Staff are great, fab service - efficient and friendly. Food okay but it is TOO LOUD in there. Why do they play the music so unbelievably loud? Makes it impossible to hear your dinner party guests without shouting, it’s like eating in a nightclub but in daylight. My throat hurts from shouting over the music. Twice we asked the waiter to get the DJ to turn down the music. This improved the atmosphere immediately, but the DJ increased it yet again. Please, Ours, control your DJ. It would have been a 5 star review from me if not for that.

The guard at the entrance of the restaurant asked for me and my friend’s (both of us POC) IDs despite this place not being 18+ and didn’t check my white friend’s ID. He judged us based on our looks and assumed we didn’t have a reservation even though we did. While ordering, the waitress was rude too and laughed at me and my friends for not knowing there was a minimum spend per person despite there being no indication of that online or on the menu. Not to mention the food was not seasoned and the portions were tiny. This restaurant is not worth the hype—if I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Brilliant resturant and made my Partners birthday special!!

The food was absolutely terrible and poor quality. The prices were ridiculous, I don't mind paying for fine dining but this was not it, the food especially the desert tasted on lar with iceland out of the freeza food while the pprtions were so small we ordered chinese on the way home. The venue in the otherhand is lovely, the entrance is magnificent, toilets clean and grand an overall good atmosphere. Entertainment was enjoyable and different, however will NOT be returning. Does not give value for money at all. Ordered from the set menu

We had brunch with bottomless Prosecco. Show was amazing! Food was delicious- thanks for the chefs!! And service was excellent! Thank you

We had a good dinner with friends on Friday night. However would not give it 5 stars review as food was a bit plane. I had ceviche to start and with mango chutney it felt like a fruit salad. Traditionally ceviche is more of a savoury dish . COD with cabbage was tasty but a bit plane. Decor of the restaurant is nice and there was also a cloakroom to leave our coat. When we asked for the bill, they put ceviche at £19 per portion. Luckily we did remember that price in the menu was £12! I’m not sure if this was done deliberately or a genuine mistake. Luckily we always check ours bill at the end of the evening or we would of easily be charged £21 extra for nothing

We had visited this beautiful restaurant recently, we absolutely loved it, the food was delicious, drinks were great, the entertainment was fantastic and the staff, each one of them were absolutely amazing, they looked after us so well throughout the evening, super polite and friendly staff🙏🏼 can’t wait to go back again, special thanks to Ridu (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) Xxx

What a magic night😍 we went of Friday night it was Diwali night by Ameerah and wat a magic.. we had bolloywod fashion show and many other entertainment the food was amazing and the staff was friendly. We were celebrating my friend birthday and it was such a special celebration.if you are looking for a special night for a special celebration that’s your place.

Went for a friends 30th and we paid for the private dining experience. Food was terrible, had to send food back as was uncooked. Service was shocking, private dining room was a £2000 minimum spend and the TV & Mic in the room didn't work, no nicety on the table like a centre piece or candle, food was served at random times so some people were done before people had even got there food served. A terrible terrible experience to say the least and we will not be coming again ! I would strongly advise people to NOT waste there money here

If I could give no stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I booked the private dining experience for my 30th and from the get go the service and set up was shocking. To list a few: - We was told we couldn't stand at the bar due to another other party - bad tone from offset - Abrupt welcome by our waiter - Seating plan was completely wrong & had to awkwardly move people around - what was the point in sending the seating plan if it is not followed? - Main courses came out wrong - Main course came out that wasn't even on the menu (chicken)? - Everyone's name on the paper had the correct meals but correct meals didn't come - Lobster pasta came out 25 minutes later than everyone else's and my friend had to sit and eat it while everyone was socialising - Steak was so chewy it was inedible - No server asked if food was ok, if we wanted any cheese on pasta or sauce for steak / chips (no nicety to service at all) - Chips didn't come on time, came when food was served way before or it was forgotten - Random portion of broccoli was put down - Also was raw - Lobster pasta came out finally and piece of lobster on top was raw and had to be sent back, server touched the fish with bare hand to establish if it was cooked or not - Server wasn't updating us if was close or far from our minimum spend - Paid for a premium service and the room was dressed poorly- no centre piece in table, no working mic, no sense of direction on how to use music system we figured out for ourself, private dining is supposed to be an elevated service that's better than main room but nothing better at all - Dessert came 20 mins before we had to leave so we basically ate and had to leave - Nobody asked if we were ok or wanted anything In summary, the service, food and experience was shocking. For the amount we paid I would expect to have a premium service and it was anything but premium. We made staff aware on the evening of the issues, and whilst we were given a few bottles of Prosecco and one round of shots, I dont think that is anywhere near enough to compensate for the appauling experience we had. I am quite frankly embarrassed that I have gone to the restaurant for my 30th birthday and asked my friends to pay £120 minimum each for an evening which was a complete shambles from start to finish. And to add insult to the injury, I emailed my complaint to the manager of the restaurant 5 days ago and not even an acknowledgement of my complaint.

