Lovely pizza with great quality ingredients.

The pizza was tasty and really similar to one that you can find in Italy but it was burned in some point. Probably because they cooked it at too high temperature in order to served it rapidly. Btw the service was very nice, but the place is too noisy. I couldn’t hear my friends talking.

My friend and I went to this restaurant, and when our pizzas arrived, they hadn’t been sliced, even though they are usually served that way. We mentioned this to the waitress, who had a mix of yellow and orange hair and was a bit curvy, explaining that the pizzas normally come pre-sliced, but this time they hadn’t been. She responded rather coldly, saying she couldn’t do it and brought us a pizza cutter instead. We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, but this was the first time we experienced such an attitude. All the other waitstaff, like the bald gentleman with glasses, the young Uzbek man, and the beautiful woman with black hair, were very polite and professional. However, the attitude of the curvy woman with yellow and orange hair disappointed us. Thank you for everything 💯💯.

We walked by Franco Manca, a pizza place, and noticed the brick oven through the window, so we decided to give it a try. The place was crowded, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The staff was very friendly and escorted us to a small table for two, which was fine for us. We ordered one pizza, number 10 on the menu, and it didn’t take long to arrive. The pizza had good flavor, but the crust on the bottom was a bit rubbery and undercooked for my taste. I prefer a crispier crust. I probably wouldn’t return, as the crust wasn’t to my liking.

I'm a regular and come here all the time: it's always friendly, staff are welcoming and the pizza is always good.

Used to be really good pizza. We had two No 2 delivered which were very disappointing. It seems they have downgraded their ingredientsto cheap and nasty tasting. The pizza were tasteless. The pizza was not cooked enough on the bottom. But what really annoyed me is that they charge more for a take away pizza where you don't use a table, cutlery and their condiments. This place changed trom a reliable stand by to a place to avoid.

Friendly service, delicious pizza and chicken & pancetta salad , homemade tiramisu and coffee was top of my expectations. We definitely will be back with my friends! Thank you to our server ( sorry did not ask for a name) , but he was expert of food what he suggested. Chef was prompt to make our order and was amazing to watching him how he stretch dough .

as an italian visiting london for the first time, this place was always a comfort choice: the pizza is really nice and there’s a great variety of toppings. the staff was fast and friendly. overall a pleasant experience.

We have been going to Franco Manca in Victoria since it opened. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The outdoor seating area is sheltered and equipped with heaters so we can sit outside most of the time but we also love sitting inside and watch the chefs prepare the pizzas. My favourite is margherita with buffalo mozzarella, simple but delicious. As an Italian I think it is the best pizza I have tasted in London. Thank you Inna and all the team, we always look forward to eating at Franco Manca.

I liked the place, given that for being close to Victoria station it was reasonably priced. It has been missing: saccharine, decaffeinated or the option of iced coffee. Otherwise friendly people, good service. I recommend it.

Good service all round. The staff member who attended at our table was accommodating, especially with our small children. They provided coloring paper and crayons to keep the kids entertained. He went through halal options with us, explaining which pizzas we could customise by swapping non-halal meats with halal chicken. The service was good, the restaurant was clean, and there was plenty of seating available during our visit.

The server had an expressionless expression and was very unfriendly, and the food tasted fishy and not very good.

We went to have a very unexpected early dinner after a lond day visiting some museums. We been very quickly attended by Lorena and Inna, they recommend us some new dishes from the menu. All were amazing, top quality! And the waiters super friendly and nice! Sure we will come back very soon ! :D

Food was very good. The texture of the dough was very elastic and had a nice mouth feel. Service was excellent and food was ready very quickly, especially for pizza. The atmosphere was very New York -esque and great for the family.

I tried the ceasar salade, which was delicious, and also recommend to take the different sauces with it. Special thanks to Erica, she was extremely professional and helpful with a smile! Definitely recommend to try out!

Little slice of heaven! Went here with friends and family and was delightfully surprised by how cheap they were and how big the portions were! The servers were polite and helpful with our allergies and food choices, The menu isn't large, which is great because they specialise in pizza, so you know it will be good when it comes - which it was! The portions are massive and the drinks are organic, very eco-friendly. Would highly recommend eating here!

Quick pizza for business lunch. Very nice coffee. Staff is friendly, chef was alone, but we received pizzas very fast, hot and tasty. Pizza with smoked beef is my favourite now. We work in Victoria Nova area, defenetly will be back.

