Ordered a New Yorker and Ultimate Korean BBQ Chicken (spicy in an enjoyable way), both arrived warm and were delicious ~ 5/5 Got the Chick n Mix - the wings and kickers are ok, but the chicken strippers lack all chicken flavour so I wouldn’t recommend hahaha ~2/5 The delivery was quick and the driver was very nice nonetheless :)

Please AVOID this place - I got severe food poisoning from this place, when we went to pick it up it looked like a dirty place with dirty people working there and the pizza wasn’t hot. Only came here because our local one was closed.

A pizza almost with no cheese.. We are regular customers and we always order tuna pizza, the last 4,5 times the pizza is cut weird, some big pieces and the others are so tiny, we pass that and when we barley have any tuna, we thought it’s fine we will order extra tuna, but what’s not acceptable which’s happening the last two times is the pizza almost have no cheese!!!! Why, are you guys saving it or what? What kind of pizza have no cheese.. so disappointing.

We absolutely loved the food! The pizza was delicious and the Greek salad was very fresh.

Have only ever ordered delivery. Food is always well cooked and comes in a good time. The app is really good, you make whatever changes you want. Only negative is the price, is expensive if you don’t get any deals.

I ordered a meat pizza and a ham and I got a deal for two pizzas so I recommend you check that out. I loved how crunchy the crust was and I think it was the perfect cheese to tomato to meat ratio and I'm in love. There was an issue where I had to wait a bit (I ordered earlier and came to collect it around the time they said my order was done) for my chicken but I think it might just have been a miscommunication issue with someone who seemed to be new. All in all, the staff were polite and I didn't wait too long. There's also parking in front of the domino's although it is slightly limited.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a “domino’s standard” pizza from this place. So I’ve not bothered order pizza from here after the first 3x. But one evening a decided to order just dessert. Just cookies and ice cream. It doesn’t even turn up. I call after 40 mins (once the app has said it’s been “delivered”), I’m assured it’s “on its way” and will be with me within the next “10-15 minutes”. 40 minutes later, I call again to ask where my dessert is. I’m placed on hold. The guy then says, I can issue you a refund or “try” to get another one sent out to you? I didn’t realise that when you order from Domino’s there’s a percentage chance of your order actually reaching you. I was under the impression, you make an order, it turns up. Is that not the business model? Anyway, I select refund as there’s no guarantee I’ll even receive the order. It will take 3-5 working days!? Without apology. I’m livid - genuinely seething. What poor, POOR service. And a stain on the Domino’s chain. Not just for this occasion, but for consistently missing the mark.

I contacted the Grays branch as the cheese twist dough balls had pepperoni in. I have been vegetarian for 25yrs and tucked into one with pepperoni as I couldn't see it from the outside. I called the store and spoke to a woman that quite frankly sounded like she couldn't care less. She did offer a refund or replacement, but there was not a single point that I recieved an apology. Instead I had to ask for one. I found this situation very upsetting and feel that this could have been handled much more kindly. She informed me that an apology was going to be at the end of the conversation, I think your staff need more training. I understand mistakes happen, but the fact there wasn't an apology has made matters much worse. Its not like my dietary requirements are just a fad. Its been 25yrs.

Ordered a pizza online rung up after an hour to ask where pizza is and was told its a 2½ hour wait. Asked for a refund takes 3-5 days . Second time this has happened would advise to ring first before ordering or go somewhere else . Less than 1 star

I was very satisfied with my order yesterday 02/12. It was timely and the attendant who's name is Ethan was very professional and polite. He had time for my husband and i as we didn't know what to choose for our toppings. This is the second time Ethan has served us and he always carries a smile on his face 👍..The pizza was very hot and delicious 😋 👍. Thank you Ethan

I couldn’t give them less than 1 star, I wish I could give them 0. I will never order here again. I was told my delivery is on the way and when I rang them half hour later the guy in the phone still told me it’s with the driver. I asked him if he could contact the driver, he did contact him and the driver informed him that the pizza went wrong address. How on earth would you do that? That’s it for me this place is a a mess. Never again would I spend my money here again.

