This place is brilliant for fresh succulent meat dishes, oh and the Bread!!!!!! The food was absolutely Delicious. PreStarter: Bread and Salad Starter: Grilled Halloumi Main: Mixed Grill Kebab Dessert: Baklava Customer service was good, despite there being a large group of us to serve. Thank you to Amir and the entire team for looking after us.

Today I visited Rios and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and friendly staff. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel incredibly saying hi. The staff were attentive but not overbearing, which created a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and served beautifully. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the customers, and their professionalism shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, from the ambiance to the quality of service. I visit the website for leaving a good review but shock to see the negative reviews, not gonna lie but especially about the staff, those who may feel inclined to leave negative reviews based on unreasonable expectations, even Rios is best in Croydon Instead of focusing on small flaws, we should appreciate their efforts and respect they give us

The pub, which was always a nice but basic establishment, seems to have gone downhill since under new management, and has a very down at heel and not particularly welcoming vibe. We asked for crisps and nuts with our drinks and were told they’d run out! We were directed to the nearby convenience store or Iceland! Also, they seem to have stopped doing food of any sort (I mean… not looking for a gastropub experience .. just a bite to eat with our drinks.. anything!) Oh… and no Guinness Zero (also run out..). Someone needs to tell the management this is 2025, not 1975.

Ordered it for years, suddenly changed settings on ubereats so they won't deliver to me even though I live 12 minutes away. Reached out to customer service who advised I "stop by their Waterloo branch"... I live in Croydon, I just want to order as usual from the Croydon branch.. now it's disappeared off deliveroo altogether and still won't allow me to order delivery from Ubereats.. has Crust Bros boxpark Croydon secretly shut down? If not this is total silliness... you are losing business for literally no sensible reason..

My family and I hosted a private event in the Dakota suite for 80 guests. Over the 6 weeks or so of planning, Sudeep and his staff were nothing less than professional, personable and went over and beyond to meet our needs. On the actual day, staff were visible from very early morning to make sure the logistics around prepping for the event went well and continually checked in with us to make sure any little extras were provided. The venue is absolutely lovely and in my opinion a hidden gem. I would 100% recommend them for both private and business events and will be recommending them to family in the future.

I ordered food for my family to celebrate my son's birthday. Chicken was very dry, burnt and small. It left a bitter taste in our mouth. Very disappointed

Sunday Roast. Tasted great - We both had the roast beef. Large portions. Friendly staff with quick service. Will definitely be back!

Ordered a delivery. The food was very fresh and tasted good. Chow mein, tempura prawn, salt and pepper squid. The flavours in squid with garlic and chillies were amazing. Would recommend. Order delivered in defined time. Give me a reaction if this helps 👍🏼

First time ordering from them, much better than the branches I’ve tried in central London. The little bacon cheese burger was amazing, and I like that you can customise it. The shakes are a bit too sweet for me, I mixed chocolate and Oreo’s. I won’t order that again but definitely the burgers!

Hands down worst place in South Croydon. Avoid like the plague
