Really great pizza - definitely the best I've had in the area! Pizza comes freshly cooked (so it travels well!) with a delicious sauce and dough. I'd recommend giving them a go.

Was delivered the wrong order..called over 10 times and each time the phone cuts off after 3 rings.

I love pizza from crust bros and I often get it as I leave nearby, however there seems to always be a problem. A few times we received the pizza burnt, so much that is not enjoyable. With Deliveroo we often have problems, items missing or wrong one and while the drivers of Deliveroo don’t care and just walk away , it is impossible to contact crust Bros directly as their phone is not working. Again, I do love their pizza, but they should put more attention to the orders and not but the pizza as it ruins all the experience

Best pizza in the whole South London!! Kudos to Lauren and Matteo for their service. They didn't go the extra mile, they went the extra parsec for their service. Give those kids a raise, or else I will hired them myself!!

Delicious pizza! I got the Vegan Margarita and it was so good. Service was great, chef was very kind and friendly and made the pizza fresh right in front of me and it was ready to go very quickly. Definitely would recommend! شكرا لك أحمد

Must agree with some people before - the pizza was nowhere near the size you’d expect, and considering there’s a lot of crust there was very little room for pizza. Delivery took significantly longer too so it was hardly warm, not the worst pizza I had but very underwhelming in every aspect. Even the chilli oil wasn’t very nice (and I received one pot after paying for two).

That was.. quite a surprise! Like.. that pizza reminded me of bein a kid and being taken to a proper pizzeria by my parents or grandparents. Not some greasy mass produced thing you get from big franchises. Hats off to the chef! My mate and I were in awe.. I look forward to coming back. :)

We ordered this pizza as delivery. It arrived in two deliveries, almost 30 minutes apart. The second order, which we had to coordinate and direct the driver over the phone ourselves, arrived ice cold and was missing the vegan pizza. This meant one of our party had no food for the evening. I'm sure this was more an Uber Eats problem, but I feel this could have been better organised by the restaurant itself. The pizzas were nice if they had been warmer. A better distribution of toppings too would have been nice.

Have ordered from this place twice on Uber now. Both times the pizzas have been delicious but service has been really slow, so much so that my first order arrived cold. However, it's probably the best option for decent pizza in Croydon right now and the quality is top notch. Hopefully the speed of service will improve!

I've been a regular customer of Crust Bros in Croydon for a while now, and I've always been impressed with the quality of the food. The pizzas are always fresh and flavorful, and the service is usually excellent. However, I had a disappointing experience on December 27, 2023 at around 6:59 PM. I ordered a margherita pizza for takeout, and the staff member at the register seemed to be in a bad mood. She didn't say "thank you" or smile, and she seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of the store.

Veryy disappointed. They have a deal for new customers on Deliveroo "buy 1 get 1 free". I ordered this and recieved 1 pizza and no way to contact the restaurant. Their phone number doesnt work. :/ Update!! My dad found 3 hairs in the pizza aswell 🥲 unfortunately he told me after removing them.so i dont have pictures but its just brilliant.

There was a slight issue with my order and it was delayed few minutes and what the manager told me it was because two of the pizzas weren't perfect.... and they only want me to have perfect pizzas!! What was wrong with them you must be asking....? One was a bit our of shape (not a perfect circle) and the other a bit to dark on one side (I love a bit of burned dough on my pizza). So as an apology, he gave me those two pizzas free of charge as part of my order. Came to order 5, left with 7!!!! I mean that kind of service deserves way more then just 5*!!! Well done Mr. Manager there.... I was sooo impressed with your offer. You really didn't have to do that as you were already really apologetic about the delay, and yet you did it. We need more people like you in general in the world. They didn't get any poorer because of that and yet they made my day in a way that I've already shared it with a lot of my friends and will be going back there and ordering from there many many times more. That was a big gesture. For them a bit of flour, chees and some time... for me £25 worth of food! AMAZING!!!! WEEL DONE TO YOU CRUST BROS. Manager from the Box Park Croydon branch deserves a rise!!!

I had high hopes that this could be the best pizza in Croydon, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. I've ordered from this place several times, and almost invariably, the pizze have arrived completely burned. On the rare occasion when the pizza wasn’t burned, it was, unfortunately, almost half the size it should have been. While I appreciate the potential this place has, these repeated experiences have left me doubtful about ordering from them again.

A usual Saturday quiet casual relax drink and food DJ playing Boxpark experience, when not hosting the footie. Nice decent pizza sized for a two or a hungry solo traveller. Although it was a quick £11 pizza, I'm glad it wasn't a soggy or watery one. Cooked well, toppings decent enough. Overall just a decent cook enough pizza

Recently enjoyed their Truffle Hunter pizza. I usually don't order white pizzas, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The lady who took my order was really helpful, and the pizza was super tasty. Will definitely visit again next time I'm Boxpark.

What ordered and what received in pictures!!! Looks like they went out of real mozzarella as it’s plastic Tesco like cheese on it!!!! Girlfriend had a bite in her truffle pizza and wondered why she lost her taste. Not good either. Or is it only good when eating in as most peoples would return it if not??? Am done with any Deliveroo partners and won’t waste anymore money. I prefer to make my own ham and cheese toast

Ordered over the deliveroo app a vegan pizza due to my daughter being allergic to milk and eggs products. Ordered normal a normal margerita for my son both came in the same box and there was no way to Identify which was vegan and margarita. Tried to call a few times but phone kept on being forwarded. Need to improve.

Finally we have proper Italian Neapolitan Pizza 🍕 in Croydon !!! Crust Bros are a god send and best pizza of the year 2022 none the less.

Top notch pizza and sound staff

The pizza is very close to a proper Neapolitan you can get in Naples! The crust is fluffy, the ingredients are excellent, Napoli or Milano Salami, with a sprinkle of Parmesan on top. Well done guys!
