

Disposable cups for all customers that have coffee in, it is like 3th would country! How can that be allowed !
