Great service and deliciously made steak

This evening I was served by Chiara who was absolutely brilliant. From her wine recommendation to her suggestion for the cut of steak I ordered. I was eating solo tonight and I really appreciated that she checked on me enough while also giving me the space to enjoy my book along with my steak. If you have the pleasure of having Chiara as a server, then listen to her suggestions, they are a winner!

I tried their beef steak on stone. My friend took me there, this was my first beef steak. I am in love with their steak. We ordered mashed potatoes and fries as a side. And mushroom sauce. The combination was ❤️ Highly recommended Quick service and polite staff

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our waitress was pleasant and always asked if we needed help. Nice relaxing ambience in what can be a crazy busy part of London. Enjoyed a lovely cooked steak before our matinee visit to the theatre.

Fantastic atmosphere and our waitress was knowledgeable and great fun. It showed she loved her job. The food was delicious and varied choice of steaks and sides. Too full for dessert, but they brought out a lemon tart for a birthday,and it was delicious.

Specifically, Eralda❤️💜..... It would be good to have Hala beef Burger option, it was really sad 😢🥺.... It would be really popular option to ha e in the menu. Disappointing meal. We've always seen Steak and Co as an expensive treat but it was always worth it. This time my meal was put in front of me, a piece of meat without even a hint of a garnish and a small tub of chips. There were the usual salt/butter/sauce little saucers. The meat was ok but nowhere near as good as previous meals, the chips were lovely. The staff were great. It felt like corners were being cut and the meal didn’t feel like the special treat it has always been. Personally I'd rather pay an extra 2 or 3 pounds and have all the extra little touches, quality steak, a tomato and a bit of lettuce which made it special.

We literally only walked in suddenly as we were really hungry. They was very welcoming adn kind. The food was amazing so as the cocktails. Our waitress was TJ ,she was absolutely fantastic in her role. Her knowledge about the products and her sweet personality definitely flavoured our visit. The only negative thing is they don't provide a disabled toilet, which I think. Should be available everywhere. Everyone must go here.

Fantastic food! We took the grilled chicken and hamburger, the chicken was tender and bursted with flavor and the burger was great. I highly recommend getting the extra double wagyu beef on burger! Service was amazing, a special thank you to our server Gregorio. A must try steak house in the beautiful city of London.

Racist. Dont dine there. Tonight at 5PM, the receptionist turned us down and we had to wait 40 mins, then welcomed another family the same size as ours with no reservation in front of us.

Food and wine was amazing. Great service with a smile, asking if we needed anything if everything was OK. Will defo go back.

For a busy holiday Monday before New Year's Eve, we believe service was stellar despite the busy-ness. Our server was very attentive and the food was delicious. Only thing, it's our first time dining and had we known how special served the steak, we would have ordered steaks if explained the stone cooking. Overall, 5 Stars. Thanks for accommodating a family of 4 from US without reservations. Will definitely dine back when back in London and order the steak.

Very cozy restaurant, very good food and very attentive service, especially the person in charge of the establishment, Spanish, very kind and friendly.

The waitress was very friendly, polite and ready to help with any questions. The food was excellent and the atmosphere really nice. We had 2ribeyes with green salad and french fries well cooked as ordered. We also had from the kids menu the steak with mashpotatoes and was also perfectly cooked. We ordered deserts and all 3 of them were delicious. We are definitely visiting again.

Over priced and the food has no taste at all ..

It's a restaurant not a hotel. The staff is friendly and the food is served very quickly. I was not happy to receive the tip directly on the bill, in fact I asked them to remove it. You should ask first! That's not polite!! Additional note: the prices are too high and the bathrooms too dirty, clean them every now and then.

Wow, what an incredible experience at Steak & Co. in Covent Garden! We ordered the Wagyu steak and ribeye, both served on a hot plate for us to cook to perfection ourselves—it was such a fun and interactive dining experience. Deceiving advertised prices outside to final bill. Waiters and waitresses are not the best except a young lady who started towards the end of our meal. She was the best waitress I have ever come across. Polite friendly, gave everyone the time and conversation required. She was tall black lady with long hair wearing green shirt black pants. The steak itself was very small for price but amazing taste and cooked to perfection.

From the moment we sat down, she helped us navigate the menu with great recommendations, ensuring that we picked the perfect dishes. Her service was a perfect balance of elegance, class, and warmth—she made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire meal. Not only did she provide impeccable service, but she also had a wonderful sense of humor that made our evening even more enjoyable. A special thank you for the complimentary birthday cake—it was a lovely touch and truly appreciated! The food itself was 10/10—cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and every bite was a delight. The atmosphere at the restaurant was vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect setting for a memorable celebration with my loved ones. We will absolutely be back again soon! The beauty of this steak house is not just the quality of the food which is truly excellent. It's not just the excellent relationship between quality and price but the difference is CESAR who is a truly capable and friendly waiter as well as professional.

