I came here today because of my son’s birthday and we all had a wonderful time from the food to the drinks to the service. We was waited on by Jamal from the moment we got there till we left and he was so attentive and made sure we had a great experience. Will definitely be coming back very soon

Not my kind of food but as there with the kids for there mothers day outing they all love it and want to return. What I did have , noodles, was good just don't like hot(chillie hot) food.

Booked this for Mother’s Day. We got there on time and quickly got our table. The gentleman gave us the menu for the drinks and main meal because it was easier than scrolling on the phone. We had drinks and starters straight away. We waited and waited for the main meal. Spoke to one of the guys after 1hr 30 minutes of waiting for the main meal. He told me that it was very busy then quickly realised that we had been forgotten. He offered us more drinks which I honestly didn’t need coz we needed food. The food eventually turned up 20 minutes later. My appetite was gone. I wanted a dessert but got scared of probably waiting for another hour. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The other problem was that we were sat outside on the smoking area. They never asked us if we were happy to eat with people smoking around us. I don’t smoke and the smell makes me sick and imagine sitting there for more than 2 hours. I just think that the restaurant can do better than this because it’s a nice area. I will not be returning again if it means making me a passive smoker .

I just had the pleasure of dining at Coco Asia Lakeside today for Mother’s Day with my siblings, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious, and it arrived promptly. Although there were no alcoholic drinks available, the non-alcoholic options were great. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and we felt truly accommodated. Overall, it was a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Coco Asia Lakeside!

We had an amazing server called Aniq, the food was so tasty, full of flavour, it didn’t take too long to come out as well. Overall a really great experience. I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely overrated! We had high expectations of the food but it’s really not all that! They love adding a touch of smoke to their food and drinks to make it all appealing but don’t fall for it. You’re better off eating somewhere else for better value, the only nice thing about this place is the decor and cramped ambience, the guy next to me was literally breathing down my face!

I was going to give the service 1 star but then Jamal saved my experience with his professionalism, attentiveness and friendly aura! I am only returning because of him, thank you Jamal! Food was really good and the overall was good.

We were told that can’t stay longer than 30 minutes only taking drinks.. What a joke…. If you go you have to eat even if u not hungry guys make sure you arrive there hungry… Very disappointed with the staff and very rude. Menager didn’t even know why he was there and looked high. Looks like they got people from street to work there couple other tables were complaining about the staff aswell.

Jamal and Moheb were great. The only thing i would say is if its a party of 5/6 ppl they should put you in a larger table as there is no space for the food.

The service at coco lakeside was splendid, the waiter Jamal was lovely and very accommodating. Food was delicious except the small tables for a large crowd.

Good mix of Asian cuisines, Indian through Japanese. Food was excellent, got the prawn Tom yum soup and the chicken madras, both were very nice. Our waiter Jamal, and the rest of the staff were very attentive, would definitely come again

Chavvy atmosphere but created by clientele rather than the decoration. Food was above average on the whole and price was ok so do recommend.

Food was good however I felt it was way too expensive. Just for 1 piece Bao, it was £16!

I visited the Lakeside branch & this restaurant is the perfect example of style over substance. Nice decor, but very overpriced & bad quality- I had the mixed grill which was pretty tasteless & everything else I tried wasn’t great & the rest of my party felt the same way. They are selling mocktails from £10-£12 upwards which is outrageous considering there is no alcohol in them & alcohol is what costs the most in these drinks. They would not even provide you with tap water & charge for chilli sauce which is terrible when we’re already spending so much for a not very good meal. Service was also slow considering it wasn’t busy. I will never ever come here again or go to any of their other branches as I understand they are not any better, & wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Probably the best restaurant in lakeside with the indoor seating for dinner and outdoor seats for shisha. Plus if you value a place that's non-alcoholic then this is your place.

Amazing as always. Sid (manager) makes you feel truly welcome and personally wants to ensure you have a 5 star experience. Manny helped explain the shisha options and made two excellent mixes for us, along with tasty / well presented desserts and a variety of drinks. The entire team work hard to ensure you are well looked after. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

I recently visited the Lake Side branch of Coco Asia for the first time, and the diverse range of Asian food options caught my attention. I opted for the king prawn puree and the lamb madras. While the lamb madras was exceptional, I couldn't help but notice that the king prawn puree fell short on prawns. Nevertheless, the restaurant boasted a great atmosphere and a pleasing ambiance, which made the overall dining experience enjoyable.

I visited for the Shisha and i was not dissappointed Manni hooked me up with the 'All eyes on me' flavor of shisha with the Coco bear and i absolutely loved it. The food was presented beautifully and it tasted incredible too. We had the Lamb coco biryani, Grilled lambchops and cripsy calamari . The crispy calamari was everything and more , my absolute favorite. I had the fruit salad for dessert , overall i had a great time, friendly staff and i would defintely visit again.

Another restaurant aiming to take up the corner of lakeside Broadway! I see more people taking to take pictures of themselves on the tacky sofa chairs outside, than inside the restaurant! Security guard standing on the door like a bouncer should tell you all you need to know.
