My family and I hosted a private event in the Dakota suite for 80 guests. Over the 6 weeks or so of planning, Sudeep and his staff were nothing less than professional, personable and went over and beyond to meet our needs. On the actual day, staff were visible from very early morning to make sure the logistics around prepping for the event went well and continually checked in with us to make sure any little extras were provided. The venue is absolutely lovely and in my opinion a hidden gem. I would 100% recommend them for both private and business events and will be recommending them to family in the future.

When I first arrived at the hotel a few weeks ago, the receptionist - Sophia - was a gem of a lady. Genuinely friendly, very smiley and really welcoming. That’s not to say that everyone else hasn’t been as charming or helpful, but she stands out because she was the first point of contact and made such a good impression on me. Thank you, Sophia.

If I could give no stars I would. I have sat in this hotel restaurant for over an hour and a half and so far have had a bowl of soup. We are a group of 20 booked in three months ago and quite clearly the restaurant was not prepared. With two courses still to go and it’s now after 9pm I suspect it will be midnight before I get my dessert.

Carpark £5 a night does not state on booking.com if staying at hotel absolutely disgraceful no hot water at breakfast to make tea or coffee was pointed to reception by a member of staff that couldn't speak English also asked for a room at the back of the hotel must of been staff quarters was woke up 3 times not good really wouldn't recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay here again

I had a very nice time here in this hotel. All the staff is very polite, i had a long stay there and everything was all right. The girls from the reception, Sophia and Elida were very helpfull. The food was great, good staff serving food, i was served by Gabriel and Kate and they deliver very good customer service. Overall stay was very good!

Car parking charges at £5 per night have recently been introduced by management. We can understand these for party / conference guests but not for resident guests especially those who book direct with the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The first night we stayed in room 20. As soon as we walked in the heat hit us. Was so incredibly hot they had a fan on but unfortunately didn’t feel like it was doing much. Unfortunately couldn’t sleep in the heat and actually felt quite ill and uncomfortable. Although weather had been hot. It was more than that. We must have been near the kitchens maybe. I can’t explain the heat. However. The following day was moved to a room with air con which was then faultless.

So went for the afternoon tea I found on groupon was a nice selection of cakes sarnies and wine and my food allergies were treated very throughly. Nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. The manager for the afternoon was a really nice,friendly,helpful guy. (I’m not sure of he’s name but he’s in some of the previous pics on here.)

Receptionist was lovely and helpful and even let me check in early as I got the times mixed up. Andreea in the restaurant was very sweet and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and letting me know there were seats outside as well. Bed is very comfortable. Shower is powerful and warm. Room is small but not tiny, adequate for 1 person definitely. I am here during a heatwave and there is no air con and the windows do not let air in, the bathroom doesnt seem to have an extractor fan either, so there isnt a lot if air in the room. Room is clean with an iron. Towels are a nice size and good quality. Food in the restaurant is LOVELY and a good price. All in all exceeded my expectations!!!

The food is nice, but getting it in the correct order is something of a task for the kitchen staff. When Katie is around things get done. She’s on the ball and runs the place single handedly and I cannot praise her enough, but when she’s not around the place might as well be ran by monkeys. The rest of the waiters are like robots, never smile or apologise if something’s gone wrong. Maybe the chef isn’t looking at orders and their frustration is showing? However, it’s not professional and one of the bar staff rudely interrupted me when I was in the middle of speaking to the reception about a query. Something about “did that lad at the bar have a free drink”? Again rude and unprofessional.

Overall the facilities are a good standard. The hospitality was great. In particular the service by the receptionists was very attentive. Both Sophia and Shannon were friendly, very kind and helpful. Great visit and would recommend!

This review is directly for the restaurant not the hotel. I never managed to eat there but being told that opening hours are till 930pm and consequently going down at 9pm for food to be told ‘today we closed early’ is totally unacceptable. I had an early flight next morning. all i wanted was a quick meal before going up to bed (i had a room at the htl)

Checked in late with very reasonable expectations. The ambience was lovely, felt warm and welcoming from receptionists to waiting staff. Particular gratitude to Cainan (sorry if spelling incorrect) in the bar for successfully ordering my food correctly and providing a warm and friendly welcome. Can not recommend this place highly enough.

