Subway in Thurrock

There was no cheese in either of our subways although everything else was given.

Great experience, will order again.

When I place an order for delivery , without being rude, I expect it to be delivered.. I really don’t expect to have to go out to the car and collect it without the delivery driver even bothering to get out of his car .

Food was un-edible! Everything was stale! Awful

Better hire some monkeys, will do a better job. How hard is to follow a recipe? Unbelievable, i don't remember last time when i paid for something that i can't eat. Avoid this place.

I was fined for washing my hands outside my truck with soap and water...I was fined £100...by an officer because the toilets and showers for the drivers were dirty ...she wouldn't give me a receipt. Has this ever happened to other drivers?

Yet another disastrous experience. First my Greggs order got cancelled half an hour after placing it and after the driver was supposedly 'at the restaurant'. So I tried subway, quick delivery although wrong order/items. No cheese in sub and no ice cream!

I paid for added extras and didn't get them. This is not the first time this had happened, not just with subway but other restaurants too and just eat refuses to refund. It's basically theft and I'm not happy about it!

This store ALWAYS sends the wrong food on purpose. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black because the one time I entered the store I felt a hostile atmosphere from them but ever time I order cookies they give me the wrong ones. I actually do recommend ordering from these idiots because you can always get a refund from Uber eats as this subway will always mess up your order. Free meals I guess

Sandwich not cut in half and was made very sloppy with all the fillings falling out. Wrong drink was sent as well. Disappointed as normally good.

Felt the sauce was alittle less but otherwise OK

Food arrived cold, pigs in blankets were basically 5 cocktail sausages with 2 bits of bacon and they sent the wrong crisps…

My subway wasn’t toasted like requested. And there was hardly any meat inside. So I have an untoasted roll with some salad in. 👎🏼

Side salad was missing and it was for my 3y old boy. Bit disappointed, other than that was fine.

Don't know what's happened to this place. The lady that used to work here was such a nice happy helpful person. The people working here now are the complete opposite. Rude, unhelpful, walk away talking to their colleague instead of servicing customers. Didn't put gloves on, spooned the meat out with her hand. Couple of days ago I was here, the servers continued talking to each over the whole time, didn't even hear me say I wanted coffee. Whoever is in charge here needs to take a good look at the employees and provide some training. Won't be returning.

Honestly the worst experience of my life to date and I can stomach a lot. 2 pieces of hair and raw chicken. Feel sick.

Your driver refuses to come to the door. All other drivers do, it this particular driver calls before he arrives, says he is not allowed to come into a block of flats and makes us come to his car to get the delivery.

Foot long arrived as a 6 inch. Wrong drink with “foot long” meal too. SHOCKING

Food cold and no crisps delivered

Lady was VERY rude on phone and hung up on me twice! I then drove there to make an order at 8.35pm (says closes 9pm) and she had closed it all, I said she shouldn’t just keep doing that as people come on time for it to be shut! She was rude

Ordered and paid for double meat and extra cheese. Barely had cheese in the sub and the meat was not double

Food was terrible. Everything we ordered either had something missing or was wrong, They even didn’t deliver a part of our order so didn’t receive it, very annoyed as it is hardly cheap.

I ordered a Pepsi and a tango orange and got a Pepsi max and a tropical drench

I got different foods and the didnt followed my queries. I got different bread also I got olives but ny partner dont like it so I didnt wanted plus I ordered tango orange but I got Robinson peach juice.. its shame

Very disappointed, our subs basically a big disappointment, one sub had barely any sauce the other sub BMT had three pieces of ham just filled with vegetables, very disappointed, the Gray's store is better, I will never order from lakeside branch again

I ordered a plain sub without sauce ,for my child as she allergic to mayonnaise ..when food arrived their was lots mayonnaise in it .So she could not eat it and a very hungry sad child

Not happy with my order, as a couple of bits were missing.

Ordered a toasted sub and it arrived stone cold. Ordered 6 hash browns and only got 4.

Opening time Google showing till 20:00 but 19:20 forget you get anything, lady said closed.

The driver didn't have a clue where he was going, couldn't take instruction over the phone for me to guide him clearer. When the food eventually arrived it was stone cold. Not what I'd expect when spending £30 on 3 sandwiched. Oh, and instead of 7up free I received mountain dew.

The bread was stale, the food was crushed and not taken care of, missing veg , just looked like a complete mess and the Doritos were burnt to the point they were black, also the other sub had no sauce in, whoever made must of done it on purpose there’s no way you could mess up that worst takeaway I’ve ever received

Got delivered completely the wrong sandwich and roll was ripped apart to fill instead of cut.

I ordered 3 items Doritos, pack of 3 cookies and a 6inch sub. However, I was relieved a foot long sun which was nothing like I ordered and none of the extras

The subs were wrong, ordered hearty Italian and 9 grain wheat received 9 grain multi seed & Italian white . Hardly any chicken filling and received spring onion instead of red onion. Won’t be ordering from this location again !! Cannot fault delivery tho

I ordered a roast chicken salad double meat, lettuce double cucumber and double sweetcorn. What has been delivered looks like it has been swept up off the ground. Cucmber not fresh, lettuce not great either and bits of red onion in box too. Shockingly bad and overpriced inedible filth!

The delivery Andreas was like 3 minutes away and then the driver just completely left the delivery area and then brought it back to the restaurant and left it there so I had to go out into the cold with no jacket and go to the restaurant and collect my food this was very bad service I’m not going to use again

My roll was not edible tasted stale was toasted too long and crumbles as u tried to pick it up let along eat it very disappointed was more like french toast

The woman who served us was absolutely lovely, very kind and polite and went the extra mile to make my vegan meal extra special! The very nice lady needs a promotion to head office!

Delivery was over an hour late. Phoned the restaurant and the lady didn’t have a clue.

The chicken was chewy and just generally wasn't very nice.

Waited for this order for 2 hours!! Then came up and said delivered on although hadn’t received anything. Had to ring just eat to sort it out for me, fortunately they did. Food was so so cold. Wouldn’t order/recommend ordering from here.

Never order from Subway after 2h waiting my food never came,but they mark as delivered.I am not happy.They left me hungry and I spend my last money to buy food I can’t go out to get food.I never going to use Subway again.They even didint apologies

Subway is always a reliably delicious and healthy meal. Could eat it every day.

Order extremely late. Placed order at 14:18 and delivery was meant to be 14:50. Food didn't arrive and the delivery time was pushed back to 15:10. This time came and went and the Just Eat app said "waiting for an update". 30mins later and it still said the same thing so I had to call Just Eat to find out what was going on. Staff said there was no driver but my order said a driver was assigned. Simply said IF a driver is assigned, I will get an update. Just after putting the phone down, I get an update sayingy order will arrive at 16:00. Took 3 times the length of time to get my lunch which should have only taken 30mins, and when it did arrive, all the hot items were cold and my sub was cold and soggy! Worst £20 I've ever spent! Very unhappy!

Order basically wrong. Tried calling the restaurant and the phone has been busy for half an hour. Clearly they do not read the orders that come through and can’t be bothered to hang up the phone.

I ordered again after they messed up original order. Food didn’t arrive when I spoke to the restaurant they said it had left and they had done their duty and I must take it up with just eat. Again I spoke to the restaurant and they assured me food left half an hour ago and they couldn’t contact the driver. The driver was very very rude when he came. Told me to do my worse and basically dropped the food on the floor and walked away. This is unacceptable. Will never order from them again