Constantly missing items and when you call them they don't care. Better off buying a frozen pizza from the Tesco next door.

We ordered veg pizza today and hot and spicy pizza . we do not eat beef did hot and spicy as it is veg and did realize my mistake too . I just asked them if they can replace this with veg one but they straight way refused it even not offered free delivery for another pizza . we are really disappointed with dominos now never gona order from them now.

Went in shop to order food , they refused to take orders by saying “we don’t have enough staff to take orders” ! It’s Ridiculous! Never again!

Can't even make a cheese and tomato pizza! Scrimping on cheese and scrimping on sauce on a cheese and tomato Pizza is scandalous. Almost £20 for a piece of cold bread! Ever since New management this place has truly gone to pot! Had too many issues on my recent orders, missed toppings, missed items, lateness.. worst one was when I rang and asked about the missing Jalapeños they replied "well we ran out.." (!?) You could have at least called me to let me know I could have cancelled the order! Even that order was scrimping on cheese and the base sauce was non existent! What atrociousness is this? I was told I'll get a refund on two orders last month which never came. Not holding out on that either you can keep it. Can't get it delivered from a other branch either so am stuck with these incompetent ppl. No more! Will be ordering Papa John's from now on , thanks a bunch Dominos! If you're reading this, save yourself the trouble and stay clear. Have a good day.

I ordered last night a gluten free pizza and I can Say it was the worst pizza I ever tried, I coudn’t Even eat more than one slice! Make sure you don’t order a gluten free pizza, it’s expensive and terrible! They charge £15 for a small pizza which probably was frozen and made in the microwave… and not to mention that was burned! Today I have indigestion for that slice I ate! Avoid!!!

Ordered a week ago,over the phone, the staff member was very polite when, When I came to pick up my order with an instance I had been asked If I had already ordered or is wanting to place an order and was told the wait time for collection which at that time 15-20 minutes when time had passed 'Ethan' made sure everything was correct with my order. Thanks Domino's will be ordering again 10/10

Poor costumer service , as the usual .. don't bother to go to store much easier to order online ..

They literally got everything but the drink on my order wrong. Even then the delivery guy dropped the drink outside my house and didnt say anything so it exploded when I went to open it. never again.

I have felt too embarrassed to actually write about this experience but it really got to me when I had guests at my house who wanted to order from Dominos and I said no. Dominos had continuously made mistakes on my previous orders. The last time I complained they delivered a replacement pizza covered in curly hairs and I don't like thinking about which part of the body they came for. It still traumatises me.

We ordered large pizza. But but pizza looks small. Not happy customer. And staff didnt say anything. So no more next time.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order tonight and the money came out of my bank, but I received no confirmation email - assumed it was a glitch in the system. After an hour waiting for delivery, I phoned the store, only to be told they have no record of my order. Then why did the money leave my bank account? Was told twice there was no record of my order, then after speaking to a manager was just told the same thing a third time. When I asked what would happen to my money, they said the transaction would probably be reversed, but it was not their problem anymore. I am now hungry AND £20 out of pocket for the foreseeable future. Will not be using them again.

Quality of food poor. Took nearly 2 hours to deliver and forgot 1 of my items. Called to advise about my missing item and they couldn't believe I wanted them to send it to me! Yes I paid for it I want it. Was then told ok but dunno when you'll get it. Poor customer service is an understatement!

They claim contact free delivery but the driver turned up at my door with no mask on and just handed the pizza to my grandson, when I rang to complain I was told I was talking to someone in customer service who half way through the conversation put me on hold to talk to the manager

Came missing items and they gave us the wrong pizza, said they'll cook us another pizza but it'll take an hour to arrive and by that point our entire £40 order would be cold. Our garlic pizza bread wasnt sliced or at all cut, and they Said the only thing they can do is give us a free pizza NEXT time and if we wanted to get our replacement quicker than an hours time we'd have to collect it ourselves. The man on the phone hung up on us twice.