I simply have to rate the Hallmark Hotel restaurant as 'excellent', not because of the food, although no complaints there whatsoever, but because the service is outstanding – warm, friendly and yet so professional (thank you so much, Kenan!). Dined with a friend staying at the hotel a couple of weeks ago and immediately knew it would be the perfect place to book for my mother's birthday. She loved the place, as did we all, and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

Never stayed in a Hallmark hotel before, yes it can be expensive, but I felt it was worth every penny,this hotel felt like a throwback to when you were able to leave yr shoes outside yr room, knowing that they would be outside first thing in the morning all clean and shiny,everything worked,but the lovely touch was the relaxing lounger and work/eating table in the room it was nice not to always be sitting on the bed,beautiful shower, with bath/Jacuzzi,all in all yes,yes,yes I would gladly stay at this Hallmark again .... thumbs up, with a positive smile.

The hotel had closed its booking for open table on 1 Dec for xmas, although we had booked before this date they didn't have us down. The table was booked for 7 and they could seat us until 9. The staff were rude and unapologetic. Very poor service

Had a gift voucher for afternoon tea. Afternoon tea was lovely choice, however just before we were finishing myself & my husband saw a mouse run across the restaurant floor!! We did point it out to the waiter who said he would report it. We decided to sit in the lounge rather than at the table with a bottle of wine. The waiter did offer to move us to another table & very apologetic. We received 20% off of the bottle of wine but still can't believe we saw a mouse run across the floor in the restaurant!,

We stayed here whilst working away with virgin media last year and we managed to get to stay here again this year through the choice of our own. On walking back into the hotel I was pleased to see a lot of the same staff that was here last year. When walking in I was greeted by my name which I was overly impressed with and felt like I’d only been here last week. Quality food and quality service. The breakfast is on point and the rooms are clean and tidy. No ask is to big for the team at the hotel.

Obviously filled up by open reach trainee engineers. Food is poor Service is good. Not a hotel for anyone on holliday. Dress code is a big problem, there isn't one. Shorts flip flops or work gear for dinner.

We have been using hallmark for many weeks with a company training school. I have to say the service from a gentleman called Keanan In the main bar area was impeccable. He was attentive to needs of all guests and very polite to us as a team of trainee engineers. He was always happy to help and also went the Extra mile every time he saw us.

I first wrote about this place in Jan 2017 . I have to say it’s come on leaps and bounds . I stayed in the Super Double suite and I’m not disappointed. It’s spacious with lovely decor . There is a fair bit of traffic noise but that’s to be expected from its location . I still wouldn’t choose to eat here as the hot dog I ordered was pretty dire , the brioche bun had obviously been microwaved for a little too long and was something resembling a brick but all in all a pleasant stay .

We had a lovely breakfast which consisted of sausages, bacon, baked beans, mushrooms, toast, green tea and cranberry juice. Everything was beautifully cooked and the staff were very friendly. It restaurant was clean and very festive. The soft soul music playing in the background was such a nice touch to a beautiful morning.

We stayed a Saturday night prior to visiting Croydon Airport Museum. It was lovely and cosy in November with a real fire, a nice bar and restaurant, and a lovely room. If you are you are visiting the museum you will appreciate the hotel too. It was the original airport hotel, and the corridors are full of interesting photos from the 1930s of the airport in its heyday and filmstars who travelled through it. The two make a good pairing.

Desde la última visita hace varios años, el hotel ha sido tomada por la nueva administración. Han hecho un excelente trabajo de renovación durante el año pasado o así. Éramos un grupo de 15 asistiendo a una merienda con sándwiches ordenados, pasteles, fruta en bastones, y abundantes cantidades de café/té. El lugar en el área principal del bar era muy confortable, con mesas de elegante (manteles, vasos, vajilla y cubiertos de China). Todo era fresco y limpio y muy acogedor. Nos dieron la opción de ser atendido en nuestra mesa los bocadillos, etc., o nosotros mismos ayudando a elementos de una exclusiva zona cerca de servir. Tazas de té y café trajeron a la mesa por los camareros Zenan y Harry, que ofrecen un servicio excelente en todo y se aseguró de que estábamos bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia. Llegamos alrededor de las 4:00 pm para tomar el té y a la izquierda justo después de las 7 de la tarde, lo que demuestra lo mucho que disfrutamos nosotros

Nos alojamos aquí como asistimos a una fiesta de cumpleaños en Croydon. Primera razón es porque este particular Hotel Hallmark es perro agradable y realmente son. Nos recibieron con una acogedora cama para nuestro perro cachorro, un plato y una bola. Nos tomamos todas nuestras propias cosas, pero este fue un detalle muy bonito, gracias.

