Really poor customer service and rude

Over priced and took 1 hour arrive!

Using website to order food was easy and plenty of choices available. Food was delivered within ETA and arrived hot. Courier was polite and courteous.

First time ordering from this Company. Was pleasantly surprised! Cauliflower wings were nice, buffalo wings were delicious and the pizza was very tasty with a lovely stuffed crust! Will be ordering from them again. 5*

Worst Store Manager, Don't work here if you expect to get paid. Extremely childish and petty Rude Yells at you for speaking Can't train staff at all if you don't get it first time they insult you Tries to cut corners where ever possible even if it means not paying staff for their work. Speaks badly about the Stanford-le-hope community. This place is just horrible, life less and feels like slave labour. No wonder they mess up soo many orders. Staff don't get treated well which causes them to stop working properly everyone I've seen work here have left within the first week.

Took ages for delivery kept chopping and changing there excuses for the late delivery. Terrible customer service.

My pizza hasn’t arrived it was due by 19.55 it’s now 20:15 and no one is answering the phone

Food never even arrived, waited an hour for food for it to not turn up. Tried to contact the store multiple times however they didn't answer the phone. Now 10.40pm and now got to sort something else for dinner.

Delivery always takes forever, so if you are lucky enough for them to be open. Don't hold ur breath waiting

The food is fresh, tastes wonderful and is delivered very quickly by a lovely friendly delivery guy. He’s so kind! Definitely would order from here over and over again! Thank you Papa J in SLH! Bravo for a great service.

FOOD DIDNT ARRIVE, NO ORDER UPDATE, WAITED 2 hours for this. I will never ever order from here again. Awful service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was given the wrong pizza and was advised over the phone that the person who made the pizza was new which is why it was wrong and was then refused a refund. They offered to replace the pizza but told me that I had to collect because they only have one driver, however I explained multiple times that I couldn't do this because I have a 3 year old daughter who was in bed by this time so would prefer a refund. The person taking the call hung up on me multiple times and was rude to me even though all I wanted was a refund for the paid extras that were not included on my pizza. Every time they hung up they would not answer the phone for 10/15 minutes afterwards so were ignoring me, and this caused the whole ordeal to take well over an hour to sort out, and is still not resolved. I have never had any issues with any other Papa Johns branches, so just do not order from this branch.

If you care about hygiene in anyway what so ever DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS. I went to order pizza and instantly regretted it. The indian man taking my order was extremely intimidating and was rushing me refusing to hear me out on my own order, I was very scared as I've never experienced such intimidation while trying to order food I just wanted to order, grab food and leave. They kept looking at me and laughing, and I saw them brushing their hair with their hands and picking their nose while making the pizzas and was In full shock. I tried to get a refund and they were being extremely rude and petty and was longing out the whole process and made me wait 30 mins to get a refund. Will not be ordering from this ever Papa John's quality control team should really look into this place if they even have one that is yikes.

Food was fresh, hot and very tasty. Definitely worth ordering from! Driver was very polite.

Ordering at papa johns has been an absolute delight In recent times, food comes really quick and is always hot and delicious, delivery driver is very friendly too

Very excellent pizza and fast delivery

Have had no issues with this restaurant yet and have been ordering regularly for a couple months now. Pizza comes how I ordered it, comes hot and the cheese is perfectly melted. The bread can be quite tough but it's fine. Delivery drivers are amazing and kind. They always put a smile on my face before I eat. :)

Not the type of person to usually leave reviews but DONT order from here. They're terrible. Got the pizza completely wrong and once I phoned up they didn't care, wouldn't offer to deliver me the right pizza that I ordered. Refuse to buy from here. They're absolutely awful. They deserve 0 starts.

Tried ordering from here twice. First time delivery took a while & when the pizza did turn up the order was wrong. One of the pizzas hardly had any topping. Complained & received some voucher codes so decided to try again. This time because the voucher codes made the price below £13 the store refused to deliver. I asked them to cancel the order but the manager said I needed to email head office as he could not do that. I asked if I could add a side so it could be delivered & he said I would then need to pay £1.50 for delivery. The manager was incredibly unhelpful! Love papa johns from other branches but will not be using this one again!

It's a shame... I won't give a totally negative review as they are pretty fast at delivering, the drivers are nice and I love papa johns. However, second time ordering and both times they have got the dips wrong. This second time though some pizza slices have toppled inside from rough delivery. Really disappointing as I was excited when this store opened. Stanford-le-Hope needed a Papa Johns, but I'm now reluctant to order from this branch.

First time ordering, won't be ordering again. We decided to try Pappas John's Pizza for the first time. We ordered at 6:00pm, didn't get it till 7:55pm, absolutely horrendous. Opened my garlic box and it smelled wired like plastic so I didn't have it. Ended up in the bin! All in all it was a bad experience for me and my family.

Disgusting service. Tried to order over the phone and told this offer couldn't be completed. I told the team I would come to the shop to place. 20 minutes later I arrived and the shop was locked up and the closing time was 23:00, but this was 22:06. Two members of staff were there ignoring my phone call and the fact I was at the door. Go to orient express, always great service and reliable, I won't be going to papas again

Absolute rip off... website didn't alow delivery to stanford le hope postcodes... food was tepid, very small in portion sizes and ridiculously expensive... save your oney and go elsewhere!
