Had a medium kebab from here yesterday, got food poisoning now,be up sick all night and diarrhea today,avoid at all costs

Ordered a large lamb donor and turn up burnt, hard and uneadable, poor quality food

Delicious food a lot to chose from on the menu friendly and polite staff highly recommended best kebab shop in Thurrock quick services also quick delivery as have also had delivery’s from here before will definitely be using more often

Not that's good, the price quit expensive.

Been ordering from here for a few months now. The pizzas are consistently good quality, very nice stuffed crust! The burgers are lovely too! The doner kebebs are nice too. Chips are proper chip shop chips. The staff are always nice. I can't speak for delivery though, as I always collect. I've had 1 or 2 occasions where it's been less than par, but I will admit that's when I order with 45 minutes till they close, so it's fair enough. Don't expect mega fresh if you order last minute. However, beyond those two experiences, they're always very good here!

Just ordered sausage in batter and large chips well what can I say absolute disgusting the chips were hard and the sausage in batters were well overcooked and the sausage just tasted weird not sure if it's like polish sausages or there even off a waste of £18 will never order from them again

Chips raw, burger buns can see have been frozen and microwaved due to the freezer burn and wet buns don't know how to add picture but I do have

Never had such terrible service, over 1 hrs to deliver, and had to put it into microwave to heat it up as the salad on the burgers was warmer

I was a regular costumer with this takeaway but now I'm no longer a fan. I ordered one takeaway and they took three payments in one go leaving me with no money . I called them about it straight away and they offered me a free takeaway and said I'd have to wait for the refunds. Fast forward a few weeks and I've only recieved one refund so far so I call them to check with the other two that I still need to receive. They just laughed at me and disregarded it and asked me to call back tomorrow. This was the manager. Never again.

Great portions, large fish was huge, tasty and not soo greasy, even though fish is always cooked to order. Kebab was also amazing. Got a complementary garlic pizza bread that was also amazing. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't even give 1 star if optional. They have 100 percent changed the way they cook there food. Even after just eating chip me and wife always end up on toilet hours later either cooking on dirty oil or they have changed it

15 inch meat feast pizza last night, excellent, hot and delivered on time!

absolutely horrified! ordered 30 quid worth of food 3 medium chips every portion of ships were gritty as if they cooked them in sand called up and they re delivered the chips only for the them to be the same took them back and the manager was extremely rude and arrogant! won’t be using this place no more! kids were crying

Ordered 3 large Chips they was disgusting. Like eating sand. Took back to the shop for a 2nd time Staff wouldn’t sample the returned chips. No refund offered. Staff so IGNORANT Save your money people

Went in shop, Ordered a donner meat and chips for £9.50. came home and theres no chips called the shop spoke to owner he said they will not give me my chips i have to pay for my chips, ridiculous. First and last time.

Good fish and chip shop. Guys behind the counter are generally friendly and the food is good. Good portion size and delivery service is pretty good too.

The burger meal gave me food poisoning, I’ve been off work for 2 days now. Also the delivery drivers are rude. Taking forever to give you your change and handing it over wrong twice.

Every time my children come in alone they always get over charged and small portion. When I go with them the portion is normally. The price goes up for them every visit even tho the price is clearly on the board. Little bit of advice don’t mug kids off

Pizzas are great. Piping hot and taste great. Sometimes the 15in are cut with too big of slice. Pizza Meal Deal five all the way! Chips are always good, and the guys friendly.

Worst ever burger meals with oily chips I had tonight

Very friendly bunch of guys run this place. Food portions are above average in size. Only gripe is that they don't do much in the way of chicken. Their pizzas are very good and cheaper than the big name pizza vendors.

Quick service, only bought chips. People wernt as friendly as they could have been. My 1st visit there so I would have normally would have expected a more warmer welcome. Chips were lovely though. Nice proper fat chip shop chips.

Paid 6.50 for a medium kebab that had 5 strips of meat and asked for all salad and got 1 pepper and 2 slices of tomato and waited nearly an hour for it to arrive very very bad value for money. Chips were the only good value for money.

Ordered food and was given the wrong thing. When we told the manager, who had served us, he said it was our fault and that we had to pay for it again. How exactly his mistake was our fault is beyond me. Any way, we left the food at the shop and had nothing, since we couldn’t afford to spend another £19.40. :-/ 0*

The salad for the kebab has an off smell sometimes and the chips are not made in oil that is regularly cleaned. I have been here a couple of times and each visit I am highly disappointed

Dispite being delivered an hour early and with a pickled egg and not a pickled onion, the fish and chips were delicious and the potions were so huge I couldn't eat it all. Very nice fish and chips thank you

Not good, tuesday some confusion over address despite being given correct postcode .Contacted driver 5 times but he went home when couldn't find. Ordered food again wedenesday at 22.10 . Had to ring to chase.Food arrived 23.40 90 minutes after ordering. Courteous service but need to improve Will not use again.

Great customer Service, lovely lady to take orders, speedy delivery, decent prices, good portions. Lovely quality of food. Love shish kebabs, pizzas and fish and chips. We order from here at least once a week, it's too good compared to cooking and cleaning up after work!

Terrible service tonight. Forgot part of the order but rather than apologise and let us know we'd be waiting, just kept telling us it would be a little bit longer. Rest of order ready and sitting there getting cold. Now that they have put the prices up aswell, won't be going back

Garlic bread with cheese is great, even if I had to wait a while for it. But well worth waiting for. Kiddies enjoyed nuggets and chips too

Lovely chips with a HUGE portion for a low price tis sometimes quantity over quality but frankly i like it better like that

Hygiene could be better no washing of hands after taking and handling money then touching pitta bread.

Stay away from this I've had food poisoning before they don't get orders right and burger buns come soping wet so try avoid it thanks food comes cold more than often and full off fat bad food and when they don't deliver some off the order even when paid they don't pay you what they owe so this shop should be shut down its no good

£21 for family feast not many chips or Donna meat very small portions not even feed a family of 4 will never use again

Pleasant staff quick service and great food

Use this takeaway at least once a week, normally for fish and chips on a Saturday after work. Big portions, good choice of other food, pizzas are amazing and kebabs very good. A couple can get a large cod (won't fit on a normal plate) and medium chips for around £8 to share and be stuffed. Very friendly staff.

Food was warm and we ended up with the poos would go back.

Can't fault the quality of the food or the service, but it seems the prices have gone up and the portion sizes have gone down!

Great place for a kebab, delivery can be slow but that's due to its popularity on a friday/weekend. Collect your food, you'll get it in minutes.

The kebabs, doner and shish, are delicious and a good price, as are the pizzas. Try the doner pizza. Very quick delivery.

Nice food and very speedy delivery, the only place I know that delivers fish and chips and for the price it's well worth it all day long. Would definitely recommend eating here. Their pizzas are nice aswell 👌

A combination of authentic kebabs, pizza and a traditional fish and chip shop, this covers all the bases. The food is always well cooked and hot - the portion sizes are brilliant and the service is quick as a flash Perfect for those days when you really don't feel like cooking as they also deliver. Overpriced as they have no competition , if you buy large kebab, you will get same portion as small kebab, taste is ok, dont do chicken kebabs which you can get from other kebab shops.
