Delicious food & very friendly staff!
Natalia the manager welcomed us early even though lunch service hadn’t started yet.
Aiste, our waitstaff, was smiling & chatty the whole time & even got the bar tender to make a yummy ice latte even though it wasn’t on the menu!
The location was fantastic in the Covent Garden area.
I strongly recommend this restaurant especially for steak lovers
Had a lovely time at the White Swan! Felt very warm and welcoming. Not only was the atmosphere amazing but the service we recieved from Freddy was spectacular! The drinks were quick to arrive and the food tasted amazing! Thank you again for a good time! 🕺
This was our annual family visit to London with 10 of us this year! We were not disappointed with the attentive service and as always the menu offers lots of choice for all of us. See you next year!!

Ella & Reece saved the day. Unfortunately, this isn't the service I usually expect at the Ivy. Delays with service after receiving our main. However, I was made aware they were short of staff on the day.
To say that our experience was a pleasure would be an understatement! From the moment we walked through the door, to leaving, we were treated like royalty. The service was impeccable and the food, sublime! Every mouthful was an utter delight.
We were regularly checked on by all staff, but in particular were made to feel beyond welcome by the assistant restaurant manager, who went out of her way to give us a small treat at the end of our meal - which was greatly appreciated.
We would highly recommend the lamb and (although I would never have thought I would say this) the gem lettuce salad with salad cream. In addition, the recommended strawberry soufflé for dessert was a taste sensation.
We will be going back 100%!
Our family often stay at the Ritz and use their restaurants for business meetings however on this occasion we just popped in for a drink at the bar.
Bar staff were amazing as usual however when leaving the hotel we asked to use the side exit as one of our party is disabled and their driver was waiting outside this entrance.
The two staff at that exit refused and were dismissive, making our guest hobble around to the main exit and then walk back around the building.
Awful service. We won’t be back and won’t be using the hotel or their restaurants again.
I had a fantastic stop-by at Maison Assouline in London! Bartender Felix mixed me perfect cocktails, gave me a wonderful book reccomendation, and made the whole visit feel genuinely welcoming. Can’t wait to drop by again on my next trip!
The pasta was delicious but the quality of service was poor.
Despite checking our order three times, we still had the wrong pasta dish ( it was really tasty though)
We ordered the burrata, asked if we needed bread with it, she said to see how we went as it had some on it, it turned out the garnish was breadcrumbs but we had no chance of catching anyone’s attention to order some bread.
I wrote the following day to the restaurant as I am not a trip advisor warrior but they have not bothered to reply which epitomises the attitude to customer service.

For Japanese people, the English breakfast would probably cost around 1,500 yen at best.
The yen is weak and prices are rising, but even taking that into account, I don't think it's worth going.