From the outset we received a warm welcome from the staff serving in the hotel brasserie with not a flicker of a change in attitude when we presented a Groupon voucher. We were offered a choice of tables, adorned with crisp white linen table cloths and napkins and our host explained the options available with regard to drinks.-An array of 12 finger sandwiches (4 different fillings), 2 scones( with a pots of jam and cream to share) and 4 two-bite size but surprisingly flavoursome cakes arrived on a rather humorous mini-picnic table. -We found the atmosphere relaxed and unhurried and the staff very friendly and helpful so all in all a very pleasing dining experience and very good value at the usual price of £12.50 per person.

We ate twice during our stay. Some of the food was OK some of it was poor. The lamb tagine style dish with couscous was probably the best dish we had. The salmon with noodles probably the worst as it was served in a lake of warm watered down soy sauce. The burgers were OK. The ribs were over cooked and not much flavour. The bolognaise didn't have much sauce for the quantity of pasta but tasted OK. The starters were small and came with the same soy sauce to dip in. If you are staying there it is convenient but we would recommend The Imperial Lounge next door instead.

I've stayed here a few times and I must say that the hospitality is outstanding. The breakfast is wonderful as I had a selection to choose from. If nothing takes your fancy, ask host Lanson if chef Magian jumitriu will do you something else:-it works for me as he makes a mean omelette. All in all my stay was very pleasant as usual.

Purchased a Groupon voucher for afternoon tea for 2 for £20 at the Hallmark Hotel. Very friendly waiter greeted us on arrival and let us choose where to sit. Unlimited tea and coffee and the afternoon tea was very nice, the usual sandwiches, scones and cakes but well presented and very tasty. Friendly staff and a nice setting. Would recommend.

We had the Christmas party last week at this hotel and I would like to point out some things which was making me understand that was not the best choice!I will start with the service team which couldn't manage the work and were overwhelmed with so much people,while the restaurant manager was just walking around doing nothing,and just mistreating the guest.And also on the bar,the staff was giving us drinks in dirty glasses!The food was awful.The buffet was not clean,at all! the person in charge with the refill was all the time speaking with other staff members and was not capable to organise himself,probably was a litte bit to much for him.Anyway the food was terrible so we didn't miss that much ( undercook chicken and disgusting fish),vegetable was close to a mash vegetable.Definitely I recomend to the management side a review over the capabilities of the kitchen staff.And to complet my review I would like to point also over the cleanliness on the toilets,i hope that this kind of mess was just there and not everywhere.Anyway as a conclusion I don't recomand the place and the restaurant to anyone!

Been here in this hotel for 3 weeks now due to me working in tne area very clean hotel bedrooms just standard guest bedrooms nothing out standing bedding changed daily along with fresh towels etc.. for me only thing letting this hotel down is the breakfast,advetised from 6,30am but still coming out with food at 6,45am. Also the other morning tables was not set right waiting for spoons,milk which for me they have had all night to set the tables..another problem is they ask if you want tea or coffee with your breakfast then you wait 10 mins for them to bring you a drink. For me i like when i,m having my breakfast except for this problem the hotel is a good hotel

Stayed for one night recently as was unable to get into the Hilton. The hotel is easy to access being located on the main road. The room was comfortable however warm without air conditioning although there was a fan provided. It was a smaller room although had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel seems quite busy with contractors and business guests. Good quality food and nice bar and restaurant area.

So we attended my best friends wedding at the hallmark hotel August 28th Myself and everyone who ordered the lamb dish were pretty disgusted with what arrived on our plate ... See photo below Staff had a attitude and the bar man definitely was mid pricing drinks as the same round seemed to go up in price as the night progressed Definitely a staffing and kitchen issue at this place Beware if planning wedding here !Our lamb looked like dog food literally Iv worked as a chef and have never seen lamb like this in my life ... Worrying !

