Incredible experience. Great food, location and service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and easily accessible on a day trip from london.

The food was extraordinary and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and it was nice to be seated somewhere where the tables weren’t like Tetris leaving you knocking into a poor diner next door when you want to get up! The only improvements I can think of are ensuring the full drinks menu is in stock and better signage from the car park. Having said that, I highly recommend.

Lovely Sunday lunch! Home cooked and very tasty! Nice place - not too big / crowded. Soft 60’s background music so you could chat. You can see food being prepared and cooked in the barn. Service was great 👍

Booked a table for breakfast after hearing about how good the food was. The food is really incredible and the portions were a good size. Presentation was faultless. Three young girls served us between them and the attention to details was spot on from each of them. Atmosphere was relaxing and we didn't feel rushed. Very relaxing, delicious breakfast and we'll 100% be returning to try the rest of the menu.

A first-time visit for a birthday treat and what a treat it turned out to be. 'Brunch' hardly seems to do justice to the quality of food of offer. It's 'Aussie themed' apparently and, if so, our cousins Down Under eat far better than I would have ever imagined. Excellent VFM too, plus an ambient soundtrack perfectly suited to our nostalgic tastes. (Clue is in the review title.) Nearly full at 1:00 p.m. on a Thursday so maybe - as said in a previous review - more seating needed if possible without cramping people in.

Beautifully cooked and presented food. Good service and good value. Nice venue. Overall great experience. We will definitely come again.

It’s become very popular so now having to book almost every visit. Not enough tables so perhaps time to enclose and shelter and heat patio.

The food here is above your normal cafe or brunch place . Amazing .Cant wait to go back and do lunch as we tried breakfast . Nice inside too.

The staff are always so lovely and welcoming. The food is always consistently amazing. One of my favourite places to come.

This is the best lunch that we have had for a very long time! We all had the nut loaf with all the trimmings. Delicious , well cooked and plenty on our plates. I can't fault this.

Absolutely lovely restaurant with care taken to cater to my gluten free needs. Food was delicious and lovely atmosphere. We will be back!

The place is lovely, and well decorated. It was clean. Food was amazing - the portions were spot on. We all had burgers which were so tasty. I had the Maldon chips, and the mac and cheese for a side. Oh and the coleslaw! Honestly all so tasty - I do not have one negative. Literally can’t wait to try the brunch now

Visited Black pig on a Sunday morning for brunch and it was very tasty. The presentation of the dishes is fantastic along with the excellent ingredients make each meal very enjoyable. We ordered the veggie brunch and Eggs Royale which I added a portion of streaky bacon as an extra. We also had the hash browns as a side dish which would have been nicer if the portion was for four and not three to save fighting for the odd one . Overall well worth a visit for some quality food.

For anyone who enjoys good food this should be high on your list to visit. I called in with a friend for late breakfast and had the smashed avocado with bacon. My friend had Kippers. Both were superb. It was a sunny weekday morning and there were 5 tables occupied outside and several inside. The staff were busy but efficient and friendly. I have been before and the place just keeps getting better. A real gem in a fabulous spot with delicious food.

What a surprise of a place to eat. We were looking for a late breakfast brunch in the locality. The presentation was first class, as good as any bistro in the area and the taste matched the look, delicious. Will be back again soon. Coffee was lovely too.

Great Food, Great Service in a unique environment We were a party of 6, started by sharing the Korean Cauliflower “wings” and potato croquettes that were being trialled which were superb Then 3 x Danbury Massives, 2 x Chicken plus one half a lobster which we had pre-ordered Sides of fries, slaw chicken and drinks were then followed by some superb ice creams Service was great & having also been here for breakfast / brunch it’s a place I would thoroughly recommend

We attended The Farm Café by Black Pig for their Fathers Day Open Fire BBQ event. I am very happy to report that it was a truly stunning experience. Due to some issues with the weather the team had a pivot from the original plans but I am happy to report this did not impact the day one bit. The service was outstanding. Upon arrival we we greeted with with a very warm welcome and a glass of prosecco. They had moved the dinning to the Café and made it a more traditional 'family style' offering with us all on long tables, passing food up and down. This was perfect as we all sat in the sunshine conversing with not only our group but others in attendance. The atmosphere was really lovely and we all left with extremely full tummies. You have made new fans here and we will 100% be keeping an eye out for future events.

