This place has the best grilled peri peri chicken around by far, and I'm normally a fussy eater, I always aim to go there if im near by, would recommend

this is the wrong food not what i orders

Food was very nice and was warm when delivered

The driver came 5 mins away then turned in the complete wrong direction and headed away from my address. Not impressed as the food arrived late and cold.

The delivery driver refused to come into the building to deliver the food or even the car park and cut the phone of on me not even delivering the food. Then he had the audacity to claim he delivered it

I always order from Rios and I like the food. However they didn’t follow instructions when I said “no mayonnaise or lettuce in the fish burger”. My burger came with it and I wasn’t impressed by them ignoring the instructions

My order been cancelled and didn’t arrive bcoz of short drivers but they they took £25.80 which I want refund plz

Cleaned atmosphere and only Rio’s Piri piri have good taste

Prices have increased 3 times in the past year and a half on Just Eat. 5 grilled wings were initially £5.29, then £5.99, then £6.49, now it's £7.50! All within the past year or so. And that's just the wings, there have been other price hikes too. While it's ok to increase prices there have been too many with rios. I was a regular customer but will not be ordering as often now. Now to be fair, the food in my opinion is 5 stars and I always enjoy it.

The food is so tasty but the place put me off eating in , because the seats are so dirty need clearing or replacing, plus serving the food in plastic and paper it's not nice for the money that we spend at least use metal plates ,and the toilet should be always clean.

The driver picked up my order at 13:43 and was driving in the opposite direction about 20 minutes since he picked up the order, obviously my food was cold. Very disappointed

The food is only ok. The chips are very cheap, the peri chicken is also “ok” you have to pay extra for rice (makes no sense) better to spend £5 more and take a left out the ship walk 10 metres and go to Nando’s

My food didn’t come and it’s saying it has been delivered and I don’t have it

The delivery guy try to give my food after he has dropped the food on the ground. Then I’d had to write the reason on his Phone because he spoken English was as good as my written English/ wow a all time low from just eat. 30£ just down the drain like most of my chips when he dropped my order give me my MONEY Back and get some competent sun-contractor delivery drivers .

Ordered mild as this was for my children and was given extra hot lead to my children crying because the food was way too spicy for them and having to chuck it away

I Eat there and the Next Day i had very Strong Pain in my Stomarch the hole Night till Next day. The Service was Very Slow and the Indian Stuff doesnt understand something.

Great food.. live their peri chicken and their peri chips. We visit regularly staff are good too. Only issue is the shop isn’t very clean but this is due to the customers that attend.. that being said they should then be on top of this and ensure they have someone cleaning regularly.. other than that no complaints it’s really good much better than your typical perk shop

Lady at till was so rude when ordering !! After She gave me a soft drink and the cup was completely drenched in cola and when i asked for some napkins to carry the wet drink she gave me such a dirty look like was i meant to leave the store with a dripping cup??

My order was mixed. I ordered peri peri fries ended up getting regular fries. A bit disappointed.

Some of my chips tasted of vinegar, knowing that this restaurant only keeps vinegar on the tables, I really hope that they did not take second hand chips from other customers and give them to me (in the bin), it could explain why the chips were hollow as if double fried. On a separate note Chicken was dry too, not enough sauce. Very worrying & disappointing

The order was picked up and "on its way" for 45 minutes. The location of the driver moved a few roads away, and then sat there for 45 minutes before actually being delivered

Ordered my food & never got it delivered I’ve ordered many times before from here I had no issues it yesterday I was surprised when my order never came would never order again

Chicken was hard and dry both in the burger and chicken and rice box.

Had to wait so long for food and it was freezing cold

Chicken was over cooked, very charred taste for kids. Paid for 2 sauces and nothing received.

Don’t recommend… got the chicken are rice box last night and me and my partner ended up with the worst food poisoning. I’m not usually the one to complain everyone has their bad days …… but when it gets so bad to the point me and my partner have to stay at home from work that’s when it gets seriously concerning.

Box not sealed turned up sideways in bag so food inside had leaked and meal stone cold. I can’t reheat rice so I’ve put it in the bin! Thanks for nothing. Waiting to hear about refund. Ive now got to cook something!

Chicken & rice mild gets spicier every time. Had to eat it in two sittings. Tasty but definitely not mild.

It was so late that by the time it got here I was so annoyed that I did not enjoy the food, although the food was nice.

Ordered food for delivery they sent the wrong food then wanted my son to pay for extra food for the delivery fee will not be ordering from them again and reported to uber eats

No straw came and there was a green chip

The rice was too goey unlike other times I had the chicken and rice. It would have been nice if they gave garlic dip as well on the side as complimentary, since charge is taken for delivery anyway.

Hot and arrived on time. Chicken in mild rice box was moist. Mild is still spicy but not quite as spicy as last time which is good.

Wow, this food is amazing and they are great people.

Just bought 3 rice chicken boxes, the quality of the rice is rubbish and seem really cheap quality rice. The quality of the service was also not up to the standard. I asked for Peri Peri chips and was served normal chips. It used to be good place but it’s going down in everything. Hope they read my comments and improve.

I ordered a couple of items for a snack, delicious, seriously considering getting seconds.

The food was cold and wasnot fresh . On calling restuarant they was disconnecting the call again and again ,was not excepting their fault.

Food is extremely spicy despite of choosing mild they sent me extra spicy .. disappointed
