Costa Coffee in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

How can a coffee shop not have a decaf coffee! No alternative offered, slow survive. Very disappointing.

Perfect environment for me to complete some paperwork, with a delicious sausage roll and a couple of coffees. Clean and the staff were amazing.

This costa is brilliant. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. The food and drink is always perfect.

Just went to the drive through and ordered a salted caramel frappe and a whip latte. Store was super busy and there was a miscommunication at the order point but the lady at the drive through was lovely and the drinks were 10/10 despite how busy they were. Thank you!!!

Nice spot for a Costa and has all you need for a quick stop en route whether at the drive through or stopping in store.

stopped off with the girlfriend on our way to a hotel for a break away from kids and stuff going on .chilled out on a sofa had a coffee and a slice of cake

Getting very expensive and usually a bit of a wait for drink and food. It is good quality but service and price could be improved.

If outside seating is provided then seating should be be kept clean and dry after inclement weather.

Sorry Downham but today must have been a bad day, 27/09/23, service slow , over charged, drink not hot and why you cannot keep the butter out of the fridge now the is cooler, very disappointed as I use costa most days.

Nothing wrong with the place but shuts am hour earlier than stated on Google which is a shame.

Absolutely ridiculously priced place to go. Over £17 for a cold drink, coffee, sandwich and piece of cake. Can't blame the staff as they only work there, they were great!

New to the town but lovely to have just round the corner. Easy walk when you need a treat.

A new addition to the area and felt like a nice relaxing atmosphere with the usual great coffee and muffin!

I don't dislike this outlet. Indeed very friendly staff with a warm welcome. It's just the care and presentation of the product. I ordered a medium cappuccino and again it was presented to me like a mixed brown broth. It feels by experience that speed is the only priority and the quality really suffers and detracts from the overall experience. It might have been a busy bad day, but this is the second visit with the same outcome. This is a luxury and does come at a cost. Looking forward to visiting again soon, hopefully all be as other Costa outlets are producing.

The staff are always very happy and cheerful with lovely service. I go with my son who is in a wheelchair and they always bring our drinks over to us and are very patient whilst my son chooses what he would like…….

Lovely new Costa and very friendly staff.

This Costa branch is really well stocked with a great selection and variety of food, snacks and cakes. It's far better range and availability than our local one at Ely. So much so that we were tempted to divert from the Ely one and make a trip out. Definitely will visit again.
