Driver was courteous and prompt

Paid for a box of 12 doughnuts. I only received a box 0f 4. Ordered a bottle of Coke Cola. I received a coke Zero. Not happy,

potato wedges missing, but not showing as a separate item, so I can't report it. toastie was awful, just thrown together. worst I've ever had from Greggs

Why is there always at least 1 missing item, it’s just silly now

Driver said he was driving around for half hour , didn’t bother to ring because he was lost and then proceeded to tell us our post code was wrong when it’s not and food is all burnt

The food was not delivered. The delivery guy appeared outside, came into my block and then drove away.

Never arrived driver argued with me where the address was once I gave him the right one he started to head towards me drove past then when I tried to call him to get some help he was very rude and didn’t want to know! Once I’d went to where he said the order was it was never there so I don’t know if he took it himself or someone had took it

Hot chocolate was cold and so was my pizza. The pizza was put in a paper bag and got sweaty and stuck to the bag. It should of been served in a box. This is why I marked down on the review today. Driver was polite and helpful.

Didn’t even arrive, attrocious, not sure what kind of drivers are hired but the guy was nearby, then turned around, didn’t move for 20 mins, then came back and drove past, delivered to wrong address. I spent 2 hours waiting and he doesn’t even get the address right. Absolutely disgusting

I didn’t get my order I got a costa instead

Today the food was nice and hot. The delivery man was so kind and caring.

The beans and sausage pastie and tosted cheese and ham sandwiche was cold. The tea was nice and hot. The sandwiche was toated too crip, and dry and a bit hard so I didn't enjoy it.

Missing 3 rolls I ordered , the SFC baguette was swimming in sweet chilli that it overpowered every other flavour.

Always missing items like What the actual F , how hard is it to read an order

The only negative thing is that Greggs takes so long to confirm their order

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! I was waiting for 4 margaritas to come out of the oven as there were non left on the shelf. When the tray eventually came out the pepperoni and margaritas were in the same tray and one of the margaritas had one circle of pepperoni on it, I bought 3 and left the 4th one behind as I thought a margarita is vegetarian BUT OBVIOUSLY AT GREGGS THE PEPPERONI LIKES MARGARITAS TOO and are cooked together with toppings wondering about. Won’t be returning here again.

the lid on the coffee wasn't sealed properly, so when the driver delivered it the bag was completely soaked and the coffee was practically empty.

Staff at the store packed 2 bags of food and driver only delivered 1 he chucked the bag at me then run

This was due to them being busy more than usual and maybe the time of year.

Food was cold had to reheat food should have been hot on delivery driver took so long not even a sorry on arrival

Your driver took more than an hour to deliver my food and came cold. This is unacceptable. I am unable to call your customer service team.

Collection time was a little bit delayed but the employees were really nice, considerate and even offered us free drinks while waiting. Food good as always.

The lady who served me gave me a bread roll which had been sitting out for a while. It was stale and generally unhygienic. When I asked for it to be warmed at least she told me it wasn’t possible.

Very late, over two hour wait due to just eat not picking up the food when it was ready.

Forgot the cold sausage rolls and no dipping sauce with the chocolate cookies.

Ordered through Uber eats this morning. Been waiting for 1hr and 10mins so far. Tried calling them and no answer. Messaged driver to ask them if everything is ok and how long they think it will be and their response to him was “it will be done when it is done”. Great customer service that! Won’t be ordering from here again.

Items ordered at 8am and arrived about 10:45 and it looked and tasted as if it was sitting on the side for that long too.the hash browns were soft,soggy and stuck together. I would never order again. And also the ‘’help’’ from just eat was terrible as well.had no response from them other than a confirmation email of my message so I guess Uber eats have just gained a customer

It's usually quite good here. I only had 2 issues in the past with purple bits in the sausage roll about 2 years ago, most recently under baked pastry on the sausage roll.

The food was completely stone cold and squashed in the bag very dissatisfied

The Just Eat App needs to correct my address for the delivery people. 5 Hathaway Road is where the app sends them, but I live at 5 Hathaway GARDENS....which is about a half mile up the road. This has caused a lot of confusion for the delivery person.

It won’t let me change how late it was but I ordered at 1230 and it was delivered at 2. I could not contact anyone so I ordered food from elsewhere.

Poor considering that it’s only a couple of bacon and Sausage baguettes and a coffee… turned up nearly 15 mins later than the original 20 min window and 45/50 mins after ordering…

Ordered chicken meal deal and I had to throw all the food away. I have pictures of the food if needed. Chicken was undercooked and disproportional. Wedges are oily. Ham sandwich baguette was too hard, not sure if it’s due to the late delivery but the baguette was too hard and couldn’t bite throw it.

Every food item in my order was missing or incorrect and I was still not given a full refund

The delivery driver doesn't know the area, and thought it was funny that he was late. It is possible that he may be an illegal migrant.

Worst Greggs for delivery riders. They take more than 15 mins on every order. Mean when you go they start making order. I talked to manager, she says their justeat system is not right. They should call rider when the food is ready. We wait for order all day long. You think we will come after 15 mins. We can come maximum in 5 mins. I’m expecting a reply.

My have delivered food on time etc, however my Baguette was missing.

We got everything we ordered and a free sausage roll. It was fresh and tasty.

Dont rely on this Greggs, it has a reputation for being closed when its supposed to be open, this morning and last friday morning for example. These unfortunately are not isolated cases.

Always use the app! if you pre order 30 minutes ahead and go straight to the counter they always have a nice hot pasty and a latte waiting, Best place lovely staff always so happy and helpful.

Food could have been warmer , I appreciate sometimes time doesn’t run to schedule but if your given a time then it should be there .

The Mince Pies were stale and the pastry very hard and dry, could not eat them. Complained to Greggs. High Street Grays . Also informed Just Eat who issued me with a refund immediately. (Thank you Just Eat for your prompt co-operation regarding the matter).
