We ate on a weekend evening. We had two lasagnas. Good but not huge in quantity and not extraordinary. We had a chocolate fudge cake for dessert. It wasn't a fudge cake, but simply a chocolate cake with a little chocolate on top and a scoop of ice cream on the side. And in terms of quantity, it was a square of cake, very average for over £7. In terms of service, I would say that the waitress was efficient. But you don't have to ask him for more. She asked us for our dishes. We answered. Then we asked a question and she left in the middle of the sentence. Special Finally, surprise of an additional 12% on the bill for service charges. In fact, these fees are added in certain restaurants, but these are not specified on the restaurant menu. Salty note at the end of the meal for only 2 lasagnas and 1 ridiculously small and flavorless cake. Hence the rating of 2.

Had such a great time at this cozy Italian place! The food was super tasty and the whole vibe was really nice. Big thanks to Kerim for being so helpful and kind—he really took care of us with so much attention. Definitely ask for him if you go, he’s awesome!

My husband and I are spending a few days on vacation, and this is our second night here for dinner. Not only is the food delicious, but our waiter, Chris, was wonderful. The mojitos are delicious.

Very nice italian restaurant for breakfast and dinner! Breakfast was delicious, we had the english breakfast with fresh orange juice and tea. Dinner we had pepperoni pizza and chicken + ham + champignons, both very delicious! Tiramisu after also delicious. Service is very good and friendly with a good touch of Italy by adding the black pepper and cheese by the waiter.

Delicious food, great service. Good value for money and staff really friendly, especially Rada. Our daughter has allergies, and we dined a few times during our stay in London as she loved their gluten free variety.

Hey i was here today with my Friends and everything was impeccable Food, Service everything. The Food arrived after merely minutes and our waitress was the best her name is Rada and she was so friendly, always a smile on her face and so forthcoming. Do not miss the dessert it's divine... especially the Lemon cheesecake with blueberries.

Rada was not only fast professional but gave such personal service made us feel so at home able to relax and exjoy food for for royalty. We have eaten in many restaurants and chains of Bella all over Uk but this has such an Italian atmosphere with food that was so perfect full of taste it was best ever. Served by Rada who was lovely, very attentive server and kept checking if we needed anything or any additional drinks. Really made the night perfect and couldn’t appreciate enough. The only reason for not 5*s is due to the pudding being a slight let down but couldn’t fault the service.

We came here on our last day in London to eat an English Breakfast and have some tea and we were welcomed by Rada, one of the most thoughtful and nice people i have ever met in a restaurant . She asked us right away about any allergies that we might have and personally i find this very professional . The food was truly exquisite and the service was impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant !!