Checked in after parking in the large car park. Nice fast check in even though I was early. Acknowledged by all staff which is a refreshing change. Food was much nicer than expected....nicely presented and tasty. The lift wasnt working but it wasn't the end of the world.... help on hand if required. Nice big beer garden and great big comfy bed in a clean room

Very friendly staff, but the administration could improve. Phone calls not returned. Emails not answered etc. Once booked in, nothing is too much trouble.My stay was 3 nights. Bedroom 18 on 2nd floor located next to a meeting room. There was a function in the room ending around 10pm so the laughter and applause did not disturb me. However at 2:30am the night staff decided to move furniture from the room and made lots of noise, waking me and other guests.The bedroom was clean and housekeeping did an excellent job every day.Buffet lunches all three days were unimaginative and most delegates on my training course left the majority of food. Breakfast was hot buffet with fried eggs resembling rubber. The bacon, mushrooms, black pudding just luke warm (at 8am). It would not be my choice to eat at the restaurant. However the 2nd day I ate at 7am, and all the prepared food was fresh and hot. It was worth the effort getting up an hour earlier to enjoy breakfast.

Nothing really positively memorable, first server didn't present drinks menu. When drinks arrive was not explicitly correct. Dust on walls and on window ledge. Presented with speciality menu, despite website offering another which was more appealing. Eventually persuaded them to offer alternative menu. Starter wasn't accurate..ordered Prawn and crayfish which only arrived with mini prawns, no bread as described. Main course was excellent (slow cooked beef featherblade). Bit of an issue with the glutten free options for my wife but finally overcame. Desert arrival was comedic. ..ordered chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. Was presented with American cheesecake, which the waiter insisted was a brownie. Eventually got the order right and brought me the correct desert.

One night: Finding it: The small, non illuminated sign is impossible to see from the road in the dark, even when driving slowly past it. I found the Hilton and the Premier Inn with ease, even though I wasn't looking for them. They should have said, 'As you drive along the Purley Way towards Croydon, take a sharp left just after the aeroplane that's in the car park next door.Parking: At a funny angle. Previous users of the car park seem to have come a cropper with the fence.Arrival: Very nice area to walk into. Made to feel welcome. Efficient check in. Helpful when I asked about local services.Room: Pleasant look and feel. Good shower. The view from the window; frosted glass and no wonder. Looking out I saw how close the air conditioning units (Or similar) and a nice soil pipe were.Fixtures etc: One table light was kaput. Food: Ate next door in the Imperial Lounge - Worth going just for that. Separate review.Staff: Helpful and politeBreakfast: Very good. We stayed at this hotel for a valentine break. First impressions on entering the hotel were good. The reception and bar areas were spotlessly clean, check in was easy and the staff pleasant and friendly. Our room again spotless but small, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, large flat screen TV all supplied and working. Bathroom again clean lovely towels and toiletries supplied.The restaurant only had the Valentine meal option which was £80 per couple. The food was great no complaints and the ladies received a single red rose.My only complaint would be about another guest staying at the hotel who seemed to want something for nothing. He abused the restaurant staff and the management and complained about everything. He walked out only to return to demand that as every other restaurant in the area was fully booked and he thought he should be given a refund for his room as he wanted to go home!!! I must say it was entertaining to watch and the management team dealt with him well.Great hotel, great food and great floor show.

We stayed here for our valentines break away. We had a lovely, ok fairly small, but nice and clean bedroom. Bed was a lil soft but comfie, blanket and sheets, no duvet though, but may have been to hot with one as it was nice and warm. Tea and coffee making facilities, tv, wifi etc all good. Had a really lovely meal with nice wine last night, downstairs in the restaurant, couldn't fault it at all. And the hotel was very chilled and peaceful. Perfect for a night away without the kids, we had a lovely time.

Very clean and easy check-in. Also the WIFI is pretty good and there is free parking but limited to about 30 spaces. Breakfast is the usual buffet.Window in room didn't lock properly meaning there was noise. Also the plug didn't fit the bath properly. Not the end of the world and couldn't be bothered to complain to then have to move everything.Biggest issue was the AV situation. We had paid to have a meeting and a projector was supplied - with VGA and DVI only connections! No adaptor or other options - just an old projector from the 90's.Our modern laptops (HDMI anyone!) meant I had to spend 40 minutes going 2 miles to PC World at a cost of £36 for some cables - completely unnecessary and waste of money.Soul-less place with helpful (but not too helpful) staff and decor.

