Delicious food & very friendly staff! Natalia the manager welcomed us early even though lunch service hadn’t started yet. Aiste, our waitstaff, was smiling & chatty the whole time & even got the bar tender to make a yummy ice latte even though it wasn’t on the menu! The location was fantastic in the Covent Garden area. I strongly recommend this restaurant especially for steak lovers

Very good steak. Incredibly cool with the frying plates you get so you can fry the steak the way you want it. You get it raw and you choose how much you want to fry it. Our 14 year old was very satisfied.

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Beata. The entire team was amazing — our server, Agnieszka, impressed us with her knowledge and excellent recommendations. Chiara also contributed to our experience by recommending the Sundial Pillar and Chelsea in Blossom cocktails — both were outstanding! The team worked together creating amazing atmosphere and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again the next time I’m in London!

Gathering with friends at Steak and Company Covent Garden was a genuinely memorable experience. The energy was warm and inviting, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the staff made us feel right at home. It was the kind of night where the conversation flowed as easily as the drinks, and every dish added to the joy of simply being together. It’s a place I’d return to in a heartbeat for another unforgettable evening with friends.

Amazing service by Agnieszka, Chiara and Beata. Delicious BBQ ribs and Ribeye. This place is landmark of London, better to visit than Buckingham Palace! Worth every penny!

We used to really like visiting restaurants of this chain. But this time we were completely disappointed. With excellent service, the quality of the steak is puzzling. These pieces of meat can hardly be called steak - they are cut from an unknown part of the carcass with a large number of films. I DO NOT recommend, at least this particular steak house

The fillet steak was very average given the price even for London. One of the staffs was very nice but one unpleasantly surprised us by touching the glass rim by hand while cleaning the table!

We chose this place for dinner by chance, and it was a great choice! We tried the stone-grilled meat specialty and loved it. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the place is cozy and quiet. The prices are quite affordable, so I think it's good value. I'll definitely return when I return to London.

I’m literally blown away by this restaurant. I’ve been to many high end restaurants in London (and New York, and Boston, and Paris and Rome and on and on…), but this was auch an unexpected positive experience that combines great food, a unique dining experience and such amazing personalized service that I’m struggling to do it justice with a review. Let me start here: service. Agnieszka was incredible. From her recommendations to her friendly chat to ultimately being so genuine that yleveryone I saw wanted her to spend time at their table. You don’t get that much. The food was great! Pork belly app, great wine list and the steak on the stone was fantastic. Not to mention so unique and fun. The prices were reasonable and I sat on the sidewalk on a perfect London evening. Five stars! If I could give more I would!! Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent restaurant, service, and food. My favourite being tuna or beefsteak on a stone with either a tuna or carpaccio starter with red wine yumyum. Shout out to both Anoshka and Ista.

Really good quality steak- I’d go for the sirloin over ribeye. Unfortunately our steak was not cooked correctly but they made it up by offering us hot drinks and sticky toffee pudding which was fab. The waiter who served us was super kind and attentive. Chips, mash and truffle butter was nice.

My table was served by Ms Aiste R. She was very kind and engaging. She complimented us and talked with my sister about skincare products. The food was good too, especially the signature hot stone steak. We came during the happy hour and got another free drink with the one we ordered. So we could enjoy alot of alcohol that day. All in all a good experience, will try again

I had dinner at Steak & Company and had the fillet steak on the hot stone - a real highlight! The meat was of very high quality and tasted excellent. The fries were crispy and tasted wonderfully fresh, like potatoes. For dessert I had the chocolate cake, which was okay but didn't quite live up to the standard of the main course. The ambience was pleasant and ideal for a relaxed dinner. I would particularly like to highlight the service – the staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall, an all around lovely experience. I'd love to come back!

