Was seated extremely quickly and food also didn’t take long ,tasted very nice. Shout out to Ella for the great customer service making sure I had everything I needed

I liked the place, given that for being close to Victoria station it was reasonably priced. It has been missing: saccharine, decaffeinated or the option of iced coffee. Otherwise friendly people, good service. I recommend it.

Good service all round. The staff member who attended at our table was accommodating, especially with our small children. They provided coloring paper and crayons to keep the kids entertained. He went through halal options with us, explaining which pizzas we could customise by swapping non-halal meats with halal chicken. The service was good, the restaurant was clean, and there was plenty of seating available during our visit.

The server had an expressionless expression and was very unfriendly, and the food tasted fishy and not very good.

Really nice terrace - perfect for the summer day. Pizza was delicious. I can recommend the No9 and a Cacio e Pepe dip. Service was also great. Staff are super friendly and although it is very busy they are working with a smile and go the extra mile

We went to have a very unexpected early dinner after a lond day visiting some museums. We been very quickly attended by Lorena and Inna, they recommend us some new dishes from the menu. All were amazing, top quality! And the waiters super friendly and nice! Sure we will come back very soon ! :D

Food was very good. The texture of the dough was very elastic and had a nice mouth feel. Service was excellent and food was ready very quickly, especially for pizza. The atmosphere was very New York -esque and great for the family.

I tried the ceasar salade, which was delicious, and also recommend to take the different sauces with it. Special thanks to Erica, she was extremely professional and helpful with a smile! Definitely recommend to try out!

Little slice of heaven! Went here with friends and family and was delightfully surprised by how cheap they were and how big the portions were! The servers were polite and helpful with our allergies and food choices, The menu isn't large, which is great because they specialise in pizza, so you know it will be good when it comes - which it was! The portions are massive and the drinks are organic, very eco-friendly. Would highly recommend eating here!

My Apperol, made by Maria, has been one of the best I have ever drunk in my entire and long life.

Quick pizza for business lunch. Very nice coffee. Staff is friendly, chef was alone, but we received pizzas very fast, hot and tasty. Pizza with smoked beef is my favourite now. We work in Victoria Nova area, defenetly will be back.

I have dined in this place and despite the good food & service, I had the utmost pleasure to be served by Isabelle who was so nice, smiling, and caring. I don’t usually complement people on google maps, but Isabelle is well deserved to be complemented.

Very delicious pizza. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She gave us suggestions on her favorite pizzas and she didn’t steer us the wrong direction. Very reasonably priced.

FM has been a London institution for some time now and it’s great to see that it doesn’t drop standards. Isabel and Alex looked after us so well and food was as good as always.

Quick Service, Excellent taste, Very polite staff.

We were looking for a pizzeria to eat that was very close to Victoria station. And very happy with the choice. We chose Franco's favorite pizza, and the one with cured ham, mozarella, ricotta and mushrooms. The spectacular dough and the very fresh ingredients, both were very delicious. The place is very good, it is a large size, it is not very noisy and it also has a pleasant terrace. The service was very friendly in the event of a misunderstanding with one of the pizzas and they had no qualms about changing our pizza.

Very much enjoyed the pizzas and our waitress Isabel was really nice. A table was ready for us when we arrived so we didn't had to wait and the service was also quite quick.

Absolutely perfect for dinner with our two toddlers while vacationing in London. Service was amazing—staff went out of their way (especially Ella!) to make our kids comfortable and happy. Food was delicious with great drink options for the adults. We loved that the menu had something for everyone—both classic and more adventurous pizza plus great salad and side choices and a solid kids menu.

Food was okay, service was appalling. Very passive aggressive, condescending, rude staff members, which took away from the food. Franco Manca is a decent chain, so evident branch issue.

Franco Manca is my go to for the best pizza in London. I am a self-confessed food snob, and I can say with certainty that their ingredients are top quality— and the sourdough crust strikes the perfect balance between chewy and crisp. I’ve eaten at several of their locations. The Victoria store is my favorite, where the wonderful staff recognizes me immediately and treats me almost like royalty. If you are in London and the mood for pizza, this is your spot!

Hidden away a bit from the maddening crowds around Victoria so usually allows you to get a table easily at busy times. Pretty static menu which is fine but theybdohavr specials on at all times also so check those out. Pizza delivered really fast after ordering and you can see them being made and placed in the oven. Great tasting pizza as usual, number 7 is my favourite but 4 is a good backup also I'd you prefer a white pizza. There is also a good amount of seating outside so capacity is pretty good on the summer months and you're away from the main road so not too many fumes.

The appetizer's assortiment was an amazing experience in itself. The pizza # 5 with anchovies was to die for. The service by Ella and Isabel made everything perfect! I recommend strongly.

