Mr Fogg's Gin Parlour in City of London, Westminster

Pensez à réserver autrement, impossible d’entrer. Ensuite vous aurez deux heures pour savourer un délicieux cocktail préparé sous vos yeux, dans une ambiance victorienne très cosy. On se sent hors du temps, sans être écrasé pas un côté trop sélect. L’ambiance de la tavern dessous est démente tout comme les environs. Je recommande le cocktail Paris, floral et élégant. Super endroit.

Great themed bar in Covent Garden, everyone from bar staff to servers kept in character Background music left a little to be desired that being said it added to the bar theme

Came for the gin experience which was fab. Ella was our host and was very knowledgable about gin and was fun to listen to. We had a gin and tonic, 4 gins to try on the journey and a gin cocktail, plus snacks so thought it was value for money. Only disappointment was we were in small room on uncomfortable stools. Was also expecting gin mixology, whilst we were shown the pots of spices etc no opportunity to make a gin and no goodie bag at the end.

Having visited a few Mr Foggs, my wife and two friends visited the Gin Parlour recently just before a dinner nearby and I have to say the Gin experience was truly brilliant. Another unique and quirky experience which we all thoroughly enjoyed. If you haven’t been you should do but book in advance.

Visited Mr Foggs gin parlour, all the staff were very friendly and helpful the drinks were lovely. A very unique experience the décor is definitely different. We had had a very long hot day in London the cool drinks were perfect end to the trip.

Lovely atmosphere and quiet to enjoy a gin with friends. Shame we were charged for a more expensive gin on the bill than we had which the waitress seemed reluctant to change, and a tip was automatically added on for the service of one drink.

Came here for the tipples and treats wonderful staff friendly and knowledgeable. Outstanding gins amazing flavours and loved the Victoria sponge amazing presentation

As an oldie, I felt very at home in this lovely place. Comfortable, no kids, no loud music, machines, no hurry or crowds; or any of the evils of modern drinking these days. My son finds this a new experience, just reminiscent for my generation, when places knew how to spoil you for a price. The staff who navigate you through a huge menu of cocktails were so courteous and knowledgable. I had a London which was nutty with cinnamon on the top. Fabulous drink. They are pretty strict on time so don't be late. The problem with this is I did not have time for a second drink! Will look forward to going again. We booked for my birthday but were moved to another venue which was the opposite to this one, so check it out first if your booking is moved.

We had a cocktail and tipples booking at Mr Foggs and booked over the phone and were using a voucher, during the booking was asked about allergies. On arrival we received a warm welcome and were taken upstairs for our experience. We were then immediately greeted by an amazing member of staff who was aware of nut allergy, and first asked if my wife had her EpiPen and where it was kept. She then stared , that as the cake may have nuts, my wife was able to order any of the nibbles as an alternative, excellent service. The cocktails and nibbles were very nice, as was the whole overall experience Would buy again

Really enjoyed the tipples and treats experience. Really nice range of cake and cocktails included and the atmosphere is lovely. There is also gluten free cake available which is a huge plus! The staff are also very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to returning!

My friend and I popped in for cake and cocktails. It truly was a lovely experience with interesting decor, kind and knowledgeable staff and the cake was as delicious as the cocktails.

My friend booked this place for our annual friend’s meet up & we had a fantastic time. A huge selection of gins, spirits, wines & beers. Such a warm friendly greeting, wonderful atmosphere & we had a fantastic waiter, Jollie who made our visit even more special. Would recommend it as a place to go for a couple of hours, booked time slots, but we’ll worth a visit & you can mooch around Covent Garden before or after.

This was a lovely afternoon learning about gin its history, and being able to sample and try it even better, a good crowd of people to share it with too, however its accessibility let it down, no good for anyone in a wheelchair in particular the disabled loo!!! Being used as storage space...

Went for tipples and treats for my sisters birthday which wasn't even acknowledged. The cocktails were not really to our taste , taking mixology to the edge. We only had a choice of 3 different cakes as they had ran out , not really acceptable whwn your paying almost £30 each. This is our third Foggs experience and will probably be our last .

What a gem of a place in bustling Covent Garden , so quirky, staff were lovely and welcoming , had the treat and tipples experience, we were served by Kai, who was knowledgeable of all the different cocktails we couldn’t decide and he suggested ours, both of which were perfect , he was a lovely guy , at no point did we feel rushed , lovely atmosphere will definitely book again

Obviously a popular place, if not particularly well run, because two hours after they'd taken my deposit for a birthday drinks event, they phoned me up and said they now had a bigger booking (confirmed "moments" before mine lolz) and so I couldn't have the Gin Parlour after all. Two hours - just enough time for me to confirm to all my guests where and when we'd be celebrating. Or wouldn't be. Wow.

Booked a table for a Saturday evening, table was ready on arrival, lovely spot in the corner. We spent a long time picking drinks to then be told that 3 out of the 5 we ordered weren’t available. Probably would of been better to update the menu with what they no longer offer or gins they haven’t got. This happened both times we ordered drinks. The drinks are fabulous but they are expensive…. Average of £12-£15 a drink, it’s not somewhere you would go all the time but as a treat. You only get the table for 2 hours, 20 mins before the end they come over to ask you to pay up. I find this rather rude as it doesn’t take 20 mins to pay, so I don’t feel like we got a full 2 hours. We spent £165, I understand they needed our table but we would of stayed longer and spent more money.

The atmosphere and staff are both lovely. This is the perfect setting for wonderful pre-dinner drinks. The only problem, however, is that the drinks weren't that good. Between the three of us, gin lovers all, we tried six cocktails and didn't find one we thought better than average. If they can up the drinks game, this place will be well worth it.

Paid for a gift experience for my wife’s birthday. The environment was pretty funky but that was as good as it got. We were shown to a table in the corner (table 40) which was a bit grubby and no windows nearby. It is situated right next to the bar where there was constant activity from the staff - getting cutlery, processing orders, chatting etc. so we felt in the way. We were seated and just left there with not knowing exactly what the package entailed. After ten minutes the waiter looked confused and I said we had the gift experience deal. He apologised and then explained what it was. He then said that three of the cocktails were not available. There was no cake menu, just a verbal list. When the cakes arrived they were stale. I invited the waiter to try a bit but, apparently, he doesn’t eat cake. Of course he doesn’t. He said he’d tell the a manager, but that was the last we heard of it. The idea looks great but something has clearly gone wrong over time as there was no care and attention to the experience. We won’t be going back and, sadly, I would not recommend.

Went for the gin safari. Promised an “immersive experience” and it truly was! Sights, sounds, smells & we learnt stuff too! Drinks and cocktails were amazing. Snacks were great. Would go again. Not cheap but great value for money.