Ordered and paid for 3 pizzas at 17:20. Wrong pizzas were delivered. They promised to send out right order ASAP. By 19:05 nothing was done. I was told that pizzas will now be made and delivered in next 45 minutes. Such incompetence will not be tolerated. No customer service. No apology.

Exceptional customer service from our delivery driver Ovi! In times when all we hear is doom and gloom in the media Ovi greeted us at the door whilst adhering to distancing rules with a huge smile and such a warm welcome we couldn’t help but smile back! We need more people like Ovi spreading his infectious joy, thank you for a great service 👌🏻

Great team of staff at this preasant time, food is great but a bit on the pricey side, better to go for the meal deals, get a bit more for the price.

Everything I have ordered from this dominos has been absolutely fine and the service has been okay at times, BUT they have burnt the bottom of my cookies on three occasions and they are my favourite part! Is it that hard to make sure they ain’t burnt ?

Ordered a pizza, wings and ice cream. Wings were ok on this occasion, but I find that when you order BBQ wings at this franchise it’s rarely coated in sauce, you may as well order plain wings. Now.. the pizza was absolutely dreadful. It was cold. The box looked like it was reused, debris everywhere. There was no way the pizza ended up like that after a 10/15 minute journey from Grays. Absolutely NOT. Some of the slices didn’t even match up with one another, which makes no sense in itself. They’ve lost a customer. I could never order from them again. Photos uploaded.

Delivery was spot on. Delivery man was a nice gentlemen who actually rually smiled. (Normally they look so miserable that it puts you off food) Pizza was good. I think the person who cut it though should next time try and make it even. Service was outstanding. Would I return? Hell yea'

I tried to place an order they put me on hold and then say they cant do delievry. This place is getting worse. I think it's time to shut the shop.

Deliveries are horrible and pizzas regularly arrived cold. We started collecting pizza. It had taken 25 minutes for 2 pizzas and 1 garlic bread today - walk in. We ordered at the shop and waited. They were very disorganised. When we finally came home with pizzas, pizzas were nearly cold. We live 2 minutes away from the shop by car. They had been "sitting" on the shelf for ages. One pizza burnt! This shop is horrible.Bad customer service.

The worst pizza i ever seen. Rude and miserable customer service, unsavable, i simply have no hope for the place, ruined my dinner every time i though ill give them another chance. Give up guys, stop making and serving food please.

My pizza had no toppings, when they tried to call to tell that they dont have no mushroom for my pizza, it was impossible to understand what the woman on the phone was saying, she was very rude, hard to understand the accent, and i have asked for extra other toppings, it arrived with barelly anything on top, suppose only becouse she did not understand a thing I was saying, i doubt i will ever order from them again, this was absolutelly the worst pizza and service i ever seen in my life

Very slow staff make it confuse

Wrong items, food cold, and 2hrs later still waiting for the correct delivery. Called and the staff are unhelpful, rude and basically couldn't give a damn. Avoid at all costs! They actually still want the wrong item given back to them when/if ever they deliver the correct item! Beggers belief what they will do with 2hr old chicken and cold wedges! I was told by the man on the phone that he feels I didn't want the right item delivered? RUDE RUDE RUDE!

Ordered delivery, turned up late and cold. Pizza was terrible, tasted like a frozen cheapie from a super market. Garlic bread was also disgusting. Definitely will not be going back.

Pizza arrived earlier than I expected and was nice trying a flavour I never had in London. Will say the bbq wings not really bbq more like fried and bbq sauce from a bottle was squirted on the side and some on top. But over all nice pizza.

Long waiting time, bad customer service, pizzas do not have enough toppings

Ordered to collect, TV screen at counter said "Quality control" (or similar). Waited another ten minutes, asked about whereabouts of meal, was told "Will be just another minute". Got 2 pizzas 10 minutes later, both stone cold and one had onions which I had specifically asked to withold. Complained and was offered a partial refund or another to be made, but due to time constraints I took the refund.

All they ever do now is forget parts of our order and have to wait ages to received it. If you order from here make sure you check your order!

