Really wasn’t that amazing. 6.99 for a tiny chicken leg with some herb and lemon spice that tasted more like sugar than any lemon or a herb. Did the job but won’t be going back….

Since management change the service and quality has gone down hill. That lady who is on the till, the large one, is extremely rude and arrogant, she speaks to customers and staff aggressively, and struggles with basic English. To make matters worse they forgot the two spicy rice from our mega platter, and then argued she didn’t miss it and said she won’t give anything, who hired this person !!!???

Used to be regular here between 2016-17 and now food is terrible. The chicken rice box is horrible with pungent smell. Peri peri chips so bad. No more visiting here.

Good food, fresh and spicy! Even the mild was on the spicier side, which I personally love! Fair value for money. Would order again.

Disappointing Experience We've been loyal customers of Rio's Piri Piri for years, but today's order was truly disappointing. The food arrived cold, the chips were hard, and half of the chicken was undercooked—completely unacceptable. To top it off, the taste just wasn’t up to their usual standard. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had with them. Not sure what’s going on, but they need to step up their game.

I`ve been going to Rios since they opened as i really like the chicken and sauce, its a really good fast food and very tasty every time. Last time I went I ate on one of the tables, I finished my meal of which i enjoyed as usual. I accidently put my red plastic basket in the bin, the young female tried to stop me but unfortunately she didn`t catch me in time and i threw the red plastic basket in the bin, i did feel bad and apologised straight away but i was not prepared to rummage through the bin to find it as it went too deep. As i left the restaurant i got to the door and noticed in the reflection of the door her mocking me and the way i walk to her friends (all the staff members that work there) she was literally insulting me as i left the facility and she was taking joy in it , such a shame , they were all laughing with her , i felt ashamed to be honest i just wanted to enjoy my chicken but that evening after working all day she just made me feel sad.

Their chicken and rice box is the best - so much flavor in both the chicken as well as the rice. I love it!

I ordered a chicken burger, large fries and cookies and cream milkshake. The burger was so tasty…. Better than any fast food chain burger, the fries were a good size and the milkshake was yummy

Received 4 grilled wings instead 5, these were over marinated and over charred. Burgers tasted fine but the ingredients like the Lettuce were not fresh as they had brown edges, fried chicken was not tasty either - should have gone to Morleys if I wanted this standard

Cracking food , genuinely really tasty and unique burgers, wings are good and the fries and dips class , a little overpriced perhaps and could do with a referb or touch up inside. 7/10

Missing the milkshake that was for my poor child and this has caused me a lot of trouble as will now have to go out and get one for him anyway so please let me know prior to food being delivered if you don’t have an item so that I can cancel the order.

I ordered 10 piece wings, but I get eight pieces only and also I was saying on the description for the restaurant. Please add lemonade at the herb lemonade and the herb on the back but they didn’t add it.

Ordered plain chicken rio grilles and salad. They have send me ultra spice. Couldn't eat at all.

Food was burnt today, and had to throw most of it in the bin. Sometimes the food from Rio’s is good, especially when buying in store but sometimes it’s cold and overcooked when just eat deliver, it was abysmal today. I want a refund to be honest.

Ordered upon high recommendation. Burger was great but chips were cooked in old oil for sure. In the picture it advertises fresh chips. Worst chips Ive had in a long time. Change your cooking oil or risk losing customers.

We had a lovely hearty family meal for 6. Plenty food for all, absolutely delicious!! Loved the piri piri chicken and rice!! Service was faultless and Omer and his team was very friendly. Perfect way to end a lovely a day out with friends 😋.

I take my kids there sometimes, nice chicken burger meal and nuggets for the kids but a little bit over priced though.

I walked in and the shop looked dirty. There was a few flies buzzing around the seating area and behind the food counter. The staff were talking and joking around. What really alarmed me was the lack of hygiene. They all looked really grubby and unprofessional. I got the rice and chicken box. It didn't look appealing, and it was drenched in lemon and herb sauce. When my food was ready, it was put on the side and the staff were just talking and delayed bringing my food. In the end, I was so concerned about the poor hygiene, I decided to throw it away and not take the risk. I'm sure Rio's Piri Piri is a good brand, but the staff in this store are dirty and unprofessional. They need to fix up on their operations, cleanliness and food hygiene.

Walked in and waiting at counter whilst staff sitting in background ignoring me. Guy walks in, calls out to boss man and one of them stands up and takes his order ignoring me. I walk out and he looks at me confused. Honestly not even worth walking in if thats how they operate.

Asked for no spice but got spice not inpressed also delivery driver taking long to hand over the order at the door

I’ve ordered here a couple of times, mostly going for the La Familia Grande Platter. The first time I ordered for collection and the second time via Uber Eats. In all honesty, the food has been great both times although a few hiccups… When I went to pick up my order for collection, it was delayed for 50 minutes! Staff weren’t prepared to offer any kind of compensation until I complained, to which they gave just a complimentary drink and sauces. The second time, I ordered via Uber Eats. Spent over £40 for the La Familia Grande Platter and they couldn’t even provide any sauces with my order. To add to this, the chicken had little sauce, so the meal was dry overall. I understand expenses have gone up, but cutting back on giving compliments like sauces with an order really delivers a message of stinginess and greed. It’s the small details that make a big impact. Shame some establishments don’t understand this.

Order not delivered, courier didn’t even get to our road so must have delivered to an incorrect address!!! Poor service

Unfortunately the food quality has gone down. The chicken was over cooked, the sauce was watered down. I was looking forward to lunch at Rio's as I had not been for a while. Was left disappointed.

I use to buy chicken from other branches of rio and it was the first time i visited this one. The chicken tasted sour and smell bad. The staff who took the order was delaying the delivery without any reason. My order was prepared and she was just standing near it and having funny chat with another staff. NEVER RECOMMENDED

The driver came 5 mins away then turned in the complete wrong direction and headed away from my address. Not impressed as the food arrived late and cold.

The delivery driver refused to come into the building to deliver the food or even the car park and cut the phone of on me not even delivering the food. Then he had the audacity to claim he delivered it

I always order from Rios and I like the food. However they didn’t follow instructions when I said “no mayonnaise or lettuce in the fish burger”. My burger came with it and I wasn’t impressed by them ignoring the instructions

Prices have increased 3 times in the past year and a half on Just Eat. 5 grilled wings were initially £5.29, then £5.99, then £6.49, now it's £7.50! All within the past year or so. And that's just the wings, there have been other price hikes too. While it's ok to increase prices there have been too many with rios. I was a regular customer but will not be ordering as often now. Now to be fair, the food in my opinion is 5 stars and I always enjoy it.

The food is so tasty but the place put me off eating in , because the seats are so dirty need clearing or replacing, plus serving the food in plastic and paper it's not nice for the money that we spend at least use metal plates ,and the toilet should be always clean.

The driver picked up my order at 13:43 and was driving in the opposite direction about 20 minutes since he picked up the order, obviously my food was cold. Very disappointed

My food didn’t come and it’s saying it has been delivered and I don’t have it

The delivery guy try to give my food after he has dropped the food on the ground. Then I’d had to write the reason on his Phone because he spoken English was as good as my written English/ wow a all time low from just eat. 30£ just down the drain like most of my chips when he dropped my order give me my MONEY Back and get some competent sun-contractor delivery drivers .

Ordered mild as this was for my children and was given extra hot lead to my children crying because the food was way too spicy for them and having to chuck it away

Cold food! Refused to send back food. He passed our home and delivered further away for his own financial gain.

Waiting over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Lady who took my order forgot to make my order and it wouldn’t have been done if I didn’t go up and ask them.