Me and my friend had bottomless brunch here yesterday and we had such a lovely time. The food was so nice, the restaurant is stunning and it was a nice atmosphere. A huge thank you to our waiter Radu for making our experience at the restaurant memorable, he was so friendly, polite and attentive, an outstanding waiter.

Had dinner here on a non busy Thursday evening. We had a 3 course voucher deal including a bottle of prosecco. Food was very good actually and service was great. Starter portion of beef was generous and the mains were also good portion. Would personally recommend. Oh and they have photobooth which lets you takes photo and send to your email for free.

I organised a surprise brunch for my boyfriend’s 29th birthday with all of his friends and it was brilliant. Nicole was super efficient and helpful throughout the whole booking process - I was very impressed! Roberto really looked after us when we were there and I can’t thank the staff enough for making it such a special and memorable day for my boyfriend. The food was outstanding and service was excellent - you pay for what you get! Would highly recommend for a birthday or special occasion.

Premium prices with abysmal service. Dinner party of 16 for a special occasion, big disappointment & awful hospitality. Genuinely shocked at the service of this place. I booked in July for a friends surprise birthday celebrations and was contacted the day before our October booking, with only 24hrs notice I was emailed that our drinks area was cancelled due to the venue receiving a bigger and better private hire for upstairs (where we’d confirmed a space in July). I had to challenge to get our booking back as we had people travelling for the occasion and still, on the night our group of 16 was shown to a corner with 5 armchairs as our ‘drinks area’ to allow for the private hire to have the rest of the space. Which I was assured would not be the case when they tried to cancel the day before. The service at dinner was shocking. More waiting staff than customers during our main time seated and service was slow and inattentive. Staff were incredibly rude as we were paying, which was 3 hours from when we were seated because it took about an hour per course for service. Food was ok but drink quality was awful. £16 for an espresso martini that tasted like a watered down burnt espresso lacking alcohol. Ordered at the bar and automatically charged service so £18+ total for one drink. Such a disappointment.

If you like ear-splitting music, mediocre and tasteless food, and a bankrupting bill, then this is the place for you.

Good things: it’s has a nice interior and the dirty martini and the pinor noir was great. Padron peppers were passable, squid was small bits of fried squid rather than something more substantial. Bad things: only one champagne by the glass (and it was on the sweeter side) which was odd. Medium (I like rare but didn’t trust them to do rare) steak was so chewy I had to send it back, which I don’t normally do. I get the feeling this happens frequently as the waiter suggested I return it. Second steak was medium rare and better but still required strong jaw muscle to chew. I didn’t want to send it back a second time so I put up with it. But it’s not food I would pay any amount of money for. If a friend gave me either of those steaks I’d assume he couldn’t cook. There are circus acts if that’s your thing.

I waited an hour for mye drinks and got my food after the others i Are sorg where done. I godt talker bad at by one Of the waiters who argued that i had not paid. I had, with an other waiter. I will never go back, and it is way to expensive for such an awful experience and service. Will absolutely never go back there.

To begin, the doorman at the entrance was so miserable! The only part we enjoyed was the walkway. We should of stopped there. As the food was extremely bland, tasteless & over priced. Difficult to hear my partner as the music was SO loud. A random burlesque dancer provided the 'entertainment' watching her take her bra off was not pleasant while we were trying to eat. Distasteful. Not our cup of tea. All (6) tables looked uncomfortable. We couldn't even enjoy our food as the manager just stood there staring & watching, clearly bored. We waited ages for our bill. This place is overhyped, food is tasteless. Never going back & def do not recommend. Check out 1947 for a high end classy night.

I visited ours on 2 separate occasions and on Friday night I would avoid it’s so loud like a club. It ruins the ambience of the venue. The food wasn’t bad in general but I paid 50% due to it being on offer so it was worth the price. The halloumi bites were good from the starters. I enjoyed the lamb cutlet too. Saturday the place is quieter so you can actually hear people speak. There’s entertainment both nights but if you want to hear your friends/parter talk go on a Saturday. The staff are pleasant & attentive.