We visited here on a week day for dinner. Do book in advance as it is popular for dinner. There are many options available if you don’t fancy the steak and also a vegan option. I had the beyond meat burger which was really nice, the fries were perfectly cooked and a side of Mac & Cheese which was delicious. The rest of the group had the steak, all of which were cooked to their liking and added sides of fries to their meal. Service was really good and very friendly, they give great recommendations and check in with you throughout the meal, will definitely be visiting again.

Good choice of halal menu options. Nicely cooked steak. Sticky toffee pudding was the best we had in a while. Only reserve is with the "steak on a hot plate": people eating this fill the room with smoke and that smoke permeates into our clothes, which may not be desirable... You may need a better ventilation option?

We have only been to Steak and Company once before in 2021 and both experiences have been amazing. We love the selection, quality and taste of the food and beverages. We have raved about it to friends and family since our first visit in September 2021 and we were so glad to come back again in April 2025. We definitely won’t leave it as long next time. All of the food is delicious and nothing is too much trouble for the staff! Love love LOVE being able to cook our own steaks too!! Mmmm 😋

We had the steak and battered fish and chips during the lunch specials, best meal I had in London so far! (Especially the steak) Service from Agnieska was wonderful, she helped us get more space in seating and checked out with our food in a timely manner

Tonight, 15th April at 19:00 me and my boyfriend went to steak and co for our 2 year anniversary meal and we had the loveliest waitress, her name was Aiste R. She was so kind and lovely and made sure we felt super comfortable and did everything she could to ensure we had a lovely time (which we absolutely did). Unfortunately, we tried to give her a tip at the end however we had no cash on us. She was absolutely incredible and we are now home and can’t stop speaking so highly of her. What an amazing woman. We also want to thank all the other lovely people that were working as you also made us feel so welcome and comfortable and we are so grateful for that. We will definitely be coming back, thank you so much to each and every one of you!

I absolutely have to highlight the person who made a huge difference in our experience —Agnieszka. From the moment we walked in, Agnieszka warmth and energy stood out. Sounds mad, but I wasn’t expecting this to be as genuinely tasty and good as it was …I guess because it’s right in Leceister Square ..but really perfectly cooked and still soft and good flavours throughout ..I initailly sat down and thought, ooo this is pricey ..but was worth every single penny tbh

Went last Friday with my husband, wow what an amazing meal. The service was fantastic, our waiter was just so lovely and friendly, he explained everything to us. We was in a hurry as had tickets for the theatre booked so he told us what the quickest meal would be. The food was absolutely delicious, all the sauces yummy. The chips, out of this world , and I cannot wait to go back again soon. Highly recommended

Tulja was an absolute star. Made us feel welcome right from the start, asked us about the day and made excellent recommendations. Her amazing personality immediately gave us a positive vibe and she truly knows 5 star service. And the food, the steaks and the prawns, just wow. Definitely coming back

I went out to eat with some friends, and the waiters not only recommended dishes that best suited our tastes but also advised us on how the meats should be cooked. Personally, I usually prefer my meat rare, but Juan suggested I try it medium rare, and it was a great choice. The food is excellent, but the service is even better. It's definitely a place we'll return to when we're in London.

Bit of a rip off, even for London. Watch out for the crazy additional charges. Steaks are decent, but small for the cost and everything from sauce to chips costs considerably extra. A disapointingly 3x small steaks with a couple of chips each, tiny pot of sauce and a beer each cost £200. There are better places with way better value

My girlfriend and I choose to eat at Steak & Co. after every payday now it’s too delicious! We tried the Covent Garden spot since we went to the Leicester Square one last month. 10/10 food and I mean that! The grilled mushrooms and mash are a *must* and the Happy Hour booking mixed with a Theatre Set Menu is both extremely affordable and divine. They are very accommodating as you can see they let me have the steak experience with my 14oz Ribeye monster upgrade which I shared with the Mrs after she finished her 6oz which is visible in the background of the pictures below. Lovely place, we still prefer the Leicester Square one because the vibe just gives a bit more but trust me it’s excellent here at a great price!