Really great brunch on a Sunday. The menu gives some great choices, really well thought out and good drinks too. We had sourdough with eggs, sausage, bacon, eggs and mushrooms with a hollandaise sauce - so tasty with high quality produce. We sat out side as was warm (it is a sun trap) and was a good atmosphere. Dogs are welcome and the staff are lovely. We will be going to the burger nights soon.

This little gem in the countryside is simply next level. Such value for money and quality of a high end London eatery. Never disappointed but the roast are extra special!

Although we live locally the power of social media shared this gem and we were not disappointed The venue although simple is welcoming and rustic. The food has no comparison, you can smell how delicious it is before you even try it Absolutely value for money. Staff very friendly and a credit to The Farm Cafe Next try will be the brunch!

This is now my favourite local for brunch. I have eaten here several times and each time the food has been amazing and beautifully presented . I particularly love the eggs benny - perfectly poached each time. The smoked salmon is beautiful and locally smoked. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Great location and lovely to be able to eat inside the barn or outside and bring our dogs. Have recommended to all my friends and will be back soon!

Went to the cafe today with my friend and had the brunch which consists of sausages, portobello mushroom, eggs, spinach, sauce with a side of bacon on sourdough bread and enjoyed every mouthful...can not rate this cafe high enough. The ambience, staff and food are all 100%!!! Try it and you see what you have been missing

My Daughter and I had a nice relaxing breakfast here today. I had Eggs Benny and she had Charcuterie on toast. Very good choice of menu. Breakfast feels like a main meal here depending on what you have. Service is always good too.

If you are visiting expecting a typical full English then you will probably be a little disappointed. The “full brunch” breakfast here is definitely on the healthier side……if you don’t have the hollandaise. Two slices of sourdough toast, wilted spinach, two poached eggs, a field mushroom, a sausage and hollandaise sauce. Surprisingly the brunch didn’t come with bacon for which you had to pay extra. The eggs were cooked prefectly, the bacon crispy and the field mushroom juicy. The sausage disappointed as it was quite firm and dry. As I didn’t have the hollandaise my breakfast was overall a bit dry. The food here is quite good, if a bit on the pricey side, but lovers of a traditional full English maybe a little disappointed.

Amazing find - needed to fill an hour before a wedding at Vaulty Manor nearby and came here for brunch. Best pancake stack I’ve ever had. Husband was very chuffed they were selling pecan tart and took one to go. If we’re ever in the area again, we would go again.

I’m a regular here because of the amazing food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Couldn’t recommend more! Oat milk chai latte is beautiful :) and as a veggie, I can’t rave about their food enough. Can’t understand where the 1 star review has come from, hmmmm…

Can’t beat the food here for miles. It may be more expensive than other local places but it’s definitely worth it & other cafes just don’t compare. Staff always friendly & the location is lovely.

Great breakfast in the sun on the courtyard. Very simple menu not pretentious and executed perfectly. Smoke salmon and avo on toast with poached eggs and hollandaise? Incredible way to start the day, very particular about my poachies but they were perfect and it was presented beautifully. Very hospitable and friendly staff, great drinks selection AND very reasonably priced. Will be back.

Great spot & lovely food! A really nice vibe in the restaurant, great coffee(!!) & even better food with fresh ingredients. Sometimes the wait is a little long for coffee if they’re busy but I would rather wait and have a good coffee than a rushed one. Look forward to making my way through the menu, also very dog friendly 🐶