We stayed overnight with various family members on the night of my daughter's wedding.We had booked a suite as a treat. The room was spacious and the king size bed comfortable. However, there was no bottled water, nothing in the mini fridge, ie no mini bar, no hairdryer, - we had to call reception for one, which finally arrived after a second request.The bathroom had seen better days with grubby and flaking grout on the floor tiles. The toilet seat was loose, so one had to be careful!We were due to have brunch with the family and bride and groom the next morning (a total of 10 people). It had been prebooked and the groom had checked the day before that all was in order. When we turned up, we were told it had been cancelled! The reception staff said they didn't know by whom. After half an hour of trying to find out what was going on, we were eventually led to a table in the breakfast area and left there. After another 15 minutes, wine glasses were put on the table (dirty with obvious fingermarks on). We asked for water and juice which took half an hour to arrive.Eventually we were given menus and the food arrived a good hour after sitting down, which was ok and nicely presented. We were offered this free of charge after some discussion.Imagine how the bride and groom felt, having hoped for a lovely final get together with close family before they went off on their honeymoon!Overall, the hotel appeared to be run by well meaning, but incompetent, staff. The overall level of cleanliness was poor with unvacuumed carpets and empty glasses etc left around.A huge disappointment, especially as my daughter and her husband had hoped for a nice stay for the family.

My girlfriends and I attended a concert at Fairfields Hall in Croydon, and stayed at the Hallmark Hotel from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th July 2015, which was a short drive away. We found a great deal on 'Superbreaks.com' for 2 nights, including dinner on the first night, bed and breakfast and afternoon tea on one day. Although the car park was small we always got a parking space. The restaurant staff, Vessy, Kevin, Margo were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, nothing was too much. We all agreed that these three members of staff ‘made’ our stay at the hotel an enjoyable and memorable one; we had an awesome weekend.On the other hand, the food in the hotel restaurant was edible and nothing to write home about. The twin rooms were comfortable, cleaned daily with used towels replaced. Unfortunately the telephone in one of our rooms did not work. Although this was brought to the attention of staff on reception, nothing was done. There was also a suspicious looking stain on the carpet!! In one of our rooms the toilet roll holder hung off the wall and the complimentary shower gel was half used. Thorough dusting needed to take place as when we rested our bags on the bottom of the bedside cabinet, a substantial amount of dust was transferred onto the bags. The rooms are fairly dark so it was difficult to read unless you sat on the bed and makeup could only be applied in the bathroom. I was not quite sure why the hotel was rated a 4 star. Having said all of this, we had a great weekend and we would return to the hotel based on the attention and treatment given to us by the staff mentioned.

We went for Mother's Day Lunch. The service was first class with mothers being presented with a plant on arrival. The table service was really good - so good that we could not complain about the over cooked food. Normally we would have sent the food back but the service staff were so nice that we felt it best to keep quiet. The beef was over cooked so much that it could have been used for shoe repairs and the vegetables were simply over boiled. All that said, the waiting staff were some of the best we have encountered. Sadly, the kitchen staff had a bad day.

Met here with a friend for lunch, as it's halfway for both of us. We didn't know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. It's nicely decorated, good parking, and the food was excellent for a very good price. We've decided this is where we'll be meeting again in the future, as it's nicer than any of the other places around the area.

In all there were 6 of us who went to the Hallmark Hotel for a pre-Christmas drink and a meal. The venue seemed nice and that is where it ended! Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for the waiter to come and take our order even though it was very quiet. We all ordered from the main menu, which I thought was quite pricy. I had the mussels in white wine for starters. This was terrible as it had so many stones in it. I had the traditional fish and chips with mushy peas for my mains. Again, this was very poor and I was left very disappointed. Finally, I thought that surely the pudding must be better. I was wrong! I wanted the Christmas pudding but was told it had all finished. Surprisingly, since there was only another four other people in the Restaurant! I then decided to have the apple crumble and custard. This was terrible. Stones in the crumble and lumpy cold custard. I have had all these dishes many times from other restaurants and can only conclude that this chef is a poor excuse. The service was very poor and not to any standard. Overall, I was very very disappointed by this experience and would recommend that if you are in Croydon please go to another restaurant!

