An error was made tonight on my pizza, they replaced my whole meal for me. Never had any problems with king’s. First time but like I said it was fixed straight away.

The food quality was poor. It was cold, tasteless, and certainly not value for money.

Chicken was off, smelled and tasted off, called up to complain and was shouted at. Never ordered from here if you value your health and wellbeing.

❌❌❌AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! ❌❌❌ We ordered 3 items for £40 which in itself is a terrible price. It’s not like a steak was ordered or lobster!!! Calzone, a mixed kebab wrap and a portion of 10 onion rings. The food was awful, all was cold. The kebab that was supposed to be a wrap was swimming in Mayo and the pitta bread was soaked in fat. Absolute disgusting for £40 I can’t believe I paid £5 for 5 onion rings that any other shop would charge £2 for. Didn’t even get my full portion of 10!! I basically paid £1 for each soggy onion ring. They wasn’t even proper onion in batter. It was your basic icelands onion rings 🤦🏽‍♀️ And to top it all off, we phoned the people who made this and they wouldn’t make a replacement for their muck up. They wouldn’t refund either and told us we have to come to their shop to see the manager. so disappointed and will never be ordering from here again. 0 star review from us.

Got my order completely wrong, so I had to take it back.

Food and service were great however I was given the wrong drink as well as the food given was missing the sauce (so very dry overall) and the accompanying salad was not fresh.

Food was great. I am disappointed that they don't give us a free bottle of Pepsi anymore, especially since I made a large order

The half pounder and the quarter pounder didn’t look any different in size! But other than that food is always lovely and hot.

Sent wrong size and type of pizza - when they replaced it they still sent the wrong size. £3 difference in the sizes and I had to wait for delivery twice.

Hands down one of the best kebabs I’ve had, it arrived on time and piping hot. It wasn’t soaked in grease, loads of meat, chips were always great too, fresh and hot. Driver was friendly too! Would recommend to anyone!

Good food, received incorrect order, (half was correct) called them up and 8 minutes later had the correct order bought round. Would definitely order again.

Well I ordered but I thought for what I pay I was getting fryies an 1.5 litter of pespi as it say in the menu 12 pieces an say it come with an bottle of drink but turn up with only 12 boneless chicken an just the salad for 18 pounds over price I try to call but know answer not in pressed

Last time I ever order food from here , waited an hour and a half for stone cold food , they couldn’t even be bothered to put the cheese in the burgers just put in a polystyrene box all stuck together . Totally disgusting !

Ordered ‘12 Boneless chicken with 4 fries and bottle of drink’. Only got the chicken. Phoned restaurant and they said I only ordered ‘single’. I asked what does that mean and they said it means only the chicken but the description said ‘12 chicken with 4 fries and bottle of drink’. Very unhappy as no fries or drink with our order and they would not provide them. Confusing and misleading description which should not be allowed.

Shut before I arrived. Took my money and didn’t get my food. Explained to them on the phone the train lines shut and they told us how to get through but shut. Don’t ever collect from them if you want your food.