Eralda and Agnieszka were amazing! the food was incredible, the prawns I ordered actually took longer then normal which was ok, at the end of the night they discounted and removed the charge because they were sorry which I never expected but happy they were aware. They also gave a free desert for the mix up which was great aswel!

Our waiter, Darius, was in training and was very courteous, helpful and attentive. The food was great value too.

Try steak stone a wonderful experience

Very disappointed and left restaurant. Very limited choice with my allergies (never struggled before to eat at Steak & Co) but when manager showed us how to use scanned allergies menu and things appeared as safe to eat that the restaurant told us weren't safe to choose, we left not able or prepared to take any risk!!

Came yesterday evening with a good friend due to recommendations, the atmosphere was amazing and super cozy especially for this time of year!! Service was amazing throughout from the moment we entered to the time we left!! It was £80 for both of us and we were pleased with our meals!! Was cooked perfectly and we couldn’t complain about anything!!! Thankyou to all workers who provided amazing service!! I wish I got the name of the lady who cared for us personally but she was a young Lithuanian lady who was very attentive, had a laugh and was super kind throughout our visit!! Thankyou so much, will defo be back again!

My family and I had a wonderful dinner, we had also chosen it as it had a halal menu. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and the food was great. The service was also wonderful, Chiara was a great waitress and made us feel very comfortable and always checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. Would definitely come back again!

Absolutely loved this little gem of a steakhouse restaurant not too close to Covent Garden. Lots to choose from even if you didn't want steak - But hey our steak was delicious and cooked to perfection and left wanting more. Loved our cocktail but the menu itself was slightly difficult to navigate, so much so came with a book mark 🤣. Service and atmosphere was spot on cozy and definitely for special occasions, to dine in a high class restaurant with high class diners kept the experience alive. Spent £70+ per person but worth it Would definitely recommend!

Very good food and a generally nice atmosphere in the shop, but one more thing is the service of the children who served. Especially the Portuguese waiter (Joao I think his name is spelled) and the Greek girl at the reception (Ioanna) were polite and very friendly guys! Thank you!!

I came to the restaurant on late in the evening, it was my day off so I thought to go to a steakhouse I've never been to before, I sat next to the window, very comfortable and secure, nice ambience and atmosphere from the restaurant, I was greeted by this kind waitress named Eralda who was quite funny about how much water I drink, food service was top notch and the south American fillet steak was perfectly done, very delicious. Overall I would highly recommend coming to this steakhouse, it's definitely one of the best I've ever been to. :)

I regret coming to this restaurant. This used to be a very good restaurant but quality/price ratio went down so drastically; it's awful now. An average 25 Pound steak became 35 Pounds, with lower quality, less tasty meat. You can find way better food for more affordable prices anywhere else. Half of the steak they served was a giant chunk of non-edible fat. You pay this much money and can not even get a proper steak or even chips or anything to accompany the meat. They literally serve just an awful piece of meat. I do not suggest at all.

Agniezka was an AMAZING server. She went above and beyond, helped us add more seating for unexpected guests, gave great recommendations, and was fun. I’ve eaten at many restaurants in London and never had such exquisite and attentive service. 10/10!

I've been here several times and so far everything has been perfect. Unfortunately, this time the steak wasn't of the best quality, almost half of it was just fat or tendons that I could only separate from the rest with a lot of effort. For the price you expect top quality, so I think it's a shame that something like that is even served to you. Even the good service and the dessert couldn't make the overall impression good. I'll have to think about visiting the place again.

Ordered the prawn dish which is overpriced and the same as the prawn I bought from any of the supermarkets, not fresh at all!!! The ribeye my friend and I ordered is medium but is super super hard, I guess it’s well down, we can even cut it. The hamburger is around 20 but all ingredients are probably from the frozen part of the fridge. Definitely won’t recommend it. Overpriced. Not worth it. Also the toilet is super sticky, super dirty. Do the staff here really work?

Some friends of mine and me were looking for a nice place after theatre to enjoy some good meat. We are absolutely happy we have chosen Steak & Co. Mr Google, it is not a hotel but a restaurant with good meat. Excellent service and lots of kindness. Good quality meat. “Defects”: there are no extractors and the heavy smell of meat attacks as soon as you enter the restaurant. The price EXCESSARY even for us who don't pay attention to expenses to eat well.