We were looking for a pizzeria to eat that was very close to Victoria station. And very happy with the choice. We chose Franco's favorite pizza, and the one with cured ham, mozarella, ricotta and mushrooms. The spectacular dough and the very fresh ingredients, both were very delicious. The place is very good, it is a large size, it is not very noisy and it also has a pleasant terrace. The service was very friendly in the event of a misunderstanding with one of the pizzas and they had no qualms about changing our pizza.

Very much enjoyed the pizzas and our waitress Isabel was really nice. A table was ready for us when we arrived so we didn't had to wait and the service was also quite quick.

Absolutely perfect for dinner with our two toddlers while vacationing in London. Service was amazing—staff went out of their way (especially Ella!) to make our kids comfortable and happy. Food was delicious with great drink options for the adults. We loved that the menu had something for everyone—both classic and more adventurous pizza plus great salad and side choices and a solid kids menu.

Franco Manca is my go to for the best pizza in London. I am a self-confessed food snob, and I can say with certainty that their ingredients are top quality— and the sourdough crust strikes the perfect balance between chewy and crisp. I’ve eaten at several of their locations. The Victoria store is my favorite, where the wonderful staff recognizes me immediately and treats me almost like royalty. If you are in London and the mood for pizza, this is your spot!

Great place, children's menu at the back, great taste of food, very nice service, I highly recommend it

Hidden away a bit from the maddening crowds around Victoria so usually allows you to get a table easily at busy times. Pretty static menu which is fine but theybdohavr specials on at all times also so check those out. Pizza delivered really fast after ordering and you can see them being made and placed in the oven. Great tasting pizza as usual, number 7 is my favourite but 4 is a good backup also I'd you prefer a white pizza. There is also a good amount of seating outside so capacity is pretty good on the summer months and you're away from the main road so not too many fumes.

The appetizer's assortiment was an amazing experience in itself. The pizza # 5 with anchovies was to die for. The service by Ella and Isabel made everything perfect! I recommend strongly.

Amazing experience in Franco Manca near Victoria Station. Staff was very friendly and suggested to us to try Franco' s favourite, pizza with smoked beef and garlic dip. It was delicious. Food was very tasty. My partner took her favourite with halloumi and peppers and Aperol Spritz. Staff looked happy and gave attention to everyone. Chefs know how to do tasty pizza. This is a lovely little restaurant located close to Buckingham Palace. The service was excellent Isabez was really nice and most attentive. Where we were seated we could watch our pizza being prepared for cooking, I had never been here before but I will definitely be returning when I next visit London. The prices were very reasonable considering we were in the centre of London, overall a really good experience.

You might want to give Truffle pizza a try; it's delicious!

Had been there for the second time. Great pizzas and very friendly service from all members of the staff from the warm welcome till the end. The little trio with roasted almonds, tarralini and olives gives you the perfect feeling of real south Italy with a glas of spritz on a sunny Italian evening (even in London). The pizzas are really good and tasty, the guys behind the screen do a great job with enthusiasm. Good to see that. Our waiters Isabel and Maria were very friendly and busy, gave us a lot of good hints for the starters and the mains. All the staff worked well together, come back soon when we are in London!

Very nice and relaxing place. Nice location make you feel special, at the same time prices isn't crazy at all :) Staff is welcome and very friendly, we experienced really good service. At first we ordered pizza nr 7, thinking it's gonna be enough for two, but it was so delicious so we went for second one, nr 1 from menu. Little ingredients made it so tastefull and surely it's my favourite. Nice environment, but the tables could be a some bigger, but it wasn't a big deal there. I will surely come back to this place on my next visit.

Franco manca was a delightful place to land for food after traveling half a day. Ordered the Spicey pepperoni pizza and a margarita. Both were delicious. Food came out quickly and our server was lovely.

Food came quickly and was very nice but the staff were extremely rude. We were charged a 10% tip for this disrespectful service without being consulted. Love this chain but I would avoid this particular location in future.

Excellent pizza, friendly service, casual good vibes. They offer a variety of pies and salads to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised that they offered vegan cheese as an option. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Unbeatable value. It‘s down to earth, challenges traditional Italian cuisine, while still staying faithful to old classics. But there’s also funky Pizzas to choose from. Tiramisu is great and you can get a simple Margherita for an amazing price. It‘s fast-food in a nice and relaxed atmosphere where you can sit down.
