Best pizza in Chelmsford in my opinion and the coolest pizza place name.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, didn't get them or anything else. Awful restaurant clearly run by people who don't know what they are doing. I ended up going elsewhere I suggest if your reading this you do the same.

Pizza delivered was not what I ordered, they wouldn't change it and said they would give a 50% refund and after 8 days still no refund will not use again as its not the 1st time they've sent wrong order

Don't waste your money if I could upload the picture of the food that was delivered here.. you wouldn't give it to a tramp. Very disappointed.

Took my order and my money but didn’t deliver, I had to drive there to collect my refund.

2 hour delivery time?? Get in the bin

I went with kids to get 1 pizza and I was told to wait 10-15 min, after that they told me our pizza wasn't made... So again a 20min we were waiting... I do understand the shop is busy but at least inform your clients that it will take longer... Second of all first you should make orders for collection and then take away as we were only waiting for our 1pizza :)

This place is awesome. So, so much better than the mainstream pizza places. It's the first time I've ever had to put a pizza in the boot of my car as they do 20" pizzas! So, so big and tasty. Also you can tell the kids you're going to Pizza planet, just like in Toy Story! Please try this place out. You will not be disappointed 👍👍👍👍👍

I've always liked the thin crust pizzas they do . Probably the only real Italian pizza shop around :)

We got stck for couple of hours in Chelmsford, as bus stopped and did not go further to Stanstead airport. We firs wanted the coffee, but pizzas looked very appealing so we got Meat Combo with cheesy bites crust. That was yummy. They seamed busy enough - Friday night...

Been here a few times, the pizza is very nice, but almost everytime has been late (Over an hour, when I've been advised it will be 45 minutes) The most recent time I've ordered from here (The night this review is being posted) I got a call from them confirming the address and it transpired they were at the wrong house. Slightly apologetic but there was no offer of a discount of some sort, which I thought was due as the pizza took just under an hour and a half to get here and it was cold. Food itself definitely worth it but I would recommend collecting yourself (if possible) and not using delivery.

This was my first visit here and the first pizza paner in my life. The place: I hadn't had a planet pizza before and I didn't know about their special offers either. I walked in ordered a 7" pizza paid and were waiting. While I was waiting I read the menu where I saw that for walk in customers there was a special offer, buy 1 get one free. When I asked a member of the staff, he didn't know how to avoid a straight answer but at the end he admitted that I was entitled to a free pizza. I think he should have told me and not "waiting" for me to ask. I used to work in hospitality we always used to tell the guests what special offer we had. So this was disappointing. But the pizza itself was lovely, tha pizza base was just as I like it, and the toppings were also nice. Tthankyou
