The environment, service and food are also excellent. There were seven of us with seven pieces of luggage, and Blerina was happy to let us put them in the restaurant, which reduced our worries about storing luggage. Blerina was attentive, smiling and very friendly. We will come again! 😆

We really liked the food, the staff, and the location.

We were there as a family, at lunchtime. We didn't have to wait for a table, there was plenty of space available—a positive thing when you come with two hungry children. The waitress escorted us to our table and offered us the children's menu with a coloring page and children's puzzles—a positive thing to entertain the kids during a long wait for food. The order: We ordered a couple of pints of lager from the menu, only to be told by the arrogant waitress that yes, she knows it's on the menu but they don't offer it—she forgot to add a "so what." We ordered a couple of beef burgers from the children's menu WITHOUT salad... They brought us one burger with lettuce, the other without. When we told the waiter that both had to be WITHOUT salad, he grabbed the one that DID have salad, and on the way to the kitchen, he opened the burger and took out the lettuce. I saw it with my own eyes because I was just heading to the bathroom, so I can't deny it. They served us the burgers plain: toasted bread + meat and a portion of fries. The mayonnaise that was supposed to accompany the burger turned into ketchup after our intervention. My husband ordered a chicken snitzel - it turned out to be XXS at the XXL price. I ordered a fish pie - which also turned out to be XXS at the XXL price. When paying, you can scan the QR code and that's it, as long as you agree to provide personal information like email, etc. - where is the GDPR data protection? And finally, what made us feel totally discriminated against, not to say it was a joke, was the following: when taking our order, the waitress offered us water. We're used to free water being served in most countries, and even more so seeing that they had jugs of water at the bar and on other customers' tables - we accepted it. What a surprise when it turned out they brought us bottled water at a price of gold, of course. I imagine they're following the motto: tourists are fools who must be squeezed by any means necessary - well, all they've achieved is completely dissatisfied customers who won't return or recommend this place. Someone might say: why didn't you complain on-site, for the simple reason that we were super tired? We'd been up since 3 am, and all we wanted was to eat and take a nap.

Cute industrial decor w rustic flooring contrasted against cute little chandeliers.The £10 brekkie bundle is really worth it - comes with a main and a hot drink (golden latte w tumeric/agave/ginger root was amazing). Will definitely come again if I lived in London!

I’m a regular at Bill’s Baker Street restaurant by now; I have breakfast there at least once a week. I like the food, both quality and portion sizes, the different options in the menu and the ambiance. Another very important aspect of my experience at Bill’s Baker Street, is the service and I would like to recognize Maria, the waitress. I think Maria is probably one of the more experienced waitresses at the restaurant, as I see her every time I visit the place, however her service stands out as she’s very attentive to me; I think she’s picked up that I am a regular so she pays attention to what I order, knows what I like and has made some delightful suggestions for dishes that I hadn’t try that I would enjoy and “My God!” she’s the hit the nail in the head. Really appreciate this restaurant, and the people that work there. Cheers y’all!

I live in London, and since I visited Bill's, everything has been different. The restaurant is excellent, the facilities are superb, the service is very friendly, and the variety of exquisite dishes makes it one of my favorites. Highly recommended.

We are a largish group of friends who meet up for lunch from time to time. This was our first visit to Bills, Baker Street. We were given a line of tables together just inside the window. (There were 14 of us). We had pre-ordered and our starters and mains came out quickly. Well presented and, where appropriate, piping hot food was flavourful and well received by the group. The portions were very generous. We were all very impressed and will definitely be returning.

I took my daughter for breakfast pancakes. They were so good. She absolutely loves them.

The food and service were great. I can't have gluten and got to pick from a wide gluten-free selection. The staff was careful and very accommodating. Everyone was awesome, our server Ioanna in particular!
