Lovely food and service, but the noisiest restaurant I have ever experienced. A constant drone from the ventilation system which competed with music. I give the staff full marks for having to endure the noise.

We went to Bill's with the idea of ​​trying the typical London brunch experience, and we were not disappointed. Very good and traditional cuisine, this place on Baker Street is very nice and spacious, friendly service, and prices which, considering the London average, are not even that high. Overall, excellent value for money! All very good!

Very good food, all our dishes were good. I had the salad and I was not Disappointed. My brother had the bottomless pancakes and yes they kept coming and were lovely and fresh.

Nice food with a bit of fusion... Reasonably priced given Bill's heritage. Open and airy environment. I took my parents who are maybe slightly less adventurous with food and we all only had good things to say! Would certainly go again!

Service a little slow - but breakfast was great. The sour dough bread was amazing- so Much that we ordered another plate with butter * 1 year update*: service really not any better. Food still pretty good, but really sometimes make you feel unwelcome.

Bill’s Baker Street was fantastic! We ate there several nights on our visit to London, and they were incredibly careful with my kids’ meals, as both of my children have food allergies. The service was great, and their nut-free vegan chocolate and caramel tart was my kids’ favorite. Bill’s is great for a burger or a quick meal if you’re in the area, and if you are traveling with anyone with food allergies, it is a safe and delicious place to eat!

Nice atmosphere, unfortunately the “poached eggs” of the Eggs Benedict were hard-boiled and the hollandaise sauce was probably not homemade... the tomato in the English breakfast was unfortunately raw and not fried... overall it was a bit of a shame and didn't live up to the many positive reviews we received

Went for bottomless pancakes from 3-5p and it was 100% worth it! The pancakes were so good and they even had vegan and gf options, so everyone could eat. Only reason I gave it a 4 was because my friend ordered bottomless prosecco and they were VERY slow on the refills at first, but they were better at the end. Also for the avocado toast the poached eggs were overcooked twice even after I sent them back. Despite this everyone enjoyed the food and I would definitely recommend coming back especially for the bottomless pancakes!

I went here for dinner on Saturday. The food was very good and the service is the best. Jennsila gave us perfect service. She was very smiley and kind.

I was having dinner yesterday and food was delicious, great atmosphere and the manager, a tall guy with green eyes Elvis was great and welcoming. I will surely visit the Restaurant again!

We ordered scrambled eggs on toast and were served half an egg each and incredibly dried unhappy toast. Absolutely awful. We left hungry to satisfied and ripped off. Do not go there.

My husband and I took his sister out for lunch as we were in the area for my appointment (which went really well). His sister was about to go back to the States, so we thought we'd treat her. Our local Bill's is amazing. Great food, great service and a great atmosphere, so we thought we'd come here as you can't go wrong with Bill's, right? Wrong. On this occasion, the service was exemplary, the atmosphere was buzzing, but sadly my husband's Bill's burger and my calamari were burned, and my chicken salad was overcooked and dry. Even the burger bun was burned. I'm sure if we'd said something the staff would have replaced the food, but we didn't want to spoil the occasion as it was my sister-in-law's last day in England. For all we know, her food might have been fine, but ours definitely wasn't up to standard! For the price of the food, you'd expect them to employ a chef who doesn't burn the food. While we probably won't be going back to this particular branch, we'll still go to other branches as our overall experience of the chain is a positive one.

We stopped in for breakfast when trying to get away from our nearby hotel and we were able to get a seat on a busy Sunday morning. The service was very good; the food was good; and it has a comfortable but lively atmosphere. We enjoyed our breakfast overall.

We really enjoyed the food and the waiter Mohamed served us in a friendly and courteous manner! The atmosphere and ambience were really nice and cozy it felt like the real London. We will come again on our next visit.

Our visit to Bill's Restaurant & Bar on Baker Street in London turned out to be the absolute highlight of our trip. From start to finish everything was just great. The location alone is a highlight, but what awaited us exceeded all expectations. The restaurant's decor is sensational, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The mix of modern design and cozy ambience made our stay particularly pleasant. The food was simply casual and really impressed us. The choice of food was large and varied, and every dish we ordered was a taste experience. From the appetizers to the desserts, every detail was perfectly coordinated. But not only was the food excellent, the service was also first class. The staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. They made our evening an unforgettable experience. All in all, our visit to Bill's Restaurant & Bar on Baker Street was our highlight in London because everything was just right. We would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and will certainly come back next time we are in town. 6 stars ;-)

So to start with nice - place in dining looked okay, but that is all I can say good. We reserved a table and they still did not seat us 15 min after the booking time. The burger was burned, you could taste that it was overcooked. If you want to go there for bottomless drinks, not worth as they are so slow that you bearly even make it worth. Women's bathrooms had spiderwebs in them as well.

The food was okay considering the price but the staff were extremely rude and not welcoming. They seemed disinterested and lacked basic manners.

Overall, the café offers a good breakfast menu with diverse options and a cozy atmosphere. However, our experience was marred by slow service. Despite arriving just 15 minutes after the breakfast cutoff time, we were informed that breakfast was no longer available. Oddly enough, we noticed the table next to us being served breakfast after we were turned away, even though they arrived later. This inconsistency in service timing was disappointing. Nonetheless, the food quality was commendable, and the ambiance was inviting.

Mediocre at best: bland fish pie (Marks & Spencers' is better and 1/5 the price), perfunctory service and they can't even be arsed to present you a bill and take payment (you scan a QR code, waste your time inputting details and then they have the nerve to suggest you tip the server on top of the 12.5% gratuity they are already charging you). It should be called: Bill's Food Factory, get 'em in, charge 'em, get 'em out. Never again, cheers...

