Quality food and service. Not a 5 star as everything can be improved. I would recommend anytime

Me and my mom went there to have dinner and the food was amazing but customer service was definitely the cherry on top. Thulja was the best!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ defo will be coming back again!

My family and I had a wonderful dinner, we had also chosen it as it had a halal menu. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and the food was great. The service was also wonderful, Chiara was a great waitress and made us feel very comfortable and always checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. Would definitely come back again!

Very disappointed and left restaurant. Very limited choice wit my allergies (never struggled before to eat at Steak & Co) but when manager showed us how to use scanned allergies menu and things appeared as safe to eat that the restaurant told us weren't safe to choose, we left not able or prepared to take any risk!!

Absolutely loved this little gem of a steakhouse restaurant not too close to Covent Garden. Lots to choose from even if you didn't want steak - But hey our steak was delicious and cooked to perfection and left wanting more. Loved our cocktail but the menu itself was slightly difficult to navigate, so much so came with a book mark 🤣. Service and atmosphere was spot on cozy and definitely for special occasions, to dine in a high class restaurant with high class diners kept the experience alive. Spent £70+ per person but worth it Would definitely recommend!

Very good food and a generally nice atmosphere in the shop, but one more thing is the service of the children who served. Especially the Portuguese waiter (Joao I think his name is spelled) and the Greek girl at the reception (Ioanna) were polite and very friendly guys! Thank you!!

Food and service very friendly. The only annoying thing is that the plates on the tables are quite slippery. A simple napkin or a mat would be a game changer here

I came to the restaurant on late in the evening, it was my day off so I thought to go to a steakhouse I've never been to before, I sat next to the window, very comfortable and secure, nice ambience and atmosphere from the restaurant, I was greeted by this kind waitress named Eralda who was quite funny about how much water I drink, food service was top notch and the south American fillet steak was perfectly done, very delicious. Overall I would highly recommend coming to this steakhouse, it's definitely one of the best I've ever been to. :)

I regret coming to this restaurant. This used to be a very good restaurant but quality/price ratio went down so drastically; it's awful now. An average 25 Pound steak became 35 Pounds, with lower quality, less tasty meat. You can find way better food for more affordable prices anywhere else. Half of the steak they served was a giant chunk of non-edible fat. You pay this much money and can not even get a proper steak or even chips or anything to accompany the meat. They literally serve just an awful piece of meat. I do not suggest at all.

I've been here several times and so far everything has been perfect. Unfortunately, this time the steak wasn't of the best quality, almost half of it was just fat or tendons that I could only separate from the rest with a lot of effort. For the price you expect top quality, so I think it's a shame that something like that is even served to you. Even the good service and the dessert couldn't make the overall impression good. I'll have to think about visiting the place again.

Agniezka was an AMAZING server. She went above and beyond, helped us add more seating for unexpected guests, gave great recommendations, and was fun. I’ve eaten at many restaurants in London and never had such exquisite and attentive service. 10/10!

It is a very pleasant experience, from the moment you enter until you leave you receive high-quality service, the waitress is attentive to the smallest details, making you feel like a valued customer. Pleasant atmosphere, a clean restaurant with good quality and very tasty food and drink. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to come back again.

Met here prior to going to the theatre. The waitress was brilliant and should have been on the stage herself. The food was excellent and I would recommend visiting.

Ordered the prawn dish which is overpriced and the same as the prawn I bought from any of the supermarkets, not fresh at all!!! The ribeye my friend and I ordered is medium but is super super hard, I guess it’s well down, we can even cut it. The hamburger is around 20 but all ingredients are probably from the frozen part of the fridge. Definitely won’t recommend it. Overpriced. Not worth it. Also the toilet is super sticky, super dirty. Do the staff here really work?

Some friends of mine and me were looking for a nice place after theatre to enjoy some good meat. We are absolutely happy we have chosen Steak & Co. Service and food high level and reasonable price for Central London. Special thanks to Chiara and Agnieszka. Highly recommended! We will come back soon!

I was there with my partner yesterday evening. Everything was served as I exactly ordered, no disappointment. Uruguayan Ribeye is one of the best steaks I’ve ever tasted. Beata is so kind and did a great job :)

They burn the steak (its like a charcoal covered steak), I swear I clearly asked for that not to happen when I ordered. Lady said I understand, no worries I will make this happen. When I received, I told them my feedback very politely. Same lady answered: "Well, I think the kitchen did a very good job, do you want the manager?". I said no need, just commenting. Then the Manager appears and started defending their case and preaching me about steaks lol. To be fair, they were all nice and polite, but I guess its lack of proper training about "guest experience" and how to make it up for them. Good thing that they have a halal menu, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Mr Google, it is not a hotel but a restaurant with good meat. Excellent service and lots of kindness. Good quality meat. “Defects”: there are no extractors and the heavy smell of meat attacks as soon as you enter the restaurant. The price EXCESSARY even for us who don't pay attention to expenses to eat well.

The service was friendly and very quick. The food is always great & it's not that far from the various theatres dotted around (which is why I visit London most of the time). They have a fantastic lunch menu, a great theatre menu. I have eaten at alot of places all over London and so far this is at the top, which is why it is a must whenever I visit. Not sure why google thinks this is a hotel... it's a restaurant.

Was in for pre theatre dinner. Choices were excellent. Staff were attentive cheerful and informative regarding specials on food and drinks. Food was prompt in arriving and delicious. Would go again.

