Me encantó el hongo Wellington con buena selección de verduras y mi amiga disfrutó de su pastel. También buena selección de pasteles que miramos a casa
Wow, what an amazing brunch, the Black Pig Brunch, with extra bacon (of course!). Dingly Dell sausages and a large Portobello Mushroom, Poached eggs and hollandase Sauce on a bed of sourdough and wilted Spinach, one of the best breakfast/brunch meals I've ever eaten. All washed down with a good pot of tea. The food was cooked well and was hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely mid-morning with family. Definitely be back soon!
Coffee was luke warm so asked for it to be heated and was told they would just make a fresh one-great I thought. The replacement was exactly the same. Such a shame as nice place and staff.
We booked here for lunch with our 3 year old son. I found the whole experience exemplary. The food was amazing, drinks were superb, but I would like to highlight the lady who served us. She was excellent with my son and very engaging. Whilst we dined she also had to deal with a stupidly petty complaint by a customer, which I would have got angry about, but she was calm and handled it superbly. This place is really worth a visit.
There were three of us for Sunday roast, meat was dried out and vegetables over cooked.
If I had gone to the loo before I sat down to eat we would have walked out the toilet was disgusting

Stopped here for Sunday roast food really wasn’t that good and I did hear from one of the locals that the cook isn’t a qualified chef, the meat was very chewy and the vegetables were undercooked with a limited selection, I was recommended this place however it’s nice for drinks but wouldn’t recommend the food at all.
Had a fabulous afternoon Tea today!
The ladies were so friendly and tentative, the food was incredible and in such abundance! Left feeling very full of delicious treats! Definitely will be returning in the new year!
4 Edward Benefer Way, King's Lynn, PE30 2HY, United Kingdom, England
We have a few costas in Kings Lynn, but not one of them compares to the one on the North Lynn St nicholas Retail Park. There is a boy there who we dont know the name of, but he has dark hair and has been ther near enough fromopening, and he plays around with my mum and myself when he see's us, then there is Gabby.... she throws abuse at us, she plays around, she completely hammers my poor mum with abuse for "not ordering a normal coffee" .... and we LOVE HER!!!
This coffee shop has honestly become a place to go for cheering up, for uplifting, and to relax yet have fun. The atmosphere is amazing, food and drinks are spot on, and the service is a 10 star! They are caring, funny, and seriously we feel we have become part of the costa crew!
If there was any way we could give our thanks to them, we would love to know how, because they honestly deserve an award for being the best coffee shop in KIngs Lynn, if not just for the banter.
THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS for making our tripss out an enjoyable one!
Terrible staff. Very mean and bad behaviour to waiting costumers. Not communicative at all.we Asked kindly and they responded with bad attitude. No heating, no parking, very small place. i personally don't recommend it.
RE HYGIENE ISSUES in a van one assumes is to be used for FOOD ITEMS Twice I have seen a Cozens Van loading goods normal household goods into it including a mattress each time the driver & assistant were the same to describe them 2 males & dark skinned and probably using the van to do private work
Would give a 3.5 if I could, got upgraded to a 4 in the end by the kids.
Good points - clean, kids liked the cookie dough desserts
Bad points - constant stream of delivery drivers which makes the wait seem longer when you’re dining in. It took too long at night for just 2 desserts, but loads of delivery orders went out instead. Also, no kids portions. £8 for a cookie dough dessert means, for a family, you’ll just share what your kids have (as the portions are too big for them so they’ll be wasted), rather than them having a small portion and you choosing your own.
I visited the Flying Dutchman with my wife and her sister and brother-in-law for a Birthday lunch. It was Mother's Day so we booked ahead via Messenger and had a table reserved for us. It wasn't too busy when we visited although there was a bit of a wait (circa 50 minutes) for the Sunday roasts to arrive, with just two young ladies serving the food for the entire pub, but the food was excellent, with good sized portions, plenty of gravy, and all cooked to order.
We keep coming back here for family meals as the cheesecake is just amazing...all made by the manager of the pub. The Cheesecake of the day was Raspberry and Lemon and it was delicious.
The only minor niggles were (a) the speed of service...we just ate the roast dinner and a dessert but it took 2.5 hours, with quite a long wait before the bill was brought to the table to settle up, and (b) the price of the drinks, as the Neck Oil ale was almost £6 a pint, which is on the expensive side for the area...but overall the food is great value (£10.50 for roast dinners and £6.50 for the child's roast, which is still a good sized plateful) so overall a very nice meal experience. I am sure we will be back (for more gorgeous cheesecake!).