We were given a voucher for champagne afternoon tea for two as a present and chose Hallmark as a local place to visit. Although it was a nice afternoon unfortunately I need to post some criticism, hopefully they can improve the experience for the future guests. All staff members were very nice and attentive, they would go back to the table often to check if we needed anything however... as we sat down to the table the plates and cups were not 100% clean. The cups had tea/coffee stains which you could wipe with a finger which means they weren't washed properly. The sandwich bread seems to have been left out for too long as it was very dry on the outside. On the other hand scones with cream and jam were really nice and the cakes were ok.It was meant to be champagne afternoon tea and we actually had to remind staff that we have not been given our champagne. Once we got it in the end one glass hardly had any fizz, must have been the last in the bottle, the other one seemed fine but the taste of both was simply horrible, I don't think it was champagne after all, rather some sparkling wine of not best quality.In general it was ok-ish, nothing too exciting and could have been better.

Six ladies met for afternoon tea on 27th June 2014, we all agreed it was very good value for money, we had the "tea with a twist", which included a glass of bubbly and fruit kebabs with a chocolate dip, fantastic, only little criticism, was presentation, they need to serve on larger cake stands or refill them as you eat, as there was so much choice. Service was a tad slow because the waiter was on his own but he was very pleasant and polite throughout and nothing was too much trouble and very helpful, as we asked if he would look after some flowers ( a gift to one of the ladies) which he did with no hesitation. The jam and cream for the scones was served in individual pots. This is my second visit and I'm definitely going back. Sandra / Croydon

Wonderful afternoon tea for my sisters family hen do gathering. We had wonderful service and the afternoon tea was fabulous! Lots of sandwiches with lots of different fillings. Scones and a huge plate full of different cakes to try. The tea was topped up throughout and everyone had a lovely time. Great decor in the restaurant a nice atmosphere and again such fantastic service from our waiter and waitress. I have a milk allergy and they provided soya milk, a plate fill of sandwiches separately and a fruit salad as I couldn't have the cakes I was well looked after.

I found this to be a smart, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly. I had a nice quiet double room and the restaurant and reception area were stylish and contemporary whilst in keeping with the character of the building. Breakfast was tasty and enabled a speedy, efficient turnaround in the morning when I had time constraints. Only slight criticism was that checking in at reception was quite slow. Very good overall though.

Went here for afternoon tea with my sister. The staff were friendly, surroundings nice, not much atmosphere as only 2 other tables occupied. The table was well presented, nice china plates, crisp linen napkin then the tea was served in individual stainless steel teapots. A china one would have been nice in keeping with the rest of the table setting. The sandwiches, 3 small finger ones each, crusts still on, more effort was put into the decoration of the plate. The selection of cakes, squashed together, shop bought not made in house, one slice was the rough end piece! Very disappointing and would not consider going to the Hallmark again for food.

Went here with my Mum when shopping on the Purley Way. Not a lot of atmosphere as it was very quiet but the staff were very friendly.I had the home made soup which was superb!They also have a large beer garden out the back which is well worth a visit if you want some peace and quiet and sit in the sun - no where else has this on the Purley Way!

formerly known as the croydon aerodrome hotel, it is now owned by the hallmark chain and i have to say, what a lovely transformation. this hotel is a very modern hotel with superior decor in the rooms but the restaurant and lounge area are very tastefully done out, they are so much more inviting and comfortable to sit in and whether its the lounge area or actual restaurant, you can quite happily sit and enjoy some wonderful food. the bar menu offers a great choice of hot and cold food and the portions are huge and filling which makes a nice change. you have a large pot of tea or coffee which too is very nice. the staff here are very helpful and friendly and i love coming here for lunch. the restaurant is open plan and with a tasteful decor which sums up the food here. very very tasty indeed. highly recommended to everyone and in the summer you can sit out in the gardens which i hope to do again when our weather improves. brilliant

Just SO good. Cod fritters were the best I’ve ever had and the ginger aioli was incredible. Also had the privilege of having a chat with the staff because my partner and I came between the afternoon and dinner. Very generous portions and will 100% be back xx