Best steak I have had in a long time. This was a surprise dinner for my birthday and the waiters (I believe their names were Chiara and Aiste) went out of their way to make it special for me. Even Natalia, the manager came over to check on us, which made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The restaurant itself is quite small, which I loved as it added to the ambience. Can't wait to be back.

We enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday. The service was impeccable and the variety of food and drink was top rate. I particularly enjoyed the range of inventive cocktails and of course the beautifully cooked steaks. I opted for a fillet steak (rare) and it was cooked just as I like it. The sauces and sides were great with the truffle mash potato being a highlight for all the guests. I would definitely return to the restaurant and recommend it to my friends and family.

This evening I was served by Chiara who was absolutely brilliant. From her wine recommendation to her suggestion for the cut of steak I ordered. I was eating solo tonight and I really appreciated that she checked on me enough while also giving me the space to enjoy my book along with my steak. If you have the pleasure of having Chiara as a server, then listen to her suggestions, they are a winner!

I tried their beef steak on stone. My friend took me there, this was my first beef steak. I am in love with their steak. We ordered mashed potatoes and fries as a side. And mushroom sauce. The combination was ❤️ Highly recommended Quick service and polite staff

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our waitress was pleasant and always asked if we needed help. Nice relaxing ambience in what can be a crazy busy part of London. Enjoyed a lovely cooked steak before our matinee visit to the theatre.

Fantastic atmosphere and our waitress was knowledgeable and great fun. It showed she loved her job. The food was delicious and varied choice of steaks and sides. Too full for dessert, but they brought out a lemon tart for a birthday,and it was delicious.

Disappointing meal. We've always seen Steak and Co as an expensive treat but it was always worth it. This time my meal was put in front of me, a piece of meat without even a hint of a garnish and a small tub of chips. There were the usual salt/butter/sauce little saucers. The meat was ok but nowhere near as good as previous meals, the chips were lovely. The staff were great. It felt like corners were being cut and the meal didn’t feel like the special treat it has always been. Personally I'd rather pay an extra 2 or 3 pounds and have all the extra little touches, quality steak, a tomato and a bit of lettuce which made it special.

We literally only walked in suddenly as we were really hungry. They was very welcoming adn kind. The food was amazing so as the cocktails. Our waitress was TJ ,she was absolutely fantastic in her role. Her knowledge about the products and her sweet personality definitely flavoured our visit. The only negative thing is they don't provide a disabled toilet, which I think. Should be available everywhere. Everyone must go here.

Fantastic food! We took the grilled chicken and hamburger, the chicken was tender and bursted with flavor and the burger was great. I highly recommend getting the extra double wagyu beef on burger! Racist. Dont dine there. Tonight at 5PM, the receptionist turned us down and we had to wait 40 mins, then welcomed another family the same size as ours with no reservation in front of us.

Delicious steak, delicious entrées and sides, excellent wine menu with lots of options, cocktails were well made.

For a busy holiday Monday before New Year's Eve, we believe service was stellar despite the busy-ness. Our server was very attentive and the food was delicious. Only thing, it's our first time dining and had we known how special served the steak, we would have ordered steaks if explained the stone cooking. Overall, 5 Stars. Thanks for accommodating a family of 4 from US without reservations. Will definitely dine back when back in London and order the steak.

Very cozy restaurant, very good food and very attentive service, especially the person in charge of the establishment, Spanish, very kind and friendly.

The waitress was very friendly, polite and ready to help with any questions. The food was excellent and the atmosphere really nice. We had 2ribeyes with green salad and french fries well cooked as ordered. We also had from the kids menu the steak with mashpotatoes and was also perfectly cooked. We ordered deserts and all 3 of them were delicious. We are definitely visiting again.

It's a restaurant not a hotel. The staff is friendly and the food is served very quickly. I was not happy to receive the tip directly on the bill, in fact I asked them to remove it. You should ask first! That's not polite!! Additional note: the prices are too high and the bathrooms too dirty, clean them every now and then.
