Costa coffee (Drive Thru) in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

We have a few costas in Kings Lynn, but not one of them compares to the one on the North Lynn St nicholas Retail Park. There is a boy there who we dont know the name of, but he has dark hair and has been ther near enough fromopening, and he plays around with my mum and myself when he see's us, then there is Gabby.... she throws abuse at us, she plays around, she completely hammers my poor mum with abuse for "not ordering a normal coffee" .... and we LOVE HER!!! This coffee shop has honestly become a place to go for cheering up, for uplifting, and to relax yet have fun. The atmosphere is amazing, food and drinks are spot on, and the service is a 10 star! They are caring, funny, and seriously we feel we have become part of the costa crew! If there was any way we could give our thanks to them, we would love to know how, because they honestly deserve an award for being the best coffee shop in KIngs Lynn, if not just for the banter. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS for making our tripss out an enjoyable one!

Always friendly and helpful. Efficient quick service and lots of love of smiles. Exactly what you want as a customer. Drive through is a completely different experience in comparison to other drive thru businesses

Same old Costa , like it or leave it,just went for coffee

Nice airy modern store, great tasting coffee and most importantly, amazingly friendly staff.

Fantastic service always buy the guys and girls that work in this costa. Always happy when serving or going through drive through and always pleasant and patient with my daughter before school runs in the morning as well and engaging. Great team working there.

They never have any croissant, and when it is hot they never have medium iced cups, which is very disappointing.

Great Costa with friendly staff and a lovely warm atmosphere. The staff couldn't have helped any more if they had tried, their enthusiasm and friendly attitudes spilled over into their coffee brewing, a great coffee made very well. I would recommend it to any coffee lover.

Stopped for much needed caffeine with my newborn and 6 year old before his gym class. The girls were great with the kids and let my son have extra marshmallows for being a good big brother 💙

Exceptional service, and was served the best oat flat white I've ever had. I have a heartbreaking intolerance to lactose and they were more than happy to check the allergen book for the new syrups. I wish I could teleport this store to my hometown so I could visit frequently. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you Luke for my beautiful coffee!

Very expensive for what it is, my wife has dietary requirements and asked for half a shot of ginger syrup, they didn't listen and gave her a full shot

As a speciality barista and coffee snob, it can be tricky to find a quality coffee. Much to my surprise, I found it in this Costa. I always order a double espresso to take away, and I’m met with wonderful flavour every time. Additionally, the staff are wonderful each time I stop by. If you need a nice coffee and you’re in the area, stop by. Lovely little Costa this one, better than most others

Excellent I went through the drive through yesterday, the guy on the counter was enthusiastic, friendly and helpful , needs to be rewarded for such excellent service and the coffee was excellent too Genuine 5* experience

Lovely coffee as per usual at Costa. I would just be mindful of how long you are parked as there is a time limit of 3 hours and you will be issued with a fine if you go over this. Yes, there are signs although you don’t always take notice of them when nattering with a friend on the way in. It would have been helpful of the staff, who weren’t busy, to politely let us know or at least have it on the wall in the dining area. I won’t be visiting again as I find it rude to clock watch when you’re catching up with an old friend.

Lovely new design coffee shop. Feels very cosy! Staff are hard working and really polite even during busy hours.

Had my order forgotten about at first despite my receipt laying on the counter for staff to see. When my drink was made, I waited for my cake and then was asked what else I was waiting for! Not great but appreciate it’s a new store
