VILE Pizza! How you can undercook a pizza is beyond me

Disgusting, Cutlery dirty, plates dirty, hair in food. Ask for table To be cleaned and staff wasn’t impressed Staff just chat don’t ask if you’re ok. Place was filthy. Walked Out. Made us feel sick!!!! 🤢

Always earlier than time given. I only order for myself but always delivered hot and delicious by a friendly driver. Cannot fault them!

I often come to Tim Hortons to sit on my computer working whilst having a cheap drink. What I noticed today was how exceptionally clean it was. I am often happy that I can work somewhere that is quiet during the day and where the food is cheap but what stood out to me more than that was the cleanliness. As I worked, I noticed a young woman going around cleaning. She was so thorough as if she took her job seriously. Rarely do you see anyone in any restaurant taking such care. She cleaned every part of the restaurant barely being noticed by anyone and I was so inspired by her work ethic and dedication to her job! She should get a pay rise! I saw her name was Rebecca and so think she should be honoured for the hard work she does. I want to say thank you to her!

This is the 3rd time i have been there in last couple of Months and the service i have to say is terrible. it took them 20 Mins overall to take my receipt to the counter that i got from the machine and then serve me what i wanted and even then got one of them wrong {gave me two hot wings instead of the 3 i ordered}, and other 2 times i wanted a Variety meal and the woman behind the counter said because it wasn't on there machines i couldn't have one, but then when supervisor came after 10 Minutes of arguing , finally ordered one for me. Thinking of not going there again, shame is the branch in Aldgate , London is pretty good, but this lot are inept and basically shocking

Upon arrival with no previous awareness from Bourgee that this was going to be CLOSED! I was shown an A4 piece of paper on the door stating it was 'closed due to maintenance'.. Thanks for the update! How can I turn up to a restaurant with no email or notification being sent and the only way i found out was not even from a worker but from an A4 sheet of paper, is just ludicrous. Not even been open long and seems to be a shambles from the get go! PANTS, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

I had a cheeseburger and a coke the food was fine but some of the chips were cold but the rest was nice will go back

VERY disappointed on food quality… chicken cheep frozen tasteless … SAUCE .. gloopy .. 5 small pieces of what’s suppose to be chicken in my dish. won’t be ordering again YUCK!

Terrible experience at this restaurant! I order a burger along with a large pizza the stuff was awful to taste it was unhygienic and dry! The staff there are such racist people they treat you with no respect and they got zero discipline! The burger they packed for me contain a patty with no sauce or salad! There services are so damn slow I literally have to wait 40 minutes to get my pizza only for it taste disgusting! When I ask for the damn sauce they didn't even acknowledge it and put it in their ugly shelf! They don't even have the curtesy to say thankyou or be kind! Won't recommend even to my enemy! If you want to waste your money go for it!