Food was very delicious and the servers was very welcoming, 10/10 would recommend even if you have to wait outside for a few minutes

We have gone to Bill’s for years but this was the first time we went in a while. The savoury brunch dishes were great and up to the usual high standard. However we ordered two sets of pancakes for older and younger kids and they were basically a disaster. One set was clearly not fresh. It tasted rubbery and dry, and it was obviously an old batch that had been rewarded - extremely disappointing. The other set was a mixed bag: the top few pancakes were fine, soft and fluffy, but the rest were burnt underneath. To their credit, the staff were very responsive and helpful, offering to bring new pancakes (which we declined as we had already waited a while and most of us had now finished our meals) and then offering some hot drinks on the house. We were not charged for the pancakes. The women’s toilets were also in a bit of a state, most of the toilets were apparently shut except one. All in all, it was not a great experience and I will not be returning to Bill’s again after this.

We were very hungry and had our bags with us. We were received very friendly and the vibe was so warm and lovely! Would deff recommend! ♡

We went for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The place was busy and lively. the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we got served the wrong food and ours was cold (although it did not take long to arrive) . The toilets are downstairs and the whole place downstairs was just a bit grimey with (it felt like) ngrained dirt. The disabled toilets were unaccessible with some shelves in front of them. The bill was expensive for the food that we had. It was a shame as it always used to be a go to for us.

We came in as a group of 5 after a busy day and evening an hour before closing time for some drinks and nibbles. Theo served us and he was absolutely wonderful, incredibly cheery and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the whole time. I just want to thank the restaurant and staff for being accommodating and friendly.

The food was below average , we asked for certain dishes and didn't meet expectations at all. The waiter spanish guy was with attitude and disrespect. We had to leave our table before we finished our food. Never come back

15/02/2024. This afternoon my partner and I visited this bill's branch for our anniversary in hope's to enjoy the food and drink. unfortunately it turned out to be the worse experience i've had in a long time. We ordered our food alongside smoothies. when ordering our smoothies we asked our waiter if the smoothies contain apple or kiwi as i'm allergic to both, he proceeds to check the menu as it doesn't state any apple in the smoothies but we asked to double check the product to ensure it had none and he said he would. our smoothies arrived as at first told there was no concerned i began to sip my drink and the server then comes to say "oh the smoothies have apple juice" after i had already taken sips, managers and others were involved and was then told yes it has fresh apple juice and the staff were laughing at the situation at hand. i asked for help if anyone had emergency allergy pills but no, so i had to rush out the restaurant to quicky get allergy tablet as i could feel my throat becoming tight and itchy. i returned, and was approached by the manager, she apologised and said the food was on them but proceeds to say the waiter thought my partner had the allergy not me and was confused however that didn't make a difference because both smoothies now contained apple. i was distraught. before we left another manager approached me saying sorry, saying any allergies should be seen or check with the managers and it should have not happened. This bill's branch needs to train their staff properly as this situation could have been life threatening if i had drank more of the smoothie and is very dangerous for people with allergies, i will not reccomend this place for those who have allergies and they dont take it seriously, because as my partner i left, the staff laughed at us. honestly extremely disappointing and was extremely traumatised for my well-being. Horrible.

Decent food and nice atmosphere

The service was terrible.. we went early in the morning, The manager was a loud and not welcoming. Then the waitress was rude too: she was mad when we asked he questions about the menu.. and the funny part she brought the wrong dish and she forgot another. When I told her, she did not bother to apologize. The atmosphere was just UNFRIENDLY. 0 service.

The old lady waiter was so rude and unfriendly. She’s unprofessional in her work that’s made us feel uncomfortable.

Nice decoration, great service. The food was average. It felt like everything was premade, so the dish wasn't very fresh. We ordered 2 plates that arrived 5-7 mins later while the restaurant was very busy.

I can see why this place has mediocre reviews. Food served cold, eggs overcooked, kind of tasteless. Mediocre service. Didn’t ask if I needed anything. I’m in no hurry to return.

Bardzo przyjemny lokal, świetnie zlokalizowany. Zamówione jedzenie tj. burgery i makaron dla dziecka przygotowane bardzo dobrze i smaczne. Ceny rozsądne. Warto tu przyjść na rodzinny obiad.

Food was very good despite the poached eggs being slightly overcooked. Service wise was great other than they've joined the growing London trend of automatically including a 12.5% service charge and then also automatically adding a gratuity tip too. Despite this, meal was still a decent price by London standards. Would recommend for sure!

Good food but let down by poor service. Bills is usually a go-to for us as we have a dog. Apart from a barely warm latte, indifferent service (with some staff members more interested in their phones than serving) and no granola, this was a good breakfast. We gave feedback to a senior staff member who apologised and comped the latte. Reading the other reviews, we must have caught them on an off-day....

The bacon was the worst I have ever tasted, and as I have been living in Finland and UAE that is really saying something. One small and rather tasteless sausage, a mess of an egg, obviously microwaved baked beans, too much tomato and fried potato cubes rage than hash browns. I still enjoyed it overall and can’t say it was bad, since it is almost impossible to make a bad English Breakfast. But very disappointing, it just seemed lazy.

We had a lovely brunch in a lovely place ! Lot of choices on the menu and the avocado toast was delitfull. A big tower of 5 dense pancakes was too much for one person (3 would have been enough). Just the juices were quite disappointing.
