Chopstix in Thurrock

Chopstix is a firm favourite with the kids, especially my son who has autism and complex needs. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Today we were served by Fatiha, and she was really efficient.

Chicken tastes poor, noodles had no flavour and I’ve spent the last 24 hours with the worst food poisoning that I’m having to have a day off sick from work! Avoid!!!

Some weeks ago I was starving after noodles and I've stopped right here! What can I said more than just perfect! The Chef Florin is a very nice and professional person and the food was delicious as well! His colleague, really sorry but I don't remember her name offered me a very nice costumer service! The meat is actually quite nice have had the sweet & sour chicken, salt & pepper chicken and caramel chicken. The main issue is the sides! The egg fried rice is just normal bland rice without a hint of egg or vegetables. The noodles are overcooked and flavourless. Not a great option. Veggie spring rolls are nice.

Disgusting rotten food, place needs shutting down, AVOID!!! Smelt absolutely rancid. Staff do not care and too busy to deal with complaints

£12 I paid for a snack sized portion of bland Chinese food. I will not be returning Doesn’t compare to the equivalent of blue waters Chinese take away restaurant

I went here with my family and the only way I can describe the service is discussing the staff was extremely rude and just shouted in everyone’s face including my 8 year old sister. Didn’t listen to any orders and gave us all of the wrong order not one was correct. Do not visit here

First time at chopsticks and the Service was poor not friendly workers looked like they didn’t wanna do there job happily but food was ok

I went here on Sunday morning when they opened asked for medium box girl on counter was very rude went to sit down to enjoy my food that I got a bottle of water with and some spring rolls and cost me £10:95 they noodles int the box were cold and to me was no way a medium three bite and they were gone also I had six pieces of chicken in the box for a medium meal was disgusting this were also cold for a place that had just opened up I would have expected my food hot

Absolutely disgusting food Rice was raw and everything was soggy and tasted like slime . I’m amazed they are still in business

The rice was tasteless. The bbq chicken was also tasteless. Sweet chilli prawns tasted like mediocre sweet and sour and the prawns were tasteless inside the coating. My partners salt and pepper potatoes tasted like oil. With NO salt and pepper seasoning. To top it all off the 2 members of staff we encountered clearly didnt care for customer service and it showed. All round bad experience. Most inauthentic oriental food I've ever tasted. Would advise against it. Go to nandos instead.

3 of us ordered 3 large noodle boxes , the noodles were like elastic clearly steamed for a few mins, couldn’t be eaten, the sweet and sour had no sauce we would have complained o the night but communication was a no go and not just me .never going there again this is the second time this has happened to us .

Stopped here while shopping. Great choice of fillings to go with small, medium or large noodles or rice. One filling with small, two with medium and three with large. Had to have large as there were so many wonderful fillings to choose from! Really enjoyed the food and would go again.
