Superb. Atmosphere felt nice and relaxed, the service was great - man who served us behind the counter was really helpful, polite and welcoming. The food was superb, I had a bubble waffle creme egg, and my wife had a mini egg normal waffle. The milkshakes are great too. This now our number 1 dessert spot.

A few years ago when it first opened I went there and it was okay, but recently it has come on leaps and bounds. It's brilliant. The service is fast, you scan the QR code and order and pay before so that saves you waiting around. Getting into to the desserts, I went there with my family and they all ordered the cooki dough which was brilliant. I offed the old school sticky toffee pudding. Seriously it was something else. Exceptional. Good quality cake that is made in site and the custard was not too sweet the way I like it. Quality tea and coffee too. I travel on business all over the world and this is up there. I know friends who travel miles for this place. Worth it.

I wouldn't recomend coming here after having a bad experience coming with a guy i dated last year, we ordered milkshakes with only a family of 4 sitting in the room so they wern't busy and it took the staff 30 minutes to make us milkshakes which i think unaceptable, i mean how long does a milkshake take to make? Would never come back

Outstanding all round. Great staff, friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere and comfy seating. You can enjoy a delicious range of cakes, waffles, crepes, gelato and more in an unhurried and welcoming environment. I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

Love this little gem! Staff are just so lovely. A real treat of a place. Great for kids and we can take the dog and sit outside. Lots of delicious waffles, crepes, pancakes and milkshakes to chose from.

My family loved the desserts! The service was good and the staff seemed so passionate about the restaurant! We did have to wait twenty minutes for takeaway but the tables were clean and comfortable so we didn’t mind!

My family and I went here on Saturday night and we were served by Abir where we got 2 salted caramel cakes and some hot drinks. The cakes were delicious and the coffees were excellent quality. Abir and his staff took allergy and food safety very seriously and ensured that all food and dessert was the highest quality. Also they do an excellent range of vegan cakes and ice creams. Great atmosphere and nice owner, really recommend this place we will definitely be coming again.

Came along today to this place to treat daughter to a dessert. It was about 16.30 and the restaurant had two families seated inside. We wanted to sit on the tables that were outdoors. Arrived there and the waitress came out and said that we can order via the menu on the app but said that it would be a 30 minute wait for food as said they were busy and did we want to wait?! Needless to say we didn’t hang around! Are they kidding me - 30 minutes to make a waffle with some ice cream - how ridiculous! There were 2 staff behind the counter. Restaurants make 3 course dinners with a full restaurant and never even then have was had to wait 30 minutes not even for a starter. What an absolute joke! Such a shame as the menu looked good but we shan’t be attempting to go there ever again in fear that they will be too busy for us and it’ll be another wasted trip!

Excellent ice cream flavours, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The pudding in amazing, you will not want ice cream from anywhere else!

Having seen rave reviews, tried to visit with elderly parents and a 4 year old yesterday. Unfortunately, can’t review the desserts as the staff ignored us for 10 minutes even though there were two tables still available and at least 3 staff serving. It was an achievement to ignore us as four of us were standing in their way but even though I called out to one of them, and he told me he’d be with me in a minute, he simply went back behind the counter to move things around without further acknowledgment- so we left. I’d call this bad customer service. Products were not on view to see either, might be because of the heat. But we won’t be back.

Some of the poorest customer service I have ever received. Near enough empty shop - 2 people behind the Tills frantically running around looking stressed. Unable to take an order despite shop being nearly enough empty after waiting good ten minutes at the counter. Didn’t seem interested in engaging with their customers either. Bad experience hopefully it’s a one off.