The food was nice we loved it! the staff as well! But there was a rude manager who kept coming to our table and asking if we would like more wine while our glasses were still MORE THAN HALF FULL, she did it 5 times which made us highly uncomfortable!! Also once we paid, and were leaving the place she came running after us asking if we were going to pay and when we said that we already paid she ran to her colleague to double check that , when she realised that she was wrong there was literally no apology. Some people just ruin the whole image/reputation of a venue because of their poor management skills. Everything else was lovely tho the show as well! But I personally wouldn’t be going back there or recommending it to friends because of the way we were treated by this manager

This place has really gone downhill to be honest. Food is not well flavoured and there’s no love in the dishes. Prices are ridiculous for the portions and the actual effort that goes into the food. Staff are great and very attentive. Manager was great too and gave us some money off the bill. Hopefully they improve and get this place back to what it used to be

We had an amazing meal at Ours Restaurant. This place was... impressive. We had great food and the unique fusion and presentation of the dishes prepared here was definitely something special. Perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Absolutely delicious. The service was also great, very attentive and pleasant all around. The atmosphere of the place as I mentioned above was impressive. We will definitely be returning.

We went for cabaret night and it was entertaining. I had slow cooked chicken which was very soft and juicy and tasty. Service is good and I do recommend. I will go again.

We had to leave after 1 drink because the music was to loud. This morning my ears are still ringing. I just don’t understand why the music is so loud. The staff couldn’t hear us explain why we were leaving.

We had the most amazing night at Restaurant Ours, we were a group of 10 girls, We were so well looked after by Roberto. Complimentary cocktail on arrival, free tasting dishes, the food from the summer menu was gorgeously flavoursome. The private room we were in had speakers you could connect up to from your phone. The decor was stunning, there was an arial circus act and live music. Could not have wished for a better evening

Great value for the money. Booked the 80s brunch but due to getting really ill we had to change the date and ended up at the Mamma Mia brunch. To be honest we were slightly dreading this brunch, not being into musicals nor having seen the film. We had a great time! Laughed the whole time, ended up singing along. We've been converted to a ABBA fans. Our waiter was brilliant, really nice guy and he didn't hold back with the drinks. The food wasn't fantastic but it was good and we ate the whole lot. Trust me I've been served awful food at other brunches. This was a brunch that was worth every penny. We enjoyed it so much I was looking for July dates to go with a bigger group, but the July dates aren't up yet. I'll be keeping an eye on the website.

Went here for my friends 22nd birthday Took 1 hour 25 mins for the food to arrive! When it did arrive my food was cold. We ordered tiramisu which you can see in the picture what state it was served in… why is it in a water glass and why is the glass so dirty, I went to let them know it’s dirty and I was told that was how it usually comes! genuinely so dissatisfied and disappointed. Can’t fault the acts they were brilliant great entertainment!

So I booked a Mamma Mia Brunch for my Birthday / Mother’s Day and I was unsure of the menu at first when I had looked at it. But then when we made sure some of the food on there was vegetarian, I was so excited and looking forward to trying it out! The starters were amazing and the main courses were incredible and the desserts were just WOW! While eating, I loved watching the tribute band get involved with the crowd and the songs were all Mamma Mia themed, which was the best part about this brunch! I’d highly recommend this to anyone who loves Mamma Mia and is looking for a great day/evening out, and it’s something for the whole family!

We were visiting for my birthday weekend and had been recommended this place by a friend. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady at reception, she took our coats and then took us to the table. We ordered our mains and asked for some bread and oil to share. The service was super quick. I had the linguine and my husband had the lamb chops. The food was beautifully presented and tasted gorgeous. We had a surprise while eating dinner when a young lady came out and did a burlesque show. We then ordered desserts. I had the chocolate mousse and my husband had the creme brulee. Again great food. We loved our experience here and will definitely recommend to anyone.

We came to the resturant for a birthday brunch and it went from good to bad. The resturant had a nice atmosphere, trendy vibe and it's instagramable (thank you to the lady at the front desk with her long photography light). The only entertainment we saw was the fire breather but the DJ was playing good music. The food was really good for £39 per person and the whispering angel was flowing nicely for the people drinking. The waiters done a great job attending to all 11 of us. But here is were it went bad. One person in the party ordered a chocolate mousse dessert and had really bad allergic reaction. On the menu it didn’t state the dessert contained nuts, nor did anyone ask when taking orders at the beginning. The staff were apologetic and deducted his meal from the bill. Please look into adding allergen information on your menus and if not then ask customers when taking orders.

The entertainment was an absolute highlight of the night, had a lovely time with my friends and enjoyed the food🙌🏼
