I do not recommend the burnt and cold kebab

Ordered a scheduled delivery for half past 6 for it to turn up half an hour later at 4:45 when I was not in and a family member had to pay, rang the shop to be told I’ll call the driver and call you back which they never down so had to order more food when home as it was obviously cold and horrible , me and my family have been regular customers for a few years now.

Great service, great food and great value. Will be back soon.

They didn‘t deliver our food even though we allready paid it. Also they haven‘t been cooperative on the phone and just hung up.

I'm fast becoming a regular of munchies. The pizza is affordable and tastes amazing everytime I get it. The service is fast and my pizza is always hot.

My pregnant sister had terrible food poisoning after ordering a burger and chips, she is still recovering after being rushed to hospital. It has been very distressing and this should not be happening. Explanation please?

Don't bother waited over an hour rang them was told hadn't seen my order don't order online last time I use these spend at least £40 each time I order disgraceful lost another customer

So the food arrived or so we had thought, completely wrong order and it had been sent somewhere else to another house hold. With the current pandemic going on the food should not only have been binned but it should have been recook due to contamination and on basic hygiene itself. When my order finally got here I was missing a 13" pizza.. even after getting a wrong order.. still a whole pizza missing.. how can you miss a pizza box.. the main part of the order. Finally had to have the driver come back a third time to bring my BBQ MEAT PIZZA.. bbq.. there wasnt any sauce on there what so ever, like none.. the meat was bland cold a frost bitten it just tasted stale and off. The burger tasted burnt and like it had been covered in bbq and it was suppose to have ketchup up init. Burger was also covered in red onion and lettuce of which we didnt ask for.. bottom of the burger had one tiny slither of normal lettuce. This has to be the worst service from any take away ive ever had. Even in this pandemic I would not recommend at all waste of an hour and half wait time and the £20 it cost.. dont waste your money I wouldn't even feed this to my dog.

I have been using munchies for the last 2 years and for the most part they have been great. Unfortunately in the last few occasions the food quality has been lower and worst of all I found hair in my food twice. The first time I gave it the benefit of the doubt but this time I found three hairs in the food. Absolutely disgusting and very off putting. I will not be using munchies anymore so I’m sorry to say you have lost a regular customer through lack of clean practices and quality control !

Ordered food delivered to wrong house They send another out it doesn’t arrive they say delivered an old man took it refusing to give refund and very hostile despicable customer service will never use again

Food came Very late, freezing cold food and rubbish service. Don't bother using them. Waste of time and money

Had takeway twice - 1st time was Ok but the chips were nasty, managing to be overcooked-tasting, and soggy at the same time, and my burger was overdone. My wife's chicken doner was nice, as was the chicken pieses. On the second time, I specifically asked for no onions or chillies on the chicken doner, and it came with loads of them. My mixed kebab was extra greasy and the chunks of lamb were dry and over 50% of them had gristle in them, that even my greedy cat gave up on. Won't be going there again.

Best Kebab wraps this far south!

Food is ok, but this evening ordered doner wrap for £6.50, gave £11.50 (to receive £5 note back instead change)and they tried to snich that £5. And only on request thay gave it back. Sooo unprofesional. Remember, last time I am ordering from you. Disgraceful service.

Best kebab yorfa cooks it with his own hands and makes it very fresh. I went there today and he cooked me a lam shish kebab. He is a very good person. I wanted to give him money. He didn't take it from me. Dezzolu is a good man.

I've had many kebabs over the years and have to say this was the worst. Greasy tasteless and to make it worse they cover it in coleslaw which i hate. Chips were inedible as they were cooked in old oil and so not cooked inside. When i phoned to complain they couldn't care less. Total waste of money, definitely won't be going here again.
