Franco Manca in City of London, Westminster

A long, narrow restaurant area with simple decor, edged by a high glass front & the open kitchen area at the back. It was very quiet at the time of our visit (~5pm on a Bank holiday Monday) with about 6 other people present. Small tables fill the area, with chalkboards listing specials & bottles of limoncello & other spirits decorating the walls. The staff were friendly & helpful, describing the food on offer. Only bottled beers were available as the beer tap was out of order. A list of about 12 pizzas were offered on the menu with a diverse range of tastes and flavours. We could see the pizzas being prepared & baked in the kitchen's pizza oven. They were excellent & all diners were really happy with them. There was a 12.5% service charge automatically applied, taking a £64 bill for four pizzas & two 330ml bottles of drink to £72, which I always prefer to be purely my choice. The venue is on the ground floor with no steps. Overall, the staff were polite, the food was really good if a bit pricey.

Great pizza and great service. We ate here while on school break about a month ago. Rob was our server and he was great. The pizza is amazing. I wish we had this back home!

What can I say - we came for a pizza after a few pints and were in a giggly mood. Maria came to our table and caught the vibe and we had the most hilarious time. We all found her wonderful and the pizza was delish. Great Franco Manca experience!

I have been to many franco mancas but have never had service like i had here in the victoria branch. Maria wine and dined us and made us laugh silly. She held a very busy service together and never flinched once. Every bit of our experience was seemless and she went out of her way o make us feel special.

My daughter and I were in London for her 12th birthday to see Wicked and a whirlwind tour of some of the main tourist spots. A friend had recommended Franco Manca and they weren’t wrong. As soon as we walked in the door Rob (our server) was friendly and welcoming, we got a great table where we could watch the chefs create their delicious pizzas and the atmosphere was very relaxed and a nice buzz about the place. We watched Dom (the chef) making our pizzas and they were ready quickly which was perfect for us as we were heading to see the show. The pizza was SO good!!! The price was very reasonable, especially since we were in central London, £42 for 2 pizzas, drinks and a tip. Now that we know there is a Franco Manca in Edinburgh (we asked about branches in Scotland) we will definitely be paying a visit there but if you are in London head to Victoria and go to the restaurant there, you won’t be disappointed. Really enjoyed the food, the pizza is lovely, and really reasonably priced for this area of London. Staff are great, and quick, perfect for a bite to eat before you see a show! Isa was our waiter and a superstar!

Fantastic service. Pizza was on the table in minutes and it tasted excellent. Considering that I’ve had Italian pizza it is an excellent place to eat in London and a few minutes from Victoria station.

Popped in after work - I'd never been before, and finally got around to checking it out. Maria, the host, was very friendly, and suggested what turned out to be an excellent pizza (the meat special - nice and spicy!). The waiter, a nice fella called Andrea, was very helpful, provided very good service. When I wanted my pizza sliced in my own pain-in-the-butt way, a lovely young lady called Isabel cut it for me. All in all, the staff were all super-nice, going above and beyond, and the food was dope. I will definitely return, and recommend this restaurant unreservedly!

Heard that Franco was now dog friendly so took my small dog today to get some pizza and to check it out. Big thanks to the great staff, especially Ella the manager and Erika the waitress. They were both very helpful and lovely, Ella got me a nice quiet corner and Erika was very quick and friendly. Doggy also got some treats from Erika on my way out :). Pizza was delicious, had no 10. Great place, will be coming back for more yummy pizza in the future.

Great atmosphere.Pizza was on the table within 10 min of ordering. The staff are super helpful. There is plenty of seating and the place can get busy in the evening so advance booking is recommended.

We came to this restaurant recomended by local people and I have to say that it has been a great experience because of the excellent quality of pizza and also for Erica’s Service. She was very kind and checking if everything was ok during the time we spent in the restaurant. 100% recommended. I will visit them more times indeed.

Recordé por qué no volví a Franco Manca en Victoria Nova después de salir del restaurante. Esta fue mi tercera visita, la primera para una ensalada, la segunda para una pizza sin gluten. Este es casi el único lugar que queda que castiga a aquellos con alergias alimentarias, así que añade un extra de £ 2. ¡35 por el privilegio de una pizza sin gluten! Entonces si quieres darle un poco de sabor a la cobertura n.o 2 cobran £ 1. 50 por una cantidad minúscula de cebolla fresca. ¡Ni siquiera un cuarto de uno! Qué lástima, ya que aunque un poco empapado en la parte inferior, en realidad es un poco mejor que otras pizzas sin gluten en otras cadenas. Los restaurantes necesitan cultivar clientes locales que comen regularmente, no castigarlos. Pero me han perdido y salgo a cenar al menos 4 veces a la semana. ¡Quizás es hora de que Franco Manca revise sus políticas y deje de esconderse detrás del ‘bien cuesta más proporcionar gluten libre’!

Visitamos la sucursal de Victoria el domingo 23 / 02 solo para postres (tiramisú y pizza Nutella & pistacho) y un par de bebidas. Postres tan sabrosos con hermosa presentación. Gracias a los chefs. Ambiente agradable, cálido, servicio amable de Andréa e Isabel. Charla encantadora con el personal que sonaba muy positivo , muy amable y estaban sonriendo todo el tiempo Buen fin de domingo. The pizza are delicious but what makes the difference is the kindness of the staff. Me and my partner usually meet our friend in London and since October, we have decided that this is our weekly meeting point. The staff goes over and behind to make us feel at home. Superb little pizza place, perfect for pre matinee meal. Staff were absolutely charming (Andrea & Lee) and the food was truly delicious. In and out in less than an hour and literally just round the corner from Hamilton.

Had an amazing meal at Franco Manca! The sourdough pizza was absolutely delicious, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. Huge shoutout to Erika, our waitress, who was super nice and made the experience even better with her friendly and attentive service. Will definitely be coming back!

She gave great recommendations, kept our drinks topped up, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The pizzas were, of course, delicious—fresh ingredients, perfect sourdough base—but it was Erica’s friendly and professional service that really stood out. Will definitely be returning, and hopefully, Erica will be there to serve us!

Each of us had a pizza which was wonderful, great crust, fresh and generous toppings, and well plated. Our server Lee was friendly unhelpful, and the host was very attentive. Eating here was absolutely a first rate experience.

Traditional pizza! Exactly what I expected to find! Friendly staff and quick service made me feel at home! Robert offered me a shot of my favourite amaro at the end of my meal! Definitely recommended!!!

The room manager, we assume, did nothing to give as a more pleasant experience during service always acting superior. By the end told us (didn’t ask), to do the maths ourselves, and when realized that we didn’t pay for the OPTIONAL service charge, asked 3 times why not- insinuating that we were thinking of something to justify it -, turning this into a very unpleasant, uncomfortable and cringe experience.

The team were super friendly, pizzas came out very quick and were delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. Used their £5 pizza offer via the app easily, definitely check it out until the end of Jan! Baby change perfect and all clean. Thanks!
