Worse Subway I've been to. A gentleman with glasses in his 40s, possibly the manager has to be one of the rudest people ever. I had enough free points to get two items and he refused, saying your only entitled to one, which I know is incorrect. I told him to scan my barcode again and it let me have the second free item. No apologies, just contuine to be rude. I should of learnt from a previous occasion when my partner went in a few months ago when the free children sub was on a deal but they refused to let her have it, although the shop was on the participants list and her friend got the same deal the day before. Very strick with portion sizes. Aviod at every cost

I visited Subway at Esso station Stanford le Hope 15 minutes ago. I asked for Tuna melt. The men who was serving me rushed me and my 10 years old son to order because he had 3 more people in the queue. He actually said "can you hurry up...). I he was just beginning to serve us!!!!!! There was no caramelised onion so I was at least allowed to swap for other ingredient. Also, one of the main ingredients in my sandwich was missing !!!!!((MOZARELLA CHEESE!!!!) and that was the whole point why I wanted this sandwich.. went home with it and did not have time to go back. Wouldn't rrvommend this Subway and its rude staff member...

Past few orders, I was missing items and was unable to get through to the store to fix the issue, the baguettes are meant to be toasted but aren't, overall wouldn't recommend ordering from here very poor service! Only had 3 meals and the signature series they got the sandwich right and forgot everything else.!!!

Terrible experience, my partner has just left crying after being abused by the staff for asking to swap cheese for vegan cheese as she is dairy free. The staff member in question needs at the very least retraining/ disciplinary action, if not lose their job. This is not how you treat customers and they should not be working in such an environment with such a poor attitude.

This morning we were trying to order, and the Asian guy around 40years old, was rude and so rush, he wants us to order quickly and he wants to go back to chat with petrol station workers. My personal advice is the manager of Subway should open the shop a bit late and let them have enough time to chat, so he won’t be too rush to keep asking customers what we want and pushing us to choose food quickly. He really want to go back to group chat. And the bread were cold, he didn’t heat up enough time, he was really want us to go and finish his job. Let him go back to CHAT.

I would please like to know from anyone in this establishment what your opening and closing times are as I came into your restaurant at 7pm and the worker attempted to refuse me service as you were “closing at 8pm” when it states online you close at 9pm she was on her phone and ignoring customers at the counter please update your times online as the service was awful

24th January 2023 came at 8:40pm to be told it was closed by the Londis employee at 8pm. As of writing it says on it's Google page that the business closes at 9pm. They lying then. This happened about a year ago when I showed up at 5:40pm on a Sunday and the Subway staff said where clearing up now. If it says 6pm they should serve till 6pm. If the need to clear up they should put closed at 5:40pm or 8pm. Those closing times are for customers not the staff. They cleaning time is not our business and shouldn't happen on our customer time. I order this pass Christmas too. The employee at the till didn't believe I ordered on uber despite showing my uber receipt clearly on my phone. Took 10 minutes to get a prepared order. Honestly this subway should be shut down and replaced with a business that doesn't lie and isn't incompetent

We ordered through Uber eats, the delivery was made and ALL the orders were wrong. We called to complain and ask for either a refund or the correct items to be sent out to us and we were told that we couldn’t have a refund and if we wanted the correct orders we would have to collect (defeats the point of a DELIVERY). We pushed the lad on the phone and continued to make it clear we were not satisfied to then be put on hold for over 5 minutes and be told when he came back that he had other customers and trainer staff…… If they read the order correctly he wouldn’t be in this position! No happy at all with the service

Ordered through Uber eats at 11.00 am the deliver was due by 11.45.This was then continually pushed back,when contacting the store I was told it’s not there issue and was no help what so ever completely just ignored the issue.Once the time got to 12.55 the store just cancelled the order.please do not order from this business