Better deals at Grays domino's great staff

Disgraceful!! I ordered pizza from dominos across London and they was ok. But this one... I tried yesterday to order a pizza buy one get one free for collection with my own toppings and the store manager didn’t want to take my order , and also He told me the order will take 2 hours.☹️ The worst experience from Dominos ever.

May as well have brought a co op £2 pizza... shocking... Worst 16 quid I've ever spent.

Approximately 7 times out of 10 I do not receive my drinks with my order and have to call them to send a new driver for the drinks I already paid for. By that time usually the pizza is stone cold. A few times I did not receive my order at all and had to call for a refund. My friend who also orders delivery from that Domino's has the same experience with them not sending drinks already paid for.

Very good dominoes. How ever they quite often use way to much sauce. On the whole though good food

Only giving 1 star as I cannot give 0 stars. We ordered 2 pizzas to our place of work with instructions to call once the pizza arrived. We were told delivery would be 30 minutes. 2 hours later the pizza had not arrived and the app said it had been delivered. Called the restaurant and we were told that the pizza is still with the driver and would be 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later, called the restaurant and we were told that the delivery driver had come and gone and could not get through on the phone, the store said they also tried to call. This was a blatant lie as the phone had full signal and did not ring once. Absolutely disgusted with the service, offered a refund but after waiting 2 and a half hours, this is not good enough!!! 2 very hungry people now have no food!!! Thanks for nothing Dominos, we will be contacting head office about this. This franchise is not doing very well for Dominos reputation!

Pizza looked horrible and was cold. Had wings previously but these were so small! rung up to complain and asked if they are usually that small then had some rude arrogant person with an accent try to tell me they are always the same size. Not helpful at all! Terrible.

Great dominos branch and well located. I’ve ordered pizza from here 3 times now and the quality has been consistent. Notably they are very quick to make the pizzas and even when they are delivering they are prompt and polite when they come to the door. Always a pleasure dealing with these guys and look forward to many more great pizzas.

We order from here regularly. Far too often we get cold pizza. Sometimes you get lucky, but it shouldn’t be this way.

Placed an order at 8pm I received the order at 10:15pm! JOKE

2h15 minutes after my order I get cold food at 10.45 and the box said it was cooked at 9.08. Waiting on a refund. And my last order I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to explain where I live to delivery driver to receive a cold pizza. Send it back and had to wait for a fresh 1.

Two wrong orders in a row (missing food/wrong food) ordered via Android App. Undercooked and microwaved wedges (cheesy wedges seems to be a joke), low quality chicken wings (some of them can't even be called chicken wings, they are smaller than half of my thumb). The irony is that my order took 5-10 minutes to cook, 40 minutes in QUALITY CHECK and 5 minutes to be delivered as the app said and still the quality was bad (wrong food/undercooked). About pizza (previous orders): never had problems with it, probably because is their main thing. About delivery staff: friendly people, the last one was kind of lost in space. Recommandation status: Good to order from if you don't have any other options left or if you want pizza. Looking forward for improvement.

Food good, driver polite. Had to wait over an hour and a half though. Wouldn't have ordered if we'd have known that there would be such a long delay. Seems like it always takes longer if you pay by card, do cash on delivery if you want them to take less than 90 mins

I always order online with no problems at all but the customer service at collection this evening at the Grays store was horrendous! Completely ignored for over 10 minutes by the staff even though my pizza was ready. They were chatting among themselves and avoided eye contact. When one girl eventually sauntered over to the counter, there was no apology whatsoever! My pizza was sitting there all along getting cold! I was very tempted to leave the pizza and walk out. Terrible customer service!!!

It's fine as long as they can be bothered to get your order right. But half the time the order will be wrong...

Got some trash customer service from the manager himself . After refusing to take my order because my card got declined and I went to get another one.

50 minutes waiting for pizza - the pizza restaurant is 2-3 minutes by car away from us!!! I cancelled order. Customer service - bad.

Ordered at 6pm to be delivered at 7.30pm turned up nearer to 8pm. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Think they need customer service training.