We had an amazing night. I took my 12 year old daughter for her birthday as steak is her favourites and we did the hot stone experience. My daughter has some additional needs and I let the restaurant know ahead of time and they were SO inclusive. They checked in with me to make sure everything was okay and also brought her out a complimentary cake for her birthday which she LOVED. They checked she was happy with them singing first and then gave her a birthday treat she won’t forget in a long time. She said to me on the way home ‘Can I go there for my birthday every year’. Also the steak was delicious and the restaurant was lovely! 5* all around.

A real find for breakfast. Wonderful pastries were enjoyed by us along with good coffee. We also saw delicious baguettes, quiche and cakes. We shall certainly revisit when next in London.

We had a midweek early dinner for 6 people last week and while the service was lovely, all of us found that the steaks were not at all tender, quite tasteless and cooked rarer than requested. Bearing in mind the price for the steaks alone, all in all we were pretty disappointed.

The steaks are really good, as was the fish and chips. Pricey, but what else would you expect in London. We were there for a birthday and found it a bit strange that I had to book and prepay for a birthday pudding, which was served before the rest of us had even been offered a dessert menu. Service was a bit of a let down because we ordered condiments with the steaks but they were forgotten so had to order again, and then this happened again when we ordered water for the table which we had to order again when we got the bill.

Had a lovely meal here. The food was delicious and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Ordered a halal burger and received a beyond meat burger instead (was not shown the halal menu). This is misleading advertising. Halal means the way in which an animal is slaughtered and beyond meat is just a vegan option. Halal and vegan are not interchangeable.

I visited here for a special night out with my daughter. And we weren't disappointed. A fabulous evening meal was enjoyed. We didn't make a reservation and were walk-ins but we were able to be accommodated. The ambience was just right, with enough background music & general chat to make things interesting. The service was prompt, friendly and helped us navigate the menu. And then we come to the steaks themselves. My goodness, they were just top drawer. Absolutely fabulous. Arguably the best steak I have tasted. I went for the stone plate and my daughter a prize-winning fillet and you could see why. Thoroughly recommended. Not cheap though but welll worth a visit, especially if you don't dine out regularly

Lunch specials @£16 and you leave hungry. Ridiculous portion, miniature steak. Never again.

The last time I’ve been to steak and co was 15 years ago and I went again recently and forgot how good the steaks were and also the prawn starter was delicious too. The staff were very friendly, a lady served us but I forgot her name. She was efficient and friendly which would definitely make me come back again. Their non alcoholic martini was delicious too. We’ve opted for the halal menu which I love how they dedicated a menu just for halal meat and a menu for non halal. We’ll be back again!

Ordered cod and chips only it wasn’t. Received cod gujons. Lots of batter. Not a lot of fish. Advised waiter when asked what the issue was. Said they would let the chef know. Fish and chips isn’t gujons and chips. Very disappointing. Over priced.

Visited for the first time last week. The staff were brilliant and the food was outstanding. We arrived 5 minutes early for our 18:00 booking. One of the female staff members quickly came over to us and told us if we were quick she could get our cocktails in the happy hour 2 for 1. We got our food 50% off due to an offer I’d seen online, however the food was good enough that I would have paid the full price. Overall the food was delicious and the drinks were great, the staff were friendly and helpful, I would recommend to my friends and family. I look forward to coming back again.

Have visited a few time and have never been disappointed always fantastic food and service. Was greeted at the door by name which I thought was a touch of class by the host. Move out my comfort zone by try the Beef Capaccio which turned out to be a great choice. Amazing taste from the supper thin beef balance with the dressing to create the best start I’ve had anywhere. The steak was cooked exactly too my likening tones of flavour excellent texture can understand why it’s was 2021 steak of the year. Service was friendly, efficient all guests where give time to relax before orders taken and food arrived in the right amount of time if that make sense. Already booked an table for my birthday in October and are looking forward to returning.

The only thing better than the amazing steaks was the incredible service we received from Luca. Highly recommend their food and amazed by the Halal menu. 10/10

We had THE best dining experience here after going to the theatre it was the perfect ending to our stay in London. There was a great ambience to this restaurant, the staff were friendly engaging and attentive from the second we walked in. Just wow! Went there with my family and had the best time ever! Starting from the service, the food, the ambiance and especially the staff. We all felt so welcomed and literally felt like home. Agnieszka, Lucas, Tj and Akash were so friendly and professional at the same time, the food was a solid 11/10 and the desserts were to die for! A massive thank you to everyone! Bakery à éviter car remplie de pickpockets. Nous avons étè dépouillés de mon portefeuille (CB, carte identité et 250€ d'argent liquide) dans une sacoche posée sur le dossier de ma chaise alors que nous consommons nos patisseries. Évitez soigneusement les tables situées prés des escaliers menant aux toilettes. Le gérant laisse rentrer n'importe qui, même des non clients. Et malgré sa position dominante donnant sur la salle, il n'a rien vu, ni lui, ni les autres clients, et ne nous a informé des risques importants de cette position de table qu'après le vol.

Lovely location, right near a few hotels and Vaudville theatre. Food was gorgeous, especially for the price. We were served by Aiste, who was wonderful - she was friendly and always there exactly when we needed her, without interrupting us constantly mid meal. We were greeted well, offered a wonderful table by the window, served well, and fed delicious food. The steak and potato combo is incredibly delicious! I highly recommend the restaurant.

I celebrated my birthday at Steak and Co a couple of days ago, and everything was amazing, from the food to the service. Out of all the food we tried, the beef carpaccio and steak stone experience were amazing. Special thanks to Chiara, Akash, Eralda, and the manager Aga for their outstanding service. I must also mention the bartender, Said, whose drinks were exceptional. Thank you all for making my birthday memorable!
