Not good at all my son found bit of plastic in he's food. Wish I kept it but put in bin. Food wos taistless aswell. Rice wos sticky and stuck together. WARNING!! Do not use this place. Discussing..
Food was terrible here, lukewarm and tasted awful. I would rather visit the many other outlets in the food court. Save your money as it’s not cheap either
Upon arrival with no previous awareness from Bourgee that this was going to be CLOSED! I was shown an A4 piece of paper on the door stating it was 'closed due to maintenance'.. Thanks for the update!
How can I turn up to a restaurant with no email or notification being sent and the only way i found out was not even from a worker but from an A4 sheet of paper, is just ludicrous.

Ordered from here countless times over the years. Today I had their ‘driver’ ring me up giving me attitude, shouting and demanding I go down to collect my pizza! He even threatened to drive off with it. Excuse me? I pay £3.50 for delivery I expect to get delivery. Shocking customer service! Clearly need to recruit some new drivers who can actually do their jobs.

Subway should start vending their stuff. Service is poor went in to order at the green street branch 5pm in the evening and the staff didn't want to serve was told machine not working. It was more like I cannot be bothered.
I was here with my partner and 11 month old for a pit-stop on the way to family for Christmas. After spending 150 quid on food and fuel we tried to leave but a traffic jam had formed all the way from the main road right into the car park so after sitting in stationary traffic in the carpark we decided to wait it out back in the services.
The traffic eventually cleared and we left exactly 2 hours and 34 mins after arriving. I know this because when we got home after Christmas a parking charge was waiting for me issued because I didn't pay for my 34 minutes over the free two hours. Never mind that I spent 150 quid there, never mind that I'm a regular visitor, and never mind that I was physically unable to leave the site which constitutes a frustration of contract.
I appealed under mitigating circumstances, it was rejected. I appealed to the adjudicator POPLA, it was rejected. I brought the to the attention of moto services director Ken McMeikan to let him know his customers were being ripped off by predatory parking frim CP Plus aka Group Nexus and was told it was nothing to do with them. I'm appealed at the way they've handled this.
FOUND A HAIR IN MY MILKSHAKE order the food to my door took 30 minutes to come I only live down the road and enjoyed my meal until I opened my milkshake to mix it.
Very slow service, food cold,
chips soggy, tables dirty and sticky, prices gone up! A young lad taking orders spoke way too fast with no enthusiasm at all and got my order wrong. I was shocked to witness the way a male manager spoke to a lad infront of staff and customers, rude with a bad attitude. You are employing inexperienced kids yet expect perfection, no chance! But this does not give you the right to belittle your staff, what a great role model you are, stand proud Sir!!!
I witnessed a server touching her nose and preparing food. There were mistakes with my order. Staff were extremely busy and obviously understaffed. Wait times were unexceptionable.
Slow and very unhygienic. Very slow, they don’t care about customers, no customer service at all. Worst thing that they touch a food with out glows and then give a change(and this is COVID now) and then make another sandwich for a next customer with out washing a hands.
Avoid this place. They don’t care about food safety.
I am still in shock regarding what happened at capital kebab today. We went to the window to order and said “hi you okay” to the man cutting the kebab and he said “NO IM NOT” we thought he was joking and asked again and he started muttering telling us to “go the F*** away” I was flabbergasted. He then carried on swearing and then branded his kebab knife up and down in a threatening manner where we then asked if he had a problem, and he came up to the window aggressive and argumentative which then made us defensive, we literally had no idea what on earth we had done, then he got his phone out and told us to hold on acting like he was going to call someone to what? Come and hurt us? What a joke. I don’t know who this employer is, haven’t seen him there before but you need to get rid of him asap before either police gets involved or he hurts a customer. He got back what he tried to give with force from me as no one has the right to speak to anyone the way he did. We literally came there from the jubilee celebrations, all happy and chirpy until we came across his mug. Absolutely disgusting human. I should add the other young guy was apologetic and offered our food for free but we still paid. For reference, he is short in stature, small eyes and has stubble. BEWARE IF HE IS THERE, IT LOOKED LIKE HE WANTED TO USE THAT KEBAB KNIFE.
this take away is not one of the best but not the worst. do not like their buggers or their chips. my kids quite like their pizza,but over all.would not be using them that often