Amazing experience in Franco Manca near Victoria Station. Staff was very friendly and suggested to us to try Franco' s favourite, pizza with smoked beef and garlic dip. It was delicious. Food was very tasty. My partner took her favourite with halloumi and peppers and Aperol Spritz. Staff looked happy and gave attention to everyone. Chefs know how to do tasty pizza. This is a lovely little restaurant located close to Buckingham Palace. The service was excellent Isabez was really nice and most attentive. Where we were seated we could watch our pizza being prepared for cooking, I had never been here before but I will definitely be returning when I next visit London. The prices were very reasonable considering we were in the centre of London, overall a really good experience.

The cuisine lacked flavor, however, the branch excelled in providing a serene atmosphere. It is an ideal spot for engaging in conversations with friends.

Had been there for the second time. Great pizzas and very friendly service from all members of the staff from the warm welcome till the end. The little trio with roasted almonds, tarralini and olives gives you the perfect feeling of real south Italy with a glas of spritz on a sunny Italian evening (even in London). The pizzas are really good and tasty, the guys behind the screen do a great job with enthusiasm. Good to see that. Our waiters Isabel and Maria were very friendly and busy, gave us a lot of good hints for the starters and the mains. All the staff worked well together, come back soon when we are in London!

Very nice and relaxing place. Nice location make you feel special, at the same time prices isn't crazy at all :) Staff is welcome and very friendly, we experienced really good service. At first we ordered pizza nr 7, thinking it's gonna be enough for two, but it was so delicious so we went for second one, nr 1 from menu. Little ingredients made it so tastefull and surely it's my favourite. Nice environment, but the tables could be a some bigger, but it wasn't a big deal there. I will surely come back to this place on my next visit.

Franco manca was a delightful place to land for food after traveling half a day. Ordered the Spicey pepperoni pizza and a margarita. Both were delicious. Food came out quickly and our server was lovely.

Food came quickly and was very nice but the staff were extremely rude. We were charged a 10% tip for this disrespectful service without being consulted. Love this chain but I would avoid this particular location in future.

Excellent pizza, friendly service, casual good vibes. They offer a variety of pies and salads to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised that they offered vegan cheese as an option. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Unbeatable value. It‘s down to earth, challenges traditional Italian cuisine, while still staying faithful to old classics. But there’s also funky Pizzas to choose from. Tiramisu is great and you can get a simple Margherita for an amazing price. It‘s fast-food in a nice and relaxed atmosphere where you can sit down.

Seriously good pizza. Keep it simple. Always occupied and worth to wait a table.

Love Franco Manco, Pizza had a soggy base but otherwise good.

We’ve visited many Franco Manca’s but this was above and beyond. They have amazing staff all of which were very helpful and attentive. Pizzas are out of this world 😍 Great location near shops and bars. My only critic is that we do not have a local restaurant in Newcastle 🤞

Surprisingly below average pizza. I've heard good things about the Franco Manca but found their pizza to be very much underwhelming unfortunately. The quantity of the toppings is also laughable. I ordered a mushrooms pizza and you could barely find the mushrooms.

Probably the best of the Franco Manca locations that I've been to. Service was friendly and attentive but not overly so. Draught beer and my usual buffalo mozzarella Margherita followed by a coffee. I asked for the Mozzarella to be browned not just melted and this was done perfectly. I always check the specials board before I go to my default as they have seasonal dishes too. I have been here several times before whilst working in the area and pleased to see that it has maintained its reputation with workers and tourists alike. The outside area is better appreciated in the summer, but it's a good addition for a central London location.

Great service and food at a busy location. We couldn't book in advance, but the queue moved over very quickly. The manager did a fantastic job on turning tables. We had Aperol Spritz while waiting.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I have been going to this same pizza place since 2018. I visit once in a while and order a lemonade,pizza and a scoop of ice cream. The location is very good and the inside looks amazing. Staff is really nice and the food arrives quickly. I recommend you to go here if you just want something quick to eat.

Great place to have quick fresh pizza along your business talk. Really loved spicy N7 and burrata with nduja. Isabella was very attentive.

As an Italian I am always skeptical trying pizza restaurants but have to say that Franco Manca was a pleasant surprise - it is simple but good, what you’d expect from a similar pizzeria in Italy. Maybe the only issue is that the menu is relatively small (I think they have 5/6 pizzas in total). In any case, very good

Dined in on 17/12/23. Ordered the Baked Ragu Mozzarella Grana and the Spicy Salami Pizza 7 which I’ve had before at other locations. Unfortunately, I received food poisoning and was in a very bad way for 2 days. I contacted the store and they said an investigation would be conducted, but I never heard anything further. Very disappointed and not of usual Franco Manca quality. Do not recommend this location. Avoid.
